I decided to get a used 2016 Lexus RX 350 from Performance Lexus because of the very good and insightful reviews I read here. I m happy to say that it was a very pleasant experience.

He really listened to me when I explained what I was looking for, he took all my needs and concerns into consideration, and helped me make the right selection. Untop of that, Bilal was extremely professional and I did not feel pressured at all.

Best of all was that he took the time to review all the models they had and helped me pre-screen the ones that best met my needs and budget. As soon as I saw the one he selected for me, I loved it. I couldn t be any more satisfied - the 1.5 hr trip was more than worth it.
