I had my 2005 Ford Mustang towed here with water damage to the engine. I had called at 11am that morning before the tow truck got the vehicle to them around 12 or 12:30. Not only did they not fix my car by the end of the day, but they also didn't have it finished by 11am the next morning when I called them again to check on the status of it. (It was supposed to be 'first in line' that morning.) So all-in-all, it took them over 24 hours to simply change the spark plugs, give it an oil change, and replace the air filter. Really, guys? I'm not impressed.

To their credit, they did actually fix the problem, though they charged me a $70 'inspection fee' that they failed to mention previously. Have you ever been to a place that charges you just for an estimate? I haven't.

Then, to top it all off, they said their shuttle service only goes 5 miles out, and since I lived 7.5 miles away, they refused to come get me. So instead, I had to pay for a taxi, which was just the icing on the cake.

So, needless to say, I won't be back to Pearson Ford again.

While I was there, I even had an inclination to check out their lot, but because I had poor service, I didn't want to give them my business by even looking at any newer cars. I'd rather give my money to a company that knows how to treat it's customers. Ya know?

The one redeeming quality I have to give them throughout the less-than-awesome experience was that, they were polite and weren't gruff or rude like so many other mechanic shops tend to be. It wasn't enough to make up for their other downfalls, but I'll at least give them that.
