We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 ES 350 at Performance Lexus. Salesperson Olivia Cai made buying a new car which is often reduced to a stressful chore, an experience to enjoy. She made us feel like our business was truly appreciated and fulfilled our requests without hesitation.We hope she will still be there when we return to purchase our next Lexus.

To complete the experience, Dustin Mason the Assistant Sales Manger was very giving of his time to sort out my "out of the box" requests.
