Worked with Dan Patterson to get our new 2019 Explorer. Very friendly quick process on everyone s part!
Worked with Dan Patterson to get our new 2019 Explorer. Very friendly quick process on everyone s part!
John W was great- treated us fairly and respected our request for a short, sweet and seamless process. Craig in finance was awesome. First time buyers from Pearson but they gained a lifetime buyer!
Our Salesman, Jeff, was outstanding. He exceeded in every aspect of the entire purchases process. He is extremely honest, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was the deciding factor in our purchase of the Van. I knew he would follow through with any concerns we would have in the future with our vehicle. Jeff is one of the best salesperson I have ever worked with.
Their service side needs a lot of help. Long story short, they told my husband they were putting new tires on the back. Two months and one flat later, I find out that they moved our front tires to the back and put new ones on the front.
On top of that, the lug nut was on too tight for two guys from AAA to get it off with all their equipment.
I could let some of this slide, except that once I contacted them for information/help on this, they tried to blow me off, said that the new place I took my car was lying to me, and that I had to personally contact the tire company.
I then had to continue to bother them to see if they'd do anything about the situation (there was a lot more that I haven't included). I'd strongly suggest that you avoid their service department.
I had my 2013 Ford Escape serviced by Pearson Ford on July 20, 2020. I purchased an ASE vehicle warranty through the dealership. The vehicle was having transmission issues. Sarah Gibson, the service person who took my vehicle in was very professional and courteous. She returned my phone calls very promptly regarding my coverage under the warranty. After verifying that a new transmission would be covered under the warranty, the repair of my vehicle was done within 48 hours. I would like to express my satisfaction I experienced was very positive experience.
I've already posted my review, though it may get filtered out. They have zero star's, my thoughts on this dealer.AWEFUL place, and I've bought from many.
Our sales consultant, Ryan Satterfield, was awesome!! So nice & easy to work with and not pressuring. Very professional & knowledgeable of Ford products. Offered 0% financing to save us money. I would recommend you ask for him when you visit Pearson Ford.
Zach Barkdull, Finance Mgr., was a pleasure to work with. He helped us a lot. Very intelligent. Nice personality to have to iron out numbers. Lol
Husband buys all his trucks there and his salesman is the Best
Reggie was my sales person at Pearson, he did a great job in showing me F150 that were on the lot. I new going in that at any time they may all be gone. That was my case, but Reggie and Ben took the time to find me another 2013 F150 with the options I was looking for. Great job.
If I could give it a Zero star, I would.
Earlier this week, I received a marketing letter stating they were interested in purchasing my vehicle, and it was going to be an aggressive offer, so I called them. They said based on my service records they expected the offer to upwards of $9k, without purchasing a new vehicle. I told them I would bring it up on Saturday then to get an offer in writing.
We get there, the salesman had the Used Car Manager (Don Thompson) take a look at my car. He comes back 10 minutes later and he offers me $6500. Since that was due to a clerical error, he corrects and offers $7500. Since we had already been to another Ford dealer, we had an existing offer of $8500. We told him that, he said he would be right back.
2 minutes later he comes back and offers us $8000 and tells us that he really doesn't care for Mustangs. He also tried to tell me that the car had a broken tire rod and that the car shakes. Since we had the car in the shop, at this dealer less than 6 months ago, and they repaired that issue, we were confused. No other car dealers that test drove our vehicle, the same day Pearson did, mentioned ANY mechanical problems at all. So, my take is that he just did not want to be bothered with a Mustang because he did not like them to begin with.
We pointed out that the Kelly Blue Book value for trade in was $8500 to $9500, and retail was $10500 to $11500, his offer seemed low. He did not seem to care. I felt that my asking him to give us the aggressive offer, that their letter mentioned, was a bother to him and that we were wasting his time. This attitude really turns me off to ever deal with this dealer again, including for service.
Update based on Dealer response:
As I discussed with Mr. Pearson on the phone, there was no issue with the front end, in fact the Pearson Service Center had corrected that just a few months ago, and as I told him, the car had been parked and covered since. If you would have checked my service records for the Mustang you would have seen that we had taken it in for that exact issue. And we actually had to bring it back, for the service department to fix it properly. In my opinion you are stating that your Service Department did not do their job. Two other dealers drove the car the same day, and gave estimates, neither found any noise or issues. Regarding the Odometer, that was discussed and was a non-issue, and was being rectified by the dealer we had purchased the car from. They were going to contact the BMV and have that fixed.
The issue that when we came in on the day noted, we were offered $6500 for our car, and told by the Used Car Manager that he did not care for Mustangs, which we believe is ultimately why he claimed there were repairs needed and low balling the offer. Your response does not accurately represent what Mr. Pearson and I discussed at all. He did offer us the $8500, but he stated that the odometer issue would need to be addressed first, before he could purchase the car. I told him, thanks for offer, but the Used Car Manager left such a negative impression that we were going to sell it to someone else.
Craig the service manager took my call and Craig the car salesman was so polite. Very straightforward and honest highly recommend
I just purchased a used car from Pearson. Company's that will actually do what is right rather than only what the "have to do" now days is a rare thing. I did not take the car on the interstate on my test drive. After purchasing the car and getting it on the interstate I realized there was something wrong with the suspension. I called the sales manager and a few days later after having it looked at they had me bring it in and took care of the problem at no cost. I was not expecting for them to cover it but they did. The purchase was easy and I am grateful that they took care of the problem.
Took my 2016 Ford Explorer in with 50,000 miles for 2 recalls. They did their Multipoint inspection. Came back saying I needed rear breaks.
Okay how much is that?
$275
Well was billed for $306.59.
Kinda makes me paranoid when I bring my Explorer in for something that is free. Walk out with a $300 bill. Guess they have to find a way to pay their service people.
Also Ashley said she would leave an appraisal in my car. Wasn t in there, but just got a text saying it is worth $28-$28,500 range
Also one more little gripe
I have a Pearson Ford preferred customer sticker in my windshield. What the heck does that get me? I ve tried to get my oil changed there but are always turned away because they are too busy .
Walked away very disappointed today. After test driving various models I was pretty set on the F-150 but the price was over $5,500 on a quote I have on a GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. They have very similar trim options with a few differences. Maybe this has become common since my last vehicle purchase (2015 Buick Encore) but I felt like there was no budging on price. All of my cost "savings" were from rebates which do not impact Pearson's bottom line. I could not get the sales rep to come even remotely close to competing on price.
He also spent 50% of the time criticizing GMC (one example was talking about their cash allowance rebate email which I showed him and he referred to as "funny money") and that their offer did not match their internet price. That would be more compelling if it wasn't that Pearson quoted me $1K+ over their internet pricing as well.
I felt like I negotiated in good faith and did not even ask to match the same price on the Sierra, but to try and come at a happy medium. It was almost impossible to talk to him about out-the-door pricing as he kept wanting to steer the conversation towards monthly cost and price before tax, doc fees, etc. I'm sorry if this is the preferred method at the dealership but I know my finances well and negotiating the out-the-door price is the best way for me to ensure that I am not overpaying.
I went in for recalls and now my car has a lot of rattling sound like something's loose the fuel line uses to tell me when I was going to run out now It don't I had a remote starter on it they took it off and now they can't put it back on I wish I could give them zero stars I'm very disappointed
Really enjoyed the buying experience at Pearson. Our sales rep, Dan, was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Expedition we were interested in buying. Additionally it was clear he had our best interest in mind as we discussed pricing and discounts. Then Zach in finance helped close the deal with the upmost professionalism. Very happy!
This is our first Ford. Our family has bought Hondas for years but we thought that we would try a Ford because their products are stunning. We got our Explorer from Pearson through an online service. They were 5 star. Phil was fantastic. Low pressure and I observed his encounters with his co-workers and they are all like family. Great atmosphere. Their people were tops.
Quick Lane Works service a great deal. Great staff and service.
Tremendous customer service by Jay. This was the best buying experience that I've ever had. Quick and easy. Michael in finance was terrific as well. Dealership was a little dated compared to others that I had been in but the staff and service were the best that I've ever had. Nice people.
Friendly fast service. Mary is the best and Dustin in service is awesome.
We live 2 hours away but our car broke down near there. Their service department informed us that it was going to be over $3000 to repair. That didn't make sense so he introduced us to the general manager Mr. Weir. He did a wonderful job with explaining the options and found us the 2014 Escape that we really wanted. I am always skeptical going into a car dealership but these guys were so nice. It actually felt like we had been doing business with them for years. It is nice to see that in this day and age.
Dan helped me find a great deal on a SUV that matched all the specifications I wanted in a new SUV. After I sent him a list of all the different options I wanted in a car, he matched that up with exactly what I wanted, so we only had to look at one SUV. Because of this I didn't need to go anywhere else to look at cars as he had meet and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a great car buying experience.
I bought my car just over a week ago. It was a used car and in pretty good condition. I felt like I got a good deal at the end of the day. A week later, while driving down a very busy street, the car just shuts off. I called the dealership in Zionsville to speak with John Wallisa, who sold me the car, to express my concerns about safety and what service checks they made prior to selling me the car. I made an appointment the next day at their Quick Lane center. At the very least, I expected the dealership to evaluate the vehicle to identify the problem. They were able to find the problem within the hour, and even located the part needed from another shop to make the repair that day. When I asked the used car sales team to help with the cost they said NO. In my opinion, this was a safety issue!!! Something that could have come up in their inspection before putting the car back on the lot! They prided themselves on customer service when I bought the car, and it seemed that philosophy was extremely short lived.
After explaining the situation and expressing my disappointment to my boyfriend, he decided to call the used car manager, Dave Taylor, on my behalf since I had to return to work. After a few dodged calls, he finally got Dave on the phone to explain the situation again....safety! customer service! I had the car one week!! Dave finally agreed to pay half of the parts and labor.....WHY DIDN'T HE RECOGNIZE THIS WHEN I COMPLAINED?? I feel I wasn't given the best customer service by the sales team, and now I think it's because I am a woman and they thought they could take advantage of me.
My experience in the Quick Lane center was more than positive. They evaluated my car in a timely manner, explained in great detail what was wrong and how they would fix it, pulled their resources to get the part in that day, and even took me back to work while my car was getting worked on AND picked me up when it was finished! Their customer service was over the top and I feel bad that they have to partner with the Pearson sales team on a daily basis.
Thank you so much Pearson Ford. I love my new car. I will totally recommend you to all my friends and family. Very helpful and friendly staff!!
Service department is great every time I have visited! They're on my way to work, so I thought I'd try them out. Never had any issues with damage to the car or anything like that in the couple of visits I've made.
I had a similar experience as Kris. I had an air conditioning problem that went on all summer. It ended up costing me like $2500 and it never worked correctly. I took it back in one more time and they said it would be another $2000 to repair. It ended up the compressor was bad. I called around found a repair shop in westfield that did it for under $1000. I emailed them back with this same story, they never contacted me. I dont go there anymore, and had gone there for years. Its sad..
Great people! I will always come here when I'm looking for a car. Dan Patterson is your man!
I came in last Thursday to look at the new F150 and it was a little too much money for me. However, the dealership showed me the specials that they had on the 2014 models. I was blown away with the deal that Pearson was able to provide me. I truthfully did not set out to purchase a new truck but it made sense. I actually lowered my payment. John was great. I appreciate his honest approach. This was a good experience.
Great experience. I ve gone to over 10 dealers in the last 5 years to buy vehicles and these guys are up there with the best of them!
Bought a truck on a handshake. Went back the next day and picked it up.
Always receive great service here. Everyone is wonderful to work with.
Very easy to deal with. No nonsense when discussing pricing and payments. Mary did a fantastic job! I'm very impressed with Pearson!
UPDATE: Pearson Ford called me back today (following Tuesday) to apologize for how long it took to get my car serviced. I changed my rating from 1 on to a 4 star because this shows me the people at Pearson Ford actually do care about you as a customer. I have left reviews before, and never heard back from the business. Although it took a little longer than I would have liked to get my vehicle serviced. They apologized and informed me this hardly ever happens, the service was pretty cheap, they did an excellent job, and they followed up to see how they can improve...I won't even consider going to a different Ford dealer in the future after this experience.
PEARSON FORD WELL DONE!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This review is for the service depart of the dealership. It may have just been my luck today, but I am I am typing this out as I have now waited two hours for a simple oil change to be completed. when I was told it would take at longest an hour and a half...I hope this is a rare case. Either way its ridiculous.
Great customer service! Work hard to earn customer loyalty. I appreciate everything they have done to help me to keep my vehicle in perfect working order. Thank you!
Had my in for recalls twice and both times the next day the check engine light has come on. Want to charge $125 just to tell me why? Also claim they have never been guilty of giving false info to a customer when nothing really needed fixed. Don t trust them with your car
Very rude people, unwilling to help when there's a problem. Can never get a hold of anyone and they've got a mouthful to say to defend their nonsense reasons for not helping you.
They are not very reliable with calling and updating the customers on where the unit currently stands. I am ALWAYS having to call them to find out what is going on. They need a new service team before I could even recommend this dealer to anyone!
Overall, the best buying experience that we ve had. We came from Lafayette, Indiana to purchase a new F150 from Pearsons. I have never received so much help from a team. The manager came out and greeted us. Phil helped us with our bed cover. Great team work and atmosphere to buy a truck.
Worst sales people, they don't know the product and prices. Reggie doesn't even know the trims of the car. I won't be coming back for more business.
Took our Edge in for it's first oil change, which was good, no problems. Also had a Ford OEM hitch installed, that was recommended by Eric Mattisz. Definitely made the right choice. It looks so good and it's flush with the bumper. I never thought of a hitch as sharp looking but this one is. It looks great. Got my Edge back clean too. Thanks again to Eric and Pearson
Great experience working with Katrina. She knows the answer to every question I have!
Only 4 stars because the quicklube is always a long wait.
Donnie is a great asset to the dealership. This is my second lease personally and 4th for our business and each one has been flawless. Great job.
The customer service is much improved! I have always enjoyed the service given at Pearson, just wasn't sure about the "customer" part. But I must say the customer service has improved. John in service did a great job updating me on my truck's progress and was willing to fix issues I had. Also, Jason (Service Manager), does a very good job of making sure you're satisfied and happy!
I inquired about a vehicle on a Friday. Matt Bolin acted as the vehicle was available. He asked me to do a credit app which I did they ran my credit then told me I was declined. Unless I can put money down but he said the truck was sold Saturday. I was upset because I felt that It should of been on hold for me since we was running my credit for it. Then all the sudden I was approved. Then goes to Tell me that someone had put a deposit down on the Thursday before I asked about it. And thatnit was on hold till the following Thursday. Now why wouldn t you tell me that someone had put a deposit down on this vehicle. I would have never told you to run my credit for a vehicle that someone put a deposit on. That s bad business and now I have 5 hard credit hits on my credit report for noting. The salesman name was Matt Bolin. Very upsetting. And I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone.
I had a light out on the passenger side of my escape. You can not get to it without taking the front bumper cover off so I told them to replace all of the lights on both passenger and drivers side while they had the cover off so I would not have to pay labor costs again to replace the other lights later when they burn out since the one burned. But they only did the passenger side. So now I just have to wait for the drivers side to burn out and go through this again and have to pay another $200.
As always, Bill was helpful and the service department did exactly what was needed and in a timely fashion.
Easily booked my appointment online, they were ready for me the next day. Service was quick (1hr) for a dealership! Will be back!
Had an appointment for an oil change with my Ford F450 and they got it done very quickly and professionally.
Very nice & courteous people! No gimmicks / tactics.
Customer service parts !!!!!!!!
is okay
Easy to work with the Pearson Team. Very efficient transaction.
First Ford that I've ever purchased. I've always owned imports. When I saw the Explorer Sport I thought it was a Range Rover! But it's a Ford! I had a deal worked out at the Ford dealer in Fishers and then my neighbor suggested I go see Ben at Pearson Ford. My neighbor was right. This guy is as good as it gets. Very up front, transparent, and more of a friend than a sales person. My neighbors all think its funny that I'm driving a Ford but I love it. Ben and Melissa were superb.
It s was a wonderful experience with the whole team from start to end and I highly recommend Pearson Ford for any of the services they own at Michigan rd Zionsville..
Andre was kind and helpful. He kept me inform what was happening with my car throughout the service period.
The first time I came to Person Ford they were great, However recently I had called them to see if I could get another vehcile since mine was not runnign anymore and it is too much to fix it.
When I first called they said that I would receive a call back which I did and gave them all my information via the phone. After a day or two I called back to check and was told that they were
having a hard time finding a bank for me, to which I said ok just let me know either way no big deal.
That was two days ago and I still have not heard from them. Like I said if you cannot do it just be professional enough to call back and let me know, it probably is not a phone call that someone wants to make but just make it.
We wanted to see if we could trade in my wifes Fiesta for a Focus. I didn't expect to have many options since we had only had the Fiesta for a year. We just found that it was a bit too small the longer we had it even though our original intent was to just use it for my wife to get to work.
Reggie (Salesman), Ben (General Manager), and others at the dealership worked to get us into a very, very nice Focus that was the exact color, body style, and equipment package, that we wanted. They did not try to over-sell us other things we did not need, and were very good to us.
As an example, I mentioned Ben Weir above. He is the General Manager of the dealership, and the reason I know his name is because he emailed me personally when we needed help finding the car we wanted, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He could have easily passed it off, but did not, and that really makes a difference.
We love our Ford vehicles, but are always hesitant when it comes to dealerships, but for our first visit having just moved to Indy, they definitely won us over and we will be back soon when it is time to trade in our Explorer.
Thank you!
Price typo made me think truck was AMAZING for the price but hopes were too high thx for ruining my day
Jay gives us a lot of help. We feel very easy and comfortable to buy a car here.
Had a wonderful experience working with Craig. He was very patient with me and my son, and they played basketball while I was completing my paperwork. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
My experience with Pearson Ford was excellent. My sales man and finance guy was great to work with. I would highly recommend them.
Great experience shopping for and purchasing a vehicle at Pearson Ford!
I appreciate being able to make an appointment to pick up the car and the salesperson then making sure that the time is free and clear to go through all the paperwork and overview the vehicle. Bill was professional.
Pearson ford made buying a car a wonder experience! Sean J was very helpful and even delivered our car to our home since it was not ready when we went in and signed. Nicholas O made all of the paperwork very simple and very quick. It was the best and easiest car buying experience I have had.
We are repeat buyers at Pearson Ford for multiple reasons. First, Katrina Jewell has returned and she is truly a gem (pun intended) in the sales department. We just purchased our 4th truck from her and she knows her product from the bed size, to the engine specs, to the Bluetooth pairing! Secondly, with the purchase of this F-250 we met Zach & Amanda in the financial area. Wow talk about 2 more highly knowledgeable people on financing as well as extended warranty information. Finally, not only did Pearson wash & shine the truck they filled it with gas before we took delivery. I can also see why Pearson Ford is on the Costco preferred buyer list. First class dealership in every aspect.
Got a great deal on a great car. No pressure, but helpful service from Patrick, a very knowledgeable and considerate salesperson.
used to be attentive; last 2 times I needed service, couldn't even get a callback.
The salesman Jeff responded quickly to all of my questions throughout the week because I was interested in looking at three different vehicles. He provided the right amount of attention and when I came in to sign the papers he was extremely helpful with my kids. I was completely satisfied with the experience.
I haven't purchased my car from anywhere else and I wouldn't have it maintainenced anywhere else.
Michael in finance was a breath of fresh air. I had a difficult time with another local dealer. They made my credit out to be much worse than it actually is. Michael took the time to explain to me my situation and I can do to help myself. I bought a great used car at a nice price and actually felt good about it.
I was told 30 min till ready when I arrived to get my car. 2 hours later I got it, I was waiting after a 24 hour earlier break down with a large dog. I had to pay my own motel, food for the night for myself and the dog. Frustrating loss of days work. 3 hours away and stuck for 24 hours. I leased a 2020 For Explorer so I would gave a dependable vehicle. This was my second road side assist in 4 days.
As always, the service, expertise, and pricing is fantastic.
PEARSON FORD experience was Amazing! On my first visit I meet Craig Bowes, this man greeted me on a Monday morning before I went to work. We sat down and I told him what my budget was and how much I wanted to spend. Mr Bowes listened to my concerns and went to work for me looking up what they had in their inventory so I test drove 2 vehicles. I knew which one I wanted so I went through my finance company and purchased that vehicle on today 12/21/19. Also let me not forget the purchasing price on my vehicle was reduced which Craig worked on my behalf and that sealed the deal!!!
I have never had such success at purchasing a vehicle than I did at Pearson Ford. What stood out the most was that Craig wasn t trying to get me something he thought I wanted.. no he LISTENED to what my budget and need was...a polite gentleman!
The finance team explained everything in detail what I was getting. Every question was answered and that process didn t take long. Again if you are looking for an Amazing experience and want to be treated with respect go to PEARSON FORD I highly recommend them to my family & friends
We have purchased several vehicles through Pearson and have our vehicles serviced there as well. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. From maintenance, service, finance, and sales: wonderful to work with.
I have serviced my vehicle here with Scott over the past few years and always had a good experience. This was my first time purchasing a truck at the dealer and I must say that the process was very easy and quick. The sales manager got involved early and we did not have to go and forth. Very good experience.
Very professional and we love our Ford Explorer from Pearson Ford.
Great customer service. Purchased my first Ford and I was hesitant at first. I had always bought from the same local Toyota dealership. The Ford dealership was head and shoulders above any other that I ve been to. The General Manager Ben was very helpful and made it really easy. The Salesperson and Finance representative made me feel comfortable. He explained all of my options and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. I would recommend them to any of my family because they treated me like family.
Chad, Eric and the team are awesome. They are prompt and explain everything from start to finish. Super clean facility and waiting area with wifi.
Dan and Amanda were great to work with. Amazing service and made me feel very comfortable working with them!
I had my 2005 Ford Mustang towed here with water damage to the engine. I had called at 11am that morning before the tow truck got the vehicle to them around 12 or 12:30. Not only did they not fix my car by the end of the day, but they also didn't have it finished by 11am the next morning when I called them again to check on the status of it. (It was supposed to be 'first in line' that morning.) So all-in-all, it took them over 24 hours to simply change the spark plugs, give it an oil change, and replace the air filter. Really, guys? I'm not impressed.
To their credit, they did actually fix the problem, though they charged me a $70 'inspection fee' that they failed to mention previously. Have you ever been to a place that charges you just for an estimate? I haven't.
Then, to top it all off, they said their shuttle service only goes 5 miles out, and since I lived 7.5 miles away, they refused to come get me. So instead, I had to pay for a taxi, which was just the icing on the cake.
So, needless to say, I won't be back to Pearson Ford again.
While I was there, I even had an inclination to check out their lot, but because I had poor service, I didn't want to give them my business by even looking at any newer cars. I'd rather give my money to a company that knows how to treat it's customers. Ya know?
The one redeeming quality I have to give them throughout the less-than-awesome experience was that, they were polite and weren't gruff or rude like so many other mechanic shops tend to be. It wasn't enough to make up for their other downfalls, but I'll at least give them that.
Our family has been buying from the same Ford dealer for 27 years. They were not interested in obtaining the Truck that I really wanted sitting on Pearson Ford s lot. I went to Pearson Fords to look at the truck and I m so glad that I did. Customer service was the best. From start to finish they went at my pace. Both Salespeople were attentive and the sale manager Ben made me feel like I had been buying at Pearson Ford for years. Highly recommend
Purchased my 2013 Ford F-150 Lariat through Adam. I had used Truecar for my research. Adam was the only sales person to actively search and find the car to my specifications. Price we did not mess around because he was spot on for what I was willing to pay. Between Adam and Truecar I spent no time playing dealership games with management. The longest I was in the dealership was to sign purchase agreement which took about an hour. I spent my most time being helped by the staff on how to use all my options on the truck. Overall great experience and would buy again.
Service was great. Bill went to bat for me to get my mirror replaced under warranty. Perfect!
Good vehicle, but they ll get you on total coverage deal when buying a vehicle. Great service department has always taken care of us in a timely manner.
Honest and accurate estimate of time for service. However, forget to credit coupon given to them before service performed.
Wow! Blown away with how easy it was. We dealt with Scott Dawson. We priced out all Ford Explorers in a 600 mile radius. I can't believe the cheapest Explorer deal was down the road from where I live. We were waiting on a payment from GEICO ( they were super quick with payment from claim. They had to deal with slow lienholder Geico is the best)They let us take the car with a promisary note to give check from insurance to them as down payment. We took car home same day. I was so happy I had my mother inlaw deal with Scott Dawson today. I was worried she would not get financing because of her medical problems/bills. Scott got her hooked up with a very nice used ford edge and she drove home within an hour with approval with Wells Fargo. Very satisfied. I will only buy American cars from now on. I will buy again at this dealership.
Had a great time picking out our Ford Escape. Great price, great ride, easy financing experience with Amanda and as always Dan Patterson was a pleasure to make a deal with.
Very nice associates. There did not pounce or pressure and they were willing to work with us as much as possible. Very nice I terror and a good selection of cars and trucks.
