We purchased a 2017 Lexus IS 350 from Performance Lexus, and we are very happy with the Sales process and especially our Sales representative Trina Asselin.
We visited the dealership on a Monday, got all the pricing information, and was provided comparative pricing on other models as well, in a no pressure environment. The following day, I spoke to Trina and arranged for a test drive of the IS, and we bought the Lexus. My only condition, was that the car must to be delivered to our home in Niagara on the Lake on my wife's Birthday (Saturday), as I was out of town.
Trina, delivered the car with a Big Red bow, Trina, spent two hours going over the various features of the Lexus with my wife. Service like this you don't get anymore in this day and age....So a BIG thank you Trina!
