Excellent car buying experience. Very fair, did not try to put me in something I was not comfortable with. I love my car and I highly recommend salesman Chris. He was excellent.
Had a Truck delivered to Missouri and when the truck got here there were a few issues I had. The Driver said there was a 30 day warranty and I called the salesman and he said that when I took it in to let him know. Turns out, there is no warranty and they are not acknowledging anything that was said. Very disappointed in the service when I did everything on my part to express concern. I was lied to but I should not be shocked in this industry.
Getting my gorgeous brand-new car was so easy! Dan was amazingly helpful and got me more than I even I knew I wanted for less than I could have imagined. He worked with me to get everything set and I got to drive home in my new car. I'll definitely be back.
I was really disappointed that Ford decided to stop making the CMAX. Our family has had 2 of them and couldn t be happier. They are great cars and much better than the Prius that we had previously. We found a very nice CMAX at Pearson Ford and we hope to keep it until our daughter goes off to college. Everybody at the dealership was wonderful. Really refreshing experience for my teenage kids to see. 10/10
I spoke with Ben today about trading on a used car. Had a great experience with he and the Finance department. Most dealerships have cheesy, pushy salespeople but they were easy to deal with and made the buying experience the easiest I've ever experienced. I got a great trade amount and ended up financing much less than book value on the car I bought. I would definitely recommend them and will go there again.
If you have an employee by name of Charles Prince Jr, could you please contact me? Thank you
IM EDITING MY POST AND CHANGING MY RATING TO A 5 STAR RATING BECAUSE THE OWNER JOHN PEARSON CALLED ME HIMSELF AND SAID HE HAD A TALK WITH HIS STAFF AND HE FELT BAD FOR THE WAY I WAS TREATED! HE SAID HE DID NOT WANT ANYONE TO THINK BAD OF HIS DEALORSHIP! HE WAS VERY KIND AND SWEET AND MADE IT RIGHT AND REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY AND A LITTLE EXTRA FOR ALL I WENT THROUGH! I TOLD HIM HE DIDNT HAVE TO DO THAT JUST MY MONEY BACK HE SAID NO AND THANKED ME FOR LETTING HIM KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND HE WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT! IN THE FUTURE I WILL GO BACK TO THAT DEALORSHIP BECAUSE THE OWNER DOES CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! THANK YOU JOHN PEARSON I TOTALLY RESPECT YOU AND YOUR VALUES!! I'm leaving my experience posted so that everyone can see you do read your reviews and you do care about your customers opinions to make it right!!!
' My experience:::
My boyfriend took me to this dealership stating that the salesman he dealt with there was great WHICH is not true! He is rude and very disrespectful and extremely pushy!! I looked at a 2007 Ford Edge and I was thinking about getting it. I looked at the Ford Edge on Saturday December 30th, 2017. They were pushy in getting me to do a credit app. I went ahead and did it. I was approved and the saleman called me Tuesday January 3rd 4 times and kept saying u need to get up here and sign the contract and I started avoiding his calls. On Wednesday January 4th he called me all day and said if I couldn't get up there to sign the contract then they couldn't hold it. At this point I was already over dealing with him and his pushy ways. I had him on speaker so my employee who works for me could hear him. I told him go ahead and put it back on the market at this point I had not agreed to anything or signed anything. After I told the salesman on Wednesday to let the car go all of a sudden they could wait till Saturday. At first tge salesman expected me to close my business and come up to sign the contract. I told my boyfriend what was going on he said I don't blame u if don't buy it. Then all day Thursday The salesman kept calling and I kept ignoring his calls till I talked to my boyfriend and he said go ahead and give them the deposit of $250 over the phone it's one less hassle for me to deal with go ahead and get the car. Against my better judgment I listened to him and the finance guy called me after 6pm on Thursday night January 5th and took my debit card over phone Without me signing a contract and they DID NOT DISCLOSE ANYTHING TO ME! FRIDAY I was hasseled all day and Saturday morning I finally texted the salesman and told him I just couldnt do it. The salesman called me and he was yelling and arguing with me on the phone I let my boyfriend hear the conversation. I asked about the $250 and he never responded back and then the finance guy called me Monday evening Januua9th,2017 and left me a message and said we WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY BECAUSE WE TOOK THE CAR OFF THE MARKET WHICH IS A BIG FAT LIE! I have a witness my employee heard over speaker phone on that previously Wednesday and Thursday I told them repeatedly to put it back on the lot and at that point I had not given them any credit card! BY LAW NO CAR DEALERSHIP CAN EVER KEEP UR DEPOSIT ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT HAVE A WRITTEN CONTRACT OR HAVE DISCLOSED THEIR POLICIES!
Was very happy with the sale and in particular the salesperson. Reggie was a pleasure to work with. As long as Reggie is there it will be Pearson for a lifetime.
I love Pearson Ford. Scott is so nice and kind and Dave is the best! Amanda in finance is an absolute riot which makes the whole experience fun. We have now gotten 3 cars from them and I will always go back. They are my dealership of choice.
Great experience! My salesman John was very helped and helped me get into a vehicle that perfectly suits my needs!
Great, welcoming environment. Felt great about my decision to buy from here.
I brought my 2012 Ford Focus into the service department and received some bad news. I was extremely hesitant on looking at another used car because I've had trouble with my last two. After a $2600 surprise, I took the plunge and contacted the Sales Manager. He detailed the benefits of buying a Certified vehicle and it peeked my interest. I ended up buying a Fusion ENergi and I m so happy with it. The nicest vehicle that I ve ever owned and for the first time in my life I felt good about the purchase. Sour grapes into good wine!
Super nice people! I bought a used car but they were honest and very polite.
The staff at Pearson, in Sales, Finance, and even the General Manager are all 100% top notch! The customer service I recieved when buying my car was above and beyond! They worked SO hard to help me buy the vehicle I wanted and within budget!! And they were super kind and helpful through the whole process, they made it so easy and even FUN buying a new car - like they were as excited as I was for me to buy a car, that was awesome!! I recommend anyone to go see this dealership for your next car, you will be happy you did! AND ALSO, I LOVE MY NEW CAR SO MUCH!!!!!
Great service visit. Always professional, honest and on-time.
Went to Pearson Ford after another dealer was acting shady and thoroughly enjoyed the experience....The dealer is clean and our dalesman Bill B. was great to deal with...drove away 2 hours after getting there with our new vehicle....will definitely be going back for my next purchase....
Charlie Kingery was great. Very Happy with the buying experience. I did not have to stay in the dealership for hours and he had all of my paperwork ready when I got there. I was there less than an hour. Talk with Charlie, he will get you taken care of..I am one of the people that would rather drive a hoopty than go through the buying process. It was simple and I am highly satisfied!!
I m sure the dealership is already aware, Kyle MacLachian is a fantastic service writer! I should know I was a service writer, warranty administrator. Shop foreman, and assistant service manager at three dealerships for over a decade. Plus it s kinda cool he looks like Edward Norton LOL . He is nice he listens and gets it right the first time. He stays in touch and does what he should do WELL! I m the fleet manager and head technician at Sunburst Shutters. I will seek him out when I come just to you for every repair. I will ask the fleet to do the same. I will now write reviews on my other devices. Thanks Kyle!
Bill and Dustin at Pearson Ford we re not only friendly but also responsive and courteous. I went in to get some recalls taken care of and they got the job done fast and treated my car well. I would highly recommend!
This is a review for their Service Department / "Quick Lane". I came to the "Quick" lane a week and a half ago trying to get an oil change. Got there 10 minutes before they opened. I waited for an hour and I was told it would still be another hour! I couldn't wait so I had to leave. I then make an appointment at their service center for an oil change a week and a half later. I get to the appointment and am told it'll be about a two hour wait! What in the hell is the point of making an appointment? An oil change should only take 15-20 minutes! I drive 30 minutes to get here one way! I bought my vehicle from Pearson and because of their service departments, they've lost a customer for life. I will not be back for my next car or service. Ray Skillman makes appointments and sticks to them at least.
Could not have been a more seamless and personalized process. Every aspect was flawless and the customer service and responsiveness overall made it an incredibly easy. Would highly recommend.
I started out working with Katrina and she was a breath of fresh air. Extremely responsive and low pressure. I came to visit the dealership and she had 3 customers at once so their general manager Ben spent time helping me. I'm sure that he is a busy man so to take the time to help me says a great deal about their culture. After I figured out what I wanted I finished the transaction with Katrina and Michael. These people are kind, honest, and responsive. I live in downtown Indianapolis but I will still service my new Fusion in Zionsville because of this team. Great all the way around.
Thank you SO MUCH to Sean and Amanda for a WONDERFUL experience!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my NEW EXPEDITION!!! We appreciate the time you all spent and made our deal happen!!!
I have been meaning to write a review sooner but I am just now getting to it finally. I have had several services done to my car while I was up in Indy, I can't say I'm very happy about them either. The tire patch and balances were fine but when I originally went to have my oil changed and tires rotated is where I ran into issues. They have what they call a "Quicklane" service shop that is separate from their actual dealership service department and from what I can tell, the biggest difference is that they give the smaller jobs to the technicians at the "Quicklane" that are only making around $10/hour flat rate and hence they don't really care about the quality of the job. I even asked if the two service departments were separate and they told me they were, so naturally I schedule my oil change to be done at the dealer service shop and not the "Quicklane". I bring my car to the main building and they tell me I can wait in the customer waiting area, I assumed they would be servicing my car at the service center but after looking at my receipt, I noticed it said "Quicklane" at the top. Needless to say I didn't make a big deal because I hadn't discovered a flaw in the quality of the work done. This particular service was when I was having my oil changed and my tires rotated, part of their upgraded oil change special, a few months later I come to find they didn't tighten my oil filter enough and it actually started to loosen up and started leaking from around the filter. The filter could be tightened without much effort and if I hadn't of checked my oil like I normally do, my engine would have potentially been starved of oil and locked up. They also didn't change the oil drain plug gasket and it was leaking from there as well. That's not even where my bad service story ends, they also warped one of my rotors because they don't use a torque wrench or even a torque stick. I figured it was too late at that point because I started noticing the vibration a couple weeks after I had my service done.
Now for when I had my tire patched. If I remembered the technician's name, I would mention it. He asked me to come into the shop because he couldn't find the leak. I come out and notice he has the passenger side tire off when I specifically told the service desk that it was the driver side tire. When he goes to put the tire back on, he just zips it on with an impact wrench, he doesn't retorque it or anything. When he get the tire off, he starts looking the tire over after spraying a soapy water solution on it and isn't finding anything. I end up noticing the leak before him and I don't even work there! At this point, he clearly doesn't care much about his work after having said he's only had a a dollar or two raise and that's after having been there for around 5 years if I recall correctly. I end up taking the car back to Lincoln, which is where I went to school, and got a torque wrench so I could retorque them in order to prevent further warpage. I took several years of Automotive in school, two years in high school and then went to Lincoln for their fifteen month program, so I know more than Pearson's average customer.
One thing is for sure, I won't be recommending Pearson to anyone in the near future nor do I intend to return there.
I have gone through the auto buying process a few times with Pearson and I am surprised at the level of reviews others have had. I have always dealt with the same person each and every time I purchased a car. Donny is absolutely fantastic! He tells you exactly what he thinks and doesn't try and sell you something that does not meet your needs. He listens to what you actually wants and finds it for you.
He knows that I am very picky and pretty much want every feature available in the car that I buy, he doesn't act like it's a ridiculous request at all. He takes the time to show me what is on the lot and even looks at what other dealerships have in case they have something that I want that is not currently available on Person's lot. He makes the whole process from start to finish effortless and fun. ANY concern that I have ever had he has taken care of it for me. When I had my Focus for just a few days I was having a not so good day and ripped my mirror off in a Burger King drive thru. Donny tried to find a replacement at a scrap yard not because he was cheap and didn't care...but because he was trying to save ME money. Sadly he could not locate one (mine has chrome accents which apparently are not as common as you'd think) and had to order it from Ford. Once it came in, he installed it himself saving me labor.
They may be a smaller dealership vs some others in the area, but I truly believe they give the best service, honest answers/opinions, and zero BS!
Ben and Donnie are the best in the business! We received a note from Ben in the mail about wanting our Flex. We came in and they lowered our payment. We traded our Flex in on a new one and then traded our Escape in a few days later. Keep up the good work!
Bill Heygood is always a pleasure. He explains the issues with your vehicle and available options. Bill is my first choice for assistance.
Dana Brooks
We purchased a Ford Edge recently from Don and I am pleased to say it was painless. None of the typical used car salesman syndrome where one guys starts to deal and another closes. He was very professional and answered a lot of questions we had. It had been ten years since we purchased our last car so there were many questions. He wasn't pushy and allowed us to move forward at our own pace. I really appreciated that kind of sales approach.
Friendly, efficient, courteous, efficient , and excellent .
The steering problem was fixed. However, on the way to St Louis something started dragging. Since I was half way there I continued on to St Louis.
Upon inspection in St Louis I found that the under panel on both sides had come loose and was dragging on the ground. In fact they had turned under and sounded like I was dragging a wood skid. I had to saw both sides off before I could drive the car.
We had a rocky experience in Service. We reached out to the GM and he was extremely apologetic for the issues that we were having. He put us in a car to drive and asked us to give them one more day to identify the issue. We allowed them to do so. They were able to fix the issue. After coming to the dealer for many years we didn t feel like we had to reach out to management but they did get the job done. We will continue to come to Pearson.
Pretty rude staff in the Wholesale section. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They ought to be ashamed of themselves but not before getting fired. They should just change the name from "Wholesale" to "Low IQ." What a joke.
Excellent Customer service; cost is always reasonable & competitive
I was very pleased with treatment from Donnie and Michael in purchasing and closing the car. It was a very easy transaction getting what I wanted for a good price.
The Quick Lane there is the best. Outstanding service. Reliable, fast, courteous, good value. Mike D is the best. Took my Toyota there and am extremely happy. They have done great work on our Ford and Mazda as well.
Excellent buying experience. Transaction was honest, efficient and professional. I feel I got excellent value in the purchase and all of the staff seemed very conscientious about me having a positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership
Very rude staff. Too busy to have proper etiquette and good customer service. Will sell a vehicle out from under you once you put in an application. Think twice before letting them run your credit. .|...
I recently took my car to Pearson Ford because Ford had a recall on the fuel tank system. I have had my car (a Mercury Milan) for 2 1/2 years and have never had a problem with my car on any level...now a few days after taking my car in for a recall I am getting a "Check Fuel Fill Inlet" code on my car. Of course they are saying they have to charge to check out the code and it may not be related to the recall (which means more money). What's going to happen when I take the car in? It most likely won't be related to the recall at all of course. I'm not taking my car back to those people, ever!!! I don't trust that they will do the right thing. I can't say for certain this dealership tampered with my car, but the timing of this code coming up is VERY suspicious...UPDATE: John in the service department of Pearson Ford contacted me and offered to check the code for free. I told him I appreciated the offer but would not be taking him up on it---and I do appreciate it. I wish that offer had been extended when I called him the first time to ask about the code but that is water under the bridge. The offer was extended and for that I am grateful.
Could not ask for anything more than Pearson Ford did for us. They found the exact vehicle we wanted and made the deal happen on a very short time frame we had to get it done!
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!
Everything about the place was professional and very well put together. A dealership that truly cares about its customers and it s vehicles. Craig Aldridge and Sean Jones are the guys to go to. Got me out of my ride and into a new shiny F-150. Couldn t be any more pleased with my experience at Pearson Ford. Craig and Sean went above and beyond to take care of my car buying needs
I came in for a test drive on a vehicle and was told that someone had put down an online deposit. I informed Chad I was interested in buying it. He then went and talked to someone and told me if they weren't here by 4 o'clock that it would go to me. I heard from Chad at 4 and went and bought it that same day. I'm very impressed with the way Chad got the deal done.
Service was great! When dropping my car off for service told them I didn't need it until afternoon and they had everything done in just under 2 hours! The only thing I found interesting is on the door leading into the service department was a sign that said Masks required beyond this point....yet I did not see a single employee wearing a mask.
Katrina worked with me entirely by email and phone. After we agreed on the deal, she found the truck that I wanted. I was in the dealership for a total of 45 minutes to pick up my new truck and to do my paperwork. The iPad presentation that Michael did for me in the paperwork office was very cool. This was an eye opening buying experience. Every dealer should be this way. I love my new F150!
Don t use Pearson ford for servicing your car. I made an appointment to drop off my car for the WHOLE DAY and they didn t even take a look at it. You d think if I had an appointment I d get some answers!! They assumed I could just bring it back the next day. With this being my only vehicle I scheduled many thing around taking it in that day. I will be going to a different dealership with better customer service.
My truck was scheduled for diagnostics, the problems found were reviewed with me before any work was done, the estimate was very close to the actual bill, and the issues were fixed - all within a short amount of time!
Bought my BMW from here. Great people, great service. Gave me exactly what I wanted for trade in. Love my new car thanks again!!!! 5 stars
Very pleased with the service at Pearson . My husband has been needing a new truck for over 40 years and with help from Jaime , sales consultant at Pearson it finally happened. My husband has his new Ford Ranger!! Staff at Pearson's made everything go smooth and made it very easy to have that new truck. Thanks to all!
Bought my Edge ST here in 2019, excellent customer service. I ve been bringing it to Jake at Ford Service for all regular maintenance ever since. Great group of people!
Performance Collision has a great staff and they're very polite and knowledgeable. They do very good work
I used the Costco Auto Program to research both Ford and Toyota hybrid vehicles. Zach, from Pearson Ford, contacted me by email right away with details on pricing for the Fusion SE Hybrid, which included not only a generous Costco discount, but also other Ford discounts. Zach kept in contact with me by email and phone as I continued my decision making process, never pressuring me, and always helpful. Price and features swayed my decision to buy the Fusion. The day I decided to buy, Zach worked me into his afternoon schedule. I trusted him from the start. He was very helpful throughout the process and helped me setup the technology features of the car. The dealership offered me a good price for my trade in, and at the end of the day I drove my new Ford Fusion SE Hybrid home. I am looking forward to an equally good experience when I take my car in for its first service.
I really liked Craig. He was well-informed and direct. I appreciated his customer focused attitude and the straightforward negotiation. He got me exactly what I wanted. This is the second car that I bought at Pearson. Keep up the good work.
Worked with Dan Patterson: Internet Sales
Where to start... Dan is truly an amazing person...see I didnt say "salesman"... so much more than that! Made the experience of our trade seamless and non stressful! Dan Was able to get us in a vehicle that met the needs of our changing family! The Dealership is exceptionally clean and EVERYONE was friendly. Highly recommend Dan Patterson and Pearson Ford! They have our business for LIFE!
I picked up my New Fusion and I was blown away with the presentation that Davis gave me. He took his time and went through every technology option. I get a new car every 2 years for my job and I have never had any dealer dedicate that much time in their presentation. I believe that he is only a high school aged kid but he is truly an asset and professional. Perfect experience.
Very friendly and easy to work with. Our salesperson Analisa was great and got us a super deal. Amanda in finance was great also. Would do business with them again for sure.
Reggie and Amanda did a very professional job of helping us through the sales and financing of our new truck. The process was seamless and both were helpful, friendly and respectful. We would highly recommend these two when purchasing your vehicle at Pearson Ford.
Bill Blackstone was amazing!!! His professionalism is 5 star! We had a difficult situation where we had to trade 2 cars for a new one due to my husbands serious illness. Bill was so professional, caring and compassionate that it made the new car purchase so easy. He gave us everything we wanted at an amazing price. This was a hard day for my husband and I. Bill made the process so great! Thank you Bill!
Dustin was great to work with and made everything easy. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my GT500.
Chad and his team always takes good care of us, we are never wondering where we are in the process he communicates proactively and does what he promises to do when promised.
This is our first experience with Pearson Ford. We connected with them as part of the Costco Auto program. John Wallisa contacted us very quickly upon our initial request, and was very accommodating and professional in his interactions.
We had a very specific vehicle in mind and John and his team worked really hard to find us that vehicle. He even cheerfully navigated some additional obstacles we put in his way and happily answered all of our queries.
Pickup of our vehicle was done at our convenience and Nick in financing helped us navigate the mountain of paperwork.
John also followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. A big thank you to everyone at Pearson Ford!
Dan was very friendly and helped my husband and I find the perfect truck within our budget. Kyle was very patient about answering all our questions and working with us on the paperwork. I never felt like either was pressuring me to buy something I wasn't interested in and I would highly recommend the dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I dealt with Craig Bowes who made everything super convenient for me. Convenience can be easy for a dealer if they are getting the best end of the deal, but I was driving Craig reasonably hard to make me a good and fair deal and he still went above all expectations to make this process quick and painless. I traded in a sedan for a used truck and ended up with both of us getting a fair trade in the process. If you get the chance to shop at Pearson, do yourself a favor and ask for Craig. He will work to help you get what you want and you won't get the 'slimy car salesmen' treatment, just the opposite! I don't like Fords personally and rarely buy new cars anymore, but the next time I'm ready to trade I'm coming back to their lot first!
My husband purchased a 2010 F150 FX4 from Pearson Ford earlier this year. Would not come down on the price because we were told the truck needed NOTHING maintenance wise as the truck was owned by a well known customer. We were bribed to leave a good review for them in exchange for the original tires and rims that were on the truck when it was traded in (we never got these until months later and they were junk). Within a month the truck was taken in because there was bad vibration while driving over 40 mph. Come to find out the tires that were on it were just pieced together. We needed all four new tires. $1200 later we have new tires. When the truck was in the shop for the tires, we were advised that we needed new shocks and struts and the quote was $1400. I then made an appointment at Pearson Ford service for them to look at the shocks and struts, wheel noise, and the tire pressure sensor light was on (making the appointment was a joke by itself - Was told that I would have to leave the truck there and that I could NOT get a loaner, but after contacting John Pearson Jr. we were given a loaner. It was several days before we heard anything. Finally we heard back from them and they stated the shocks and struts were fine and the wheel noise was from the aftermarket rims they had put on the truck. The reason it took several days to hear anything was because they did not have the key to unlock the aftermarket rims that THEY put on the truck. Long story short and another phone call to John Pearson Jr. we picked our truck back up almost two weeks later. As soon as we got in the truck the tire pressure sensor light was still on, the truck was dirty inside and out, and they would have to call us when the parts were in to fix the wheel noise. So they had the truck for two weeks and got NOTHING done!!!! I talked to the service tech that was at the shop when we picked up the truck and told him the story about the shocks and structs and he even stated that they needed replaced. We were told the parts would be in the next week and they would call us. In the meantime, my husband got a very bad infection and was hospitalized for 5 days. After he got home and things settled down, we called up to Pearson Ford service to find out about the parts since they had never called. Of course they said they let that fall in the cracks and forgot to call. We were basically told we just had bad luck when we purchased the truck and there was no way to know it needed all of the repairs. Since then we have taken it to another Ford dealership and they have got the shocks and struts on the front covered under warranty. I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this company. Nor would I EVER take my vehicle in for repair!!!! They got their money, that is all they cared about.
Great place to get your car serviced and good place to get a good deal on a car or truck. Father and I've worked with them for about 25 years and have always been treated right
Jay was very genuine to deal with. He treated us with respect and helped us to find a vehicle that met our budget. Overall experience was very good. Since I live in Bloomington, most of our conversation was on the phone or text. He beat several other Ford dealers in the area to put us in the car we wanted.
Dan was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the Expedition and made the process of buying a new car easy. He helped us with rebates and getting to a price point that we were comfortable with. Overall we had a great experience and wouldn t hesitate to purchase from Dan and Pearson Ford in the future.
I ve taken my vehicles here for service and they do a great job. Bill is a good guy in service in particular. Wheel repair is A1, professionalism is A1, but most of all the quality of their work is good. They re not as expensive as some other dealers, in my view, either.
God bless Pearson Ford!
Fantastic service! Faster than expected and they even fixed a recall I didn't know about. Nice work - I'll definitely be coming back for future service needs.
I feel that Chris DeFord did a great job in guiding me to the best financing option available at Ford. Kyle MMcDonough was extremely helpful with my financing option as well. Overall, I have always had a very good experience with the service and people at Pearson Ford. I intend to come back in August/September to buy a car for my son, Tommy, who turns 16 in September.
Katrina was an amazing person to work with. She was always very warm and inviting, she gave me the best price the 1st time, and she made me want to buy a car from her. She was my last deciding factor on getting that car. She was great.
I traveled 4 hours to check out the "great deal" I was supposed to receive on a used F150. I was offered a whopping $100 off of asking price and was later told it was appraised incorrectly. You would think they would mention that to a guy before he traveled that far, but nah! I am only giving this review more than one star because the salesman was honest about the condition of the vehicle and he did all he was allowed to do, but besides that the experience was not so great. So if your looking at the 03 F150 4X4 they have on their lot at the moment you better wait so they can raise the price and make you an even "greater deal".
Took our Ford Fusion in for a seat belt malfunction. Andre was right on it. Took the car right in and it was repaired and ready to go in an hour. Nice courteous people at Pearson Ford.
Third car that I ve bought at Pearson Ford. I recently purchased from Katrina. She was outstanding. I am a huge fan of this dealership and the way that they do business. Happy customer again.
The people s were friendly and the service was great. I had an issue after the repairs were made but I had a heart attack and have not been able to discuss with Pearson Ford. I have no doubt they will rectify the problem.
I have never had a service experience as professional and pleasant with outstanding results! Eric and his crew are the best! They truly went the extra mile to make my car as perfect as possible.
I made an Ebay purchase of a used vehicle. Dealer took care of everything including shipping the vehicle. Overall, very good experience, although all email or phone.
The dealership is always kind and does an excellent job. I have used them consistently for about 8 years.
When shopping for my youngest son's first car at Pearson's, we were cordially greeting by Adam. We never felt like we were pushed or hassled into the sale. Other dealerships had salespersons that pushed to hard for the sale. We had already decided what we wanted before arriving there and they fulled met our needs and expectations.
Overall, excellent experience! We found exactly the car we needed and our salesman Dan Patterson was very patient throughout the whole process. Amanda Gregor handled the closing, explaining all of the paperwork. They even provided tips on the registration process, as that can be a challenge. I would highly recommend the Pearson Ford dealership
Nice to work with. Only suggestion would be that other service agents or scheduler be able to tell you if your car is done. If your agent is busy or out of the office, no one can tell you anything. Don't know why they wouldn't be able to look in the system to tell you that.
There s nothing really negative I can say about my Pearson Ford experience. Whether it was Ryan who helped me purchase my new vehicle or the gentleman in parts who helps me with my weather tech or any other customize Ford parts for my 2020 Ford fusion or even quick Lane with Kyle Who is always there with a smiling face and confidence! I know that my 2012 Ford focus titanium is safe in his hands. This goes without saying Pearson Ford has provided me the best experience since my interactions at Gene Butman Ford. I will always be apart of the Ford family thank you Pearson Ford for your service and your leader ship you have quality staff at your establishment.
PS the new Ford Bronco is coming in 2021
Great honest service. Left very happy and didn't feel like I was horrifically price gouged.
Tried to charge almost double general asking price for a GT350R wheel. Disappointed in Ford in general over this, but even more so Pearson.
Entire staff at Pearson is amazing! We are always completely satisfied with the customer service before and after the sale.
Incredible staff / helpful (as well as "extremely" patient). Would highly recommend Pearson Ford of Zionsville as a #1 choice to purchase a vehicle. They answered every question we had & addressed any concerns we had. Well done!!!!
We just bought a new Mustang and it was a breeze. I went through the USAA buying process on their website. The pricing was uber competitive and the dealership is run very well. Melissa was as good as it gets. Michael in finance went over all of the documents and actually found me a way to save some money. The GM came over and thanked me for my business and we had a great discussion about our kids. All and all a stress free experience.
Bill gives us excellent service each and every time.
