First time I ever bought a car sight unseen. I live 3 hours away and called Performance Lexus to inquire about an RC300 they had on the lot. Worked with Bilal, and he was fantastic in getting me the pictures, videos and information I required. He even spent time talking to me on his days off. Bilal got me an amazing trade in value, which pulled the whole deal together. When I arrived to finally see what I had bought, it was better than expected. What Bilal told me about this vehicle was accurate, unlike other dealerships just looking to make a deal. This is my first of many Lexus vehicles and would not hesitate to deal with Bilal and Performance Lexus again, in fact I hope I do. The whole process was fast and complete. Olivia was also pleasant and informative to deal with.
