OUTSTANDING! and EXCEPTIONAL! Customer service

I had recently just got into a Lexus IS 300 which I got from Performance Lexus. I have been looking at the vehicle for quite sometime. I was up in the Niagara region on a weekend getaway and saw the Performance Lexus dealership so i decided to stop in and browse around. There I had the pleasure of meeting Dustin. Dustin was superb and exceptional! Not only was he very knowledgeable about the Lexus IS 300 and all there other products but his customer service was above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything in detail but also made you feel like you were part of the family, and i have never felt that way especially when purchasing a vehicle. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dana. Dana was excellent! Very knowledgeable and honest. Between the both of them getting into the Lexus IS was a fantastic expierience i wish i would have done it sooner. Even being from the GTA I would definitely recommend Performance Lexus to anyone looking for one. It may be a drive up but its well worth it.
