The employees here clearly think masks are only optional, despite it being mandated. I watched the receptionist sit at her desk without a mask for over an hour. Multiple other employees, including mechanics walked through the enclosed public space without a face covering. The employees at this place clearly don't care about the health and safety of their customers, let alone themselves. I DO NOT recommend going somewhere so disrespectful. They're lucky I didn't call the department of health.

Came in looking for a 'new to me' used truck, and that's exactly what I drove out with. There was no hassle or being treated only like a number by the sales staff, and they were able to work with my bad credit with a very affordable payment at the right price. I highly reccomend going to Katrina as she will definitely take care of you! I plan on coming back in the future when I'm ready to buy my next new truck.
I appreciated the low key approach- no high pressure tactics. Salesperson was pleasant, friendly and conversational and didn t try to sell me thing that I didn t want, same with the finance person. Pretty easy process from beginning to end. Third time I have purchased from Pearson, where other family members have also bought. Two really good cars in the past- hope this will be too...
The overall experience was great. The sales representative was extremely easy to work with and very helpful through the entire process. Test driving, options, locating the car, trade in, financing, etc. were all handled professionally. This is second purchase we have made from Pearson and we will return for any future purchases, hopefully to catch up with Michael again.
Had to call over 10 times to talk to a manager about a title. Absolutely ridiculous, and we re hung up on once, until finally a manager resolved the issue. The manager who we spoke to helped us and was very informative.
I started my most recent shopping experience with my guard up. I did some research online but didn't submit my personal info. I met Craig in the showroom and I probably didn't treat him with the respect that he deserved. He was great and gave me all of the information that I asked for. No secrets. It took longer than I liked but that was probably just as much my fault. Good service at this dealership.
We were very pleased with the whole car buying process. Scott was a great help with his knowledge of the car we purchased, and Nick was great to work with for financing. Overall it was a fun buying experience from beginning to end!

Their sales manager called me and took my list of wants and needs. He was not pushy and very knowledgeable about the products. I'm not really a technology person but he showed me some really neat things on the new Fusion. I am 100% happy with Pearson as a dealership.
I made an appointment with Pearson Ford for 9am to have my car checked out. I got a call at 3pm saying that they have been backed up, and didn t get to my car. The guy said that I could bring my car in tomorrow, but he didn t know if they would get to it. But I could reschedule my appointment. I get there and the guy didn t even ask if I wanted to reschedule. NOTHING!! Just handed my key and asked if I seen my car out front. I felt like they didn t even care to service me and I am very upset!! What was the point of making an appointment! I will never bring my car back! I have taken my car to another ford service center. They were very nice and professional not to mention better in pricing.
The sales representative I worked with was excellent. Kept communication with me as he got information. The service department is the only reason Pearson Ford gets 4 stars. They had kept pushing the end date on my repairs back. They could have communicated much better. I digress, I was still pleased with my service.
Great staff. I enjoyed the friendly demeanor of our salesman and the finance person. We had been to a couple of other dealerships before this trip and they all wanted to run us the through a process like cattle. It was nice to connect with real people. We love our New F150. We will be back in a year when our other lease is due.
We always have a good time when we go to Pearson. They have the same crew every time and they always joke with us. This is our 4th car and we couldn t be happier with it. We don t know why Ford has decided to stop making the Fusion. It is truly the best driving car that our family has owned. Overall a awesome experience!

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Pearson Ford. After purchasing the vehicle with Amanda who was great to work with we had some miscommunication on some items. Working with Kyle in finance, Dave T., Bill C., and Dustin in their respective areas everything was sorted out and remedied satisfactorily. Next time we're in the market for a new or newer vehicle or something on the lot catches our eyes we will gladly return to see if it's the right fit for our needs. They all worked together well and got the job done! Very customer oriented team! Highly recommended!

I have to say that this was by far the finest experience that I have had buying a new car. Two different lady salespeople took turns responding to my requests and changes. Once I arrived there was no BS. They did what they said that they were going to do. Finance people were nice and knowledgeable.
Great service from the phone call to the delivery. Michael is very helpful and understands what business needs to make a deal happen. I am already planning to return to Pearson for company car #3 in six months and Michael knows what we we will need to get that.

Jeremy at Pearson Ford "Quick Lane" off Michigan Road in Zionsville was beyond helpful when my car broke down just across the street. He took the time to go over to my car with my husband to see if he could start it up and get it to their shop to avoid the tow charge. When that wasn't possible, he still helped us greatly with lining up the tow and getting to work on my car as soon as possible. The problem was fixed quickly and at a GREAT price, but on top of that he gave me a break down of all the parts, repairs and tune-ups my car could benefit from with the price and urgency. I couldn't have been happier with the service Jeremy & the car mechanics provided me and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
Another perfect service visit. This time it was in the Escape to get serviced and checked out for a 2,000 mile trip. Bill and Mark got me scheduled and out fast and on time. I trust Mark to always check everything on the vehicle 100% for safety and I always follow his recommendations as I do Bill.

I had grilled Dan furiously before even coming in because I didn t think we d qualify for a new zero percent loan... my husband thought it was an exercise in futility! Dan proved us both wrong. He d pre-selected several used and new options to consider before we even arrived! He was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us decide on a 2020 Escape...and we were approved! I will highly recommend anyone to seek Dan s help! He even helped us sync our phones and demonstrate all the new gadgets-it s been 30 years since we ve bought a new car! I LOVE IT!
