I had an excellent experience at Performance Lexus in St. Catharines. In need of a car, with my eye on the RC 300, I was directed to the perfect Sales Consultant - Trina Asselin. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and took a genuine interest in my needs. Even after the purchase of the car, she continued to follow up with me to ensure I was happy and sent a representative to set up the car garage door opener. The overall experience was great... and I will also give a shout out to Linh Ngo, the Financial Services Manager. What a great team! I definitely would recommend this dealership!
