I've been dealing with Performance Lexus Service Department for over 6 years now. I've owned two RX350 in this time span. I can't tell you how impressed I am with level of service I receive. The staff (especially Chris Moorehouse) are the most courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating service people I have ever come across. Chris and his fellow workers ROCK!!
