My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Pearson Ford and have always been pleased with the vehicle and the customer service. We recently had a situation where we needed to trade in our vehicle and purchase a less expensive vehicle in order to close on our new home 2 days later. Ben Weir helped us to find a vehicle and turned our very stressful situation into a smooth transaction. He went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we got the best deal possible. Every person at Pearson helped us through the process quickly and efficiently. Mike Berg went out of his way to make sure the financing paperwork was processed quickly so we could close on our home. I know we would not have received this level of customer service from any other dealership. I cannot thank the people at Pearson enough for the exceptional service we received. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

This is the first auto dealer that I have ever enjoyed. I met their GM while dropping my car off for a noise in the service shop. He listened to my frustrations and let me drive a new Explorer while I was waiting for my Explorer to be completed. I fell in love with the Explorer and bought it that day! I had no intentions of buying a truck but I did. Kudos to Ben and his team. I highly recommend these guys to anybody. It s a different experience

I bought my latest car (a 2019 Fusion hybrid) and my previous car (a 2013 Focus) at Pearson Ford. I like Pearson because I don t feel rushed, and people remember who I am. I used the Consumer Reports car buying service and I feel I got a more than fair, transparent deal. The Quick Lane service center next door does the routine service you don t need an appointment, it s generally quick and reasonably priced. All in all, I am very satisfied with the cars I have purchased at Pearson Ford and the service they ve gotten.

This was my first experience here. My vehicle had a factory paint blemish. I didn't discover it until a week after the car was picked up. All of my friends told me that I was stuck with the issue and the dealership would not do anything for me. I waited a couple of days because truthfully I didn't want to argue. I decided to bring my new Explorer in and talked to the sales manager. He was awesome! He walked me back to their shop, rented me a car, and had my new car fixed in 2 days. This kind of experience is truly rare in this day and age. Ben, Dave, Eric, and everybody at Pearson had great attitudes and worked as a team. Superb experience.

We recently bought a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport from Ben. Our family has bought 11 Fords from Hinds Ford. We were given Ben s name from a business contact. We called him and felt comfortable right away. We drove from Fishers to Zionsville and it was worth the trip. Ben was awesome. He showed us a way to save some money and we really appreciated that. He also showed us that we had been paying extra sees for years and he earned our business for life because of it. I have told my parents and others to go to Pearson Ford. It s worth the drive.

Great people, great service and very professional! I would have to say they went out of their way to ensure I was greeted, explained what I needed and why and was satisfied when I picked up my vehicle.

Big thanks to our salesman Jaime. Very professional and Honest. This place does not give you the run around like most car dealerships. We were show a lot of hospitality and Jaime answered all of our questions and helped us make a great choice on our new F-150. I would highly recommend this place and contact Jaime. Thanks again.

I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from he...

I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from here and have been plagued with nothing but problems since. As a first time buyer, I expected more transparency and forthrightness, even when purchasing an older used vehicle. My expectations of Pearson Ford was that even their used cars would be at least in good serviceable condition. I was extremely pressured into buying the worst mistake of my life.

Instead here is what I found instead:

1.) 2 weeks after purchase, the entire accessory drive belt system of the vehicle had to be replaced because it was so worn that the belts were splitting. The belts were obviously coated with some sort of soap/grease that was used to disguise the deficiency in the vehicle at the time of purchase. Total cost $200.
2.) The transmission fluid in the vehicle was pitch black and tarry. It required 4 flushes before it would run clean. $150.
3.) 6 months from the date of purchase, an ignition coil and timing belt in the engine failed. $1250
4.) The turn signal system hyperblinks, and the left front turn signal died 3 weeks after purchase due to the removal of a factory part by the previous owner (I am assuming) and replacement with a pair of non insulated electrical spade connectors. I still have not been able to afford a repair for this problem which at minimum will cost $400.
5.) I am currently now experiencing a loud squeal coming from the back end, which it still in the process of being diagnosed. I pray to god it's something cheap this time.
6.) The windshield cracked across the entire bottom of the vehicle overnight one day due what I can only assume was a rapid temperature change.
7.) I have just received a recall for this vehicle concerning the back rack used to mount the spare tire, which has the potential to rust and corrode and fall off, potentially while driving, having the potential to cause serious injury. No repairs are being offered for it.
8.) The bed liner in the vehicle is horrible, and holds water in it for days at time after a rain storm, even with the tailgate dropped. I am extremely concerned about the life expectancy of my bed due to rust.

Although I had an excellent credit rating, I was not given a reasonable interest rate because I was a "first time buyer." I am stuck with a pile of junk that only values half of what I paid for it. To make matters more interesting, I posted a review on another site 2 days ago, only to find that somehow, it disappeared. To make matters more interesting, even though I chose to remain anonymous, I was contacted by the Pearson Ford today in regards to my review on there, along with an inquiry as to why they were never contacted about these problems.

I actually find this a little creepy and unnerving. I chose not to go back to the dealer to fix these problems because I was so badly ripped off in the beginning that my mistrust of this place is probably something that will never be fixed. I was advised by the certified mechanics that did the repairs to my vehicle to avoid the place that sold me this pile of junk like the plague. I will take my excellent credit rating and on time payments to someplace that is willing to work with me and sell me a quality vehicle next time.

We have purchased several cars from this location and Craig specifically. Our most recent purchase was a unique situation for us as we were replacing a car for a daughter who had been in an accident and lives 1,600 miles away. Everything was done so quickly for us and handled so well so we could leave in a timely manner to get the car to her. We appreciate the efforts put forth by Craig and Pearson Ford staff. Thank you!

Reggie the salesperson understood what I was looking for and always treated me with respect. I trust him very much. The sales manager found me the exact car I was looking for then made the negotiations very easy to counter and discuss. The car was beautiful as we took possession!

The salesman, Charley Kingery, was not only extremely personable, he was also very knowledgeable, and willing to work hard to find us the exact vehicle that we wanted. Also, I appreciated the fact that Pearson Ford told me right up front what they would allow on my trade-in. No games, like some dealerships seem to play with the value of your trade in. In other words, I was treated fairly and honestly. I would not hesitate to recommend others to Pearson Ford, and if I'm in the market again one of these days for another new car, I would definitely start there first. Ask for Charlie!

I am loving my new C-Max. The mileage is fabulous. We have it for a week today and are enjoying it tremendously. Alex did a great job selling us the vehicle. It was not what my heart was set on buying but it took over my heart after one drive. Wow, they are the best.

Our truck has been to this dealership three times now for several different issues over the last month or two. So far it has had the water pump, starter, batteries, injectors and this morning the truck would not start again. We will not be taking it back to this dealership because the issue is still happening and I feel like they are just guessing at this point as to what is wrong with the truck.

Craig was very easy to work with and worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for my wants and needs. All of the assisting staff were very friendly and stayed over late to make sure I was taken care of before leaving. I would highly recommend both Pearson Ford and Craig for your Ford needs.

Thank you to the Team at Pearson Ford! I had an incredible experience from my first call to the dealership, to the final delivery! A special thanks to the GM Ben Weir, my salesperson Liz Moritz, and my finance Kyle McDonough! They made the process seamless and were super accommodating with our crazy busy schedules! Would refer them to anyone I know!

I highly recommend Pearson Ford as have phenomenal service. I bought a preowned escape from John which I absolutely love. John was awesome and not pushy and very knowledgeable about the car. He was on the ball with everything. Chad in the fast lane was excellent as there was something that needed tweaked in the air conditioning and they took care of it! I will recommend others to Pearson Ford.

The chic in service that schedules repairs doesn't know anything whatsoever about cars. Expect to pay 100% Full Retail Price for your repair. Don't call them, they will call you in about a week when your car is finished. Don't think just because they are a Ford Dealer that the work done on your Ford will be done correctly the first time, you might need to bring it back and have it repaired again and your cost not theirs! People that are foolish enough to use this dealer have another vehicle at home to drive!

Chris is a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My entire experience was great. This is our 4th vehicle from Pearson and we are looking at number 5 right now. We would absolutely recommend Pearson - we already have!

I was extremely pleased with my experience dealing with two recall notices a trailer battery not charging issue on my 2015 F150. Dustin in service quickly gained my confidence when I dropped off my truck. The repairs were done in a timely manner and was kept informed throughout the process. Kudos to Dustin!!

I visited Pearson for an oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour during my lunch hour, perfect! Everyone was very nice, polite, and helpful. The waiting room is very comfortable with chairs that had little tables attached. I was able to eat my lunch and enjoy my wait.

We had a wonderful experience with Donnie and would, without a doubt, work with him again. He was straightforward, realistic and really partnered with us. We are new to Indiana and had never heard of Pearson. When searching online, we selected Pearson because of the high reviews and the claim to be the most Female Friendly dealership. Our experience couldn't have been better.

2 stars because they fixed the car this time (I think) but the service was lacking.

I had car trouble where my car had issues with shifting into reverse. Apparently, there was a recall for the TCM that I never got done. (I never received a letter from Ford.) They were nice at first about it, but when I asked them about another issue with my car (a check engine light that Auto Zone said is an O2 sensor that I added as a note on the envelope for the key drop), they told me it'd be $97 to check it.

What unnerves me is how much qualifying language they used over the phone regarding the recall work and how annoyed they seemed about me asking about the note I left on the key drop envelope. I suppose that if the car continues to have issues with shifting into reverse or another engine light, I'll just take the car elsewhere.

Update: I went to pick up the car last week and it still would not shift into reverse. The work ended up costing me nearly $1100 - including a $150 "diagnostic" fee (not $97 - apparently, it costs more to hook up the car's computer to the mechanic's computer when the question is about the transmission and not the engine). When I arrived to claim the car today, I was passed off between three staff members in order to get checked out. They were all civil but not friendly - a far cry from the first person I spoke to over the phone.

This is the first dealership to which I have taken a car where they did not wash my car before returning it to me. Considering I paid nearly $1100 - $500 in labor costs alone - the least they could have done was not let it sit out in the sun where it collected feathers, dust, and bird droppings!

I would not recommend Pearson Ford's service department to anybody who wants to encounter a friendly face and a car that is at least as clean as before dropping it off to the shop.

I would give a 5 but i have to take jeep back to have the radio fixed and and spare key on my time. Worked very hard to complete a deal that was right for us. Even with several glitches in the approval process and a lender who took 3 days to complete their end, the staff at Pearson remained professional and extremely helpful. Overall, the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have owned many cars in my lifetime and have never left a dealership feeling like I got the best deal possible. Not true at Pearson. I definitely feel I was treated like my satisfaction was important to them.

I have purchased 3 vehicles for my high school and college children over the past 18 months. This was hands down the best experience. I needed a reliable for car for under $10,000 and they gave me options. I had a small issue with the car a few days after the pickup and they took care of the issues without any second thought. Dan in Finance was very friendly and I appreciated his approach. This business is really a hidden gem.

The Indy Auto Show is one of the few annual automo...

The Indy Auto Show is one of the few annual automobile events around Indianapolis my father and I enjoy attending to cherish our interest in automobiles. This year Ford presented the "It Pays to Test Drive a Ford" which my father and I entered for test driving a new Ford Mustang GT. I have been a mustang enthusiast for as long as I can remember, so having the opportunity to drive the new mustang at a point in my life where I am financially eligible to possibly lease one is something Ive never been able to do before. So last Saturday my father and I went to our local Pearson Ford dealer off N. Michigan Road in Zionsville, IN. Before we could even leave my car we had a salesman named Dave Taylor (business card provided) approach us. He asked how he could help us and we replied with fulfilling the Ford program to test drive a new Ford Mustang GT that is actually a real 5.0 V-8 now. Shortly after beginning our test drive in a GT with a 6 speed manual the test drive "around the block" was nice until our salesman Dave decided in his mind I was not an eligible buyer. Before I could even reach the top of 2nd on a back road with no pedestrians or traffic I was grabbed by my shoulder and told what I was doing was wrong. Apparently going from a roll, not dropping the clutch from a dead stop, not burning the tires, not even reaching speeds above 60 mph was not allowed in this car. A performance car that is meant to be driven not only for a daily driver but to be appreciated for the performance it offers each of its buyers and possible ones. Since Dave assumed I was only a young man using the Ford program to drive a Mustang rather than actively considering it for my first large purchase of my life I could actually afford was insulting. I have already driven a 2020 camaro ss and challenger RT w/ 392 in 6 speed options and wanted to compare it to the latest and greatest Mustang. Each test drive in the Camaro and Challenger were spirited only to aid in my decision in deciding which car is the best to invest in. My father has test driven mustangs he was considering back in 2013 at that same dealership when the 5.0 was reintroduced which flourished my interest in the Mustang GT since I was young. But thanks to Dave, my father and I's Saturday browsing my next car was cut short. Seems to me its better to buy a chevy or dodge or altogether give my businesses to another Ford Dealer in Indianapolis. It is salesman like Dave Taylor that leave a bad representation of the Ford Dealership in Zionsville, IN. Salesman who do not understand the product they are selling is a PERFORMANCE VEHICLE that is meant to be driven and not just be a grocery getter around the block.

My experience with this dealership is poor Braxton was the salesman I had and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to negotiate a price and all I got from him was insulting comments like well maybe this isn't the truck for you or your probably not able to get a loan for it or don't waste your time. Pretty sure asking 3,000 under the asking price isn't low balling an offer. Usually how it works is you come back with another price not insulting comments. He needs to work on his people skills I don't see how he sells an vehicles.

Purchased vehicle new 2017 fro Pearson Ford. Take heed, these people want nothing to do with you after the sale; typical Old sales & no service.
I called ahead and was told to come in anytime and any sales person knew how to work out a vehicle to phone connection problem; they lied. When they saw me pull up to the dealership they sent the greenest (sales) person out. After explaining who said to be there and why she had to go wait on a gaggle of men with other men mulling about, but waiting on the ones she went to for an answer. After several moments she returned to tell me no one there could help and I had to come back during the week. I explained I made special arrangements to get there, she apologized, and repeated no one there to help, I had to come back.
They lie.
The only reason I ever purchased from there was because a colleague (in 2017 had/has Pearson as a client.
Doing business with Pearson is like taking a step back in time to when Detroit was king and poor service was in .

I have not had good luck buying cars in the past. Partially my fault because I overthink everything. I submitted my info to USSA and was referred to 3 Ford dealers in my area. I changed my mind about what I wanted at least 5 times in a month. Charlie Kingery was the only salesperson that stuck with me throughout the process. He was patient and followed up with me throughout. Once I figured out what I wanted he had it ready for me the very next day. The delivery took less than an hour and when one issue popped up it was taken care of immediately. The 2017 Escape is a great vehicle and it has really been perfect for my lifestyle. I have already reffered 2 friends to the dealership since purchasing my Escape

The management team went above and beyond to help us solve a title issue we were having. Dave was always on top of things, especially with communicating where we were at in the process of the entire situation. We are very thankful to have had such a great experience and group of people to have worked with!

Just a heads up for anyone who might be looking to buy a car or truck right now. Go to Pearson Automotive in Zionsville (Ford dealer) and talk to Katrina. She doesn't try to hassle you or throw sales tactics at you to buy something... she makes the process very quick and simple once you've picked a vehicle you're set on. They use one of the best financing companies for first time buyers (rated 4 out 5 stars), and Katrina lowered the price on my Silverado to basically what would be a cash price vs a dealer price, so my truck is worth exactly what the loan is on it. I hate seeing people get screwed and owe 10k more on a loan than what their vehicle is worth like all these other dealers! Platinum Auto Finance (for first time and low credit buyers) is also very helpful if you fall behind on your loan a month or so...they will work with you vs jump to repossess your vehicle like any bank will do.

Reggie was so refreshing to work with. We had visited a few other dealerships in town and encountered car salesmen. They did not care about us and treated us like a piece of meat. Reggie was so nice and funny. We are really enjoying our new Explorer. Job well done.

Let me first start off with I used to work in sale...

Let me first start off with I used to work in sales, at a motorcycle dealer, I have a background of being in customer service for over 19 years. My experience was flawless, from the moment I had an inquiry to the dealer about interest in a used and new car. I received a call, I set up a time that worked around there schedule and mine, lets face it win win situation is what its all about. Craig B. was my go to salesman, he explained that he had some things going on and asked what my schedule was like to ensure we both would be happy setting up a time to meet in person. We test drove some cars, and decided on a new Hybrid Fusion, the system from ford was down and unfortunately I had to go home without our deal being finished, but the dealership and Craig went above and beyond to make me feel like I was very important to them, and the next day we were able to finish the deal. I came in after work and the car and paperwork was already, Kyle in finance was a pleasure to work with, and even the gentleman who showed me around the tech side of the car was a breeze to work with and was very knowledgable. If you want to feel like a person who is cared about, you need to give Pearson Ford a chance. Go see Craig B. and tell him Bill A. sent you. you won't be just another number or sale.

My husband and I have done business for many years with Ben. We came in to discuss an issue that we have with our Escape that we bought in 2012. He was very understanding and helped us trade it in on a new Escape with all of the bells and whistles. It is a stress free and fun process dealing with Ben and his crew. Evan is a wonderful asset to the company as well. Very knowledgeable on all the gadgets and toys. Customer for life.

I have owned a few cars in my life and by far my experience here was 120% the best I have had at a dealership. From the moment I walked in the door, I really felt like I was apart of a family and they cared about what I wanted and made sure that I got what I was asking for and more!

Had an appointment(that Pearson ford made) to get my truck serviced. Got emails and a couple calls to confirm the appointment for Monday(09/07) at 8am. Drove up there on my day off and waited 45 minutes and no one was even there. So wasted gas and my time and still have to go someplace this week to get truck services. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My Lease was coming up on my 2016 Ford Escape and it was time to get a new car. I have been with the same Ford dealer for the past 8 years and had never had a great experience but for some reason I kept going back because I thought every dealer was the same. This time I went through the Costco program and was referred to Charlie at Pearson Ford in Carmel. This is easiest and best way to buy a car. Charlie answered all of my questions and he made the experience FUN. I highly recommend this lot.
