I purchased my Lexus from this dealership and Trina was amazing. I contacted many dealerships including some in Toronto. Trina got back to me with a quote very quickly while the other dealerships kept on insisting that I come in for a test drive. I was a serious buyer and had an idea of what vehicle I wanted so did not require the typical "sales pitch" Trina did not act like a typical sales person. She provided me with what I asked for earning my trust including quotes, photos, and videos of the vehicle. On my pickup day she took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and ensured that she was there for me if I had any questions while I was there as well as after taking it home!
