My convertible top has been replaced on leniency! And another two-year warranty! Thanks Louman, Marc, Mercedes! Louman may (also my previous experience) in his communication, not be the most commercially savvy company in the world, but the competence of the workshop is proven to me! In this case even a day and night difference with my original dealer.

On April 14 visited louwman Den Bosch. I wanted advice on an adjustment of my recently purchased cla. And a quotation thereof.
I was not really received friendly and am surprised at the lack of attention to the customer. After a 10 minute wait, service advisor Marc, with whom I had contacted by phone and had a confirmed appointment, came.
Obviously I assumed he knew we had an appointment.
His first words ... "I wouldn't know, I have so many appointments in one day."
Did you really say dear Marc ...?!
What an entry ...
Someone else went along to see what my wish was and I would receive a quote by email and an explanation of the possibilities.
Emailed myself 3 days later. It was not that exciting what I asked for.
Now, a week and a half after my email NO ANY RESPONSE ...
Not even "sorry, I'll come back to it."
I'd rather cycle than ever return here.
A textbook example of how it shouldn't be done.
And when I look at all the bad, sad reviews here for me, the sense of introspection at this company is really too high.

Very poor service came to mind for a car of 50,000 euros. I was not helped for half an hour walking around advisers on coffee and food. Then I looked for the car outside itself. Called Rutchen and asked about the manager, I couldn't get on the phone, but one day a consultant came and asked if I wanted to wait a while because he was working on a client. But the other 2 were too busy with food. No apologies nothing. He thought it was weird that I was irritated. From 3 other people also learned that this happened to them.

Bad experience. Have agreements made out of purchase contract not met. For months I spent in vain solving technical problems. Arrogant and unfriendly talked to the desk counter. And complaint mail is not even responded. There is much room for improvement here!

I was interested in purchasing a new A-class lease. However when I came in they looked at me in a way that you have no business here. I am a 23 year old woman and I understand that that is not the stereotype that a Mercedes buys. There were 4 gentlemen to do nothing in my eyes and they were all chatting. After 10 minutes someone came up to me to speak to me. This was a relatively younger man of about my age, I guess. The other gentlemen to cute around 40 years kept watching. I find it really outrageous that people discriminate against age because after me a man of 60 came and immediately one of the older gentlemen approached who smelled money in my eyes. In any case, I'll never come here again. I ordered my new car nicely in Waalwijk because I was treated like everyone else there.

Today 07-09-2020 as agreed, the car will be brought neatly at 9:00 am for a 3-hour service (minimum 620, -)
Should be ready at 5 p.m. at the latest, but will be told at 3:45 pm that unfortunately the mechanic will not get to it today.

I make sure that I am there at 9:00 am I receive an e-mail and text message from you 1 day in advance on my mobile that I will not forget.

I don't get an excuse from the service sir because apparently this can happen normally

Well my day away which is specially adapted to this and 2 hours of travel time in total for which .. nothing
Because the car was there today from 9: 00-16: 15 (unfortunately only in the parking lot)

Had a recall on my c class here. Talked to the gentleman of the service desk. Specifically asked if the replacement transport was free. "Yes" said sir that is fully covered by us. So agreed.

I arrive at the site on 04/08 with the assumption that I will be driving back to work soon. Turns out I have to pay 100 euros for it. Now I am not stingy but this is a matter of principle.

First promise not to keep. Deadly in the automotive industry.

Lease ordered car and made several test drives in different Mercedes cars. Everything was possible, and extremely friendly, helpful sales people. Excellent explanation. Very positive experience, will definitely come back here for the next Mercedes but enjoy my new one in the coming years!
Update: reported a recurring malfunction and after it could be confirmed that a loan car was made available to the forest. After two hours of waiting the loan car was not there yet, and my available time evaporated. After waiting another hour with all the promises that the loan car would come, I went. including travel time wasted almost 5 hours at a dealer who cannot get a loan car arranged. It is put on the lease me that delay, but that is acting incorrectly. This is of no use to me, of course, but the lease contract includes replacement transport. After a phone call, a replacement car would be ready, but for three days. Then at your own expense. And to think that the repair took 6 weeks. Eventually at another MB dealer who did get it. Completely sunk at Ruttchen. No reply has been received to a submitted complaint - perhaps that an excuse could be made to restore the relationship. Advice: with a big arc around and to Smeets.

Well have bought new vito when looking in Veghel was the car dirty and in bold well you paid delivery costs neatly that the letters could be off well then starts the misery now 6 months later I damage car around 4 times brushed they have the car repaired but I have done that and blind done well the car is a total of 3 months I stood the workshop and is still a disaster so you buy and new vito of 48,000, - and if you pick it up you get damaged car well you have accidentally and abuse word to and workplace chef who is hiding behind under manager m. Derksen and seller gijsbers can not say anything. But now want to take legal steps that I have used word and I am no longer welcome but as a normal person you would still want to come to such a garage now I am just threatened by manager and still have all my complaints. Het was zeer duidelijk dat ik werd afgewezen omdat ik geen vaste klant van hun ben. Mercedes Den Bosch is dan ook niet een dealer die ik kan aanbevelen of ooit weer op de stoep zal staan.

Recently visited Mercedes dealer in Den Bosch, also the last time. In connection with burglary damage to my car, I have been given an order to have a cost overview drawn up (appraisal). After I indicated that I want to think about whether I want to have the car repaired here, Mr. Marc started to look very annoyed. After paying the assignment a 160, - which I certainly had no problem with, Marc did not want to give any costs a place (overview). What did I pay for? After penetrating an overview was finally given. My next car will certainly not be purchased here!
