I have nothing but positive and amazing things to say about Trina and her team at Performance Lexus. She was so patient, knowledgeable and kind with her approach to me trying to find a pre-owned RX350. My dad is a mechanic of more than 35 years and has always been aware of sales tactics and hidden charges/problems regarding buying pre-owned vehicles at dealerships.
