Jaime was a great guy! Even with COVID there was a comfortable old friend vibe. The finance department was really busy, but efficiently got us in and taken care of quickly. Overall it was a very positive buying experience, thank you Pearson FORD!

All the staff at Pearson Ford were excellant that helped us. Craig Boles was our salesman. He did a fantastic job, Zac, the finance manager followed thru. We got a good deal on the car we bought with zero per cent financing. We were not pushed or hard sold. I liked their easy sales attitudes and knowledge. In all it was a good experience. We also bought our last car there ,so we are repeat business.
Chad has sold us at least 10-12 trucks over the past 2 years. You can buy from any dealer but when it comes time to have a problem Chad ALWAYS steps up. We were running short on people and he personally delivered 3 trucks to our business. He has picked our trucks up for service. Top notch customer service every time.
I had purchased a CPO Ford Escape in October. That vehicle was a total loss as a result of a car accident. When I found out I had to get another vehicle I called Pearson Ford and Adam immediately. Adam worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and they worked with me on the details of purchase. Excellent experience.
Was told car should be ready in 4 days. Had to give a week notice to get it in, but the parts were not ordered until the car was in the shop. I received several messages that said the car would be ready on the 20th. The 20th was 8 days after I dropped the car off. At 4:00 I checked. But it still wasn't done. Told them I'd pick it up on the 21st. They said they would call that morning. No call. I called after 11 a.m. to see if it was done. The reply was it was ready to be picked up. Not sure I would return in the future.
Worst experience ever buying a car? Salesman I had was misinformed about the car that was chosen had to argue that the car hadn't been inspected. Proved that by the oil change sticker saying it had been recently serviced during its multi point inspection but the car was two quarts low. Leading me to believe someone wasn't doing their job. Could not get a price for extended warranty until I went to finance mgr the final stage only to find out then that the price of the monthly payments went up $55. Oh and people reading this understand one thing. ..the higher your APR is the bigger the check the bank or financial institution splits with the dealership so GET PRE-APPROVED BEFORE YOU GO TO THE CAR-LOT. AND ONLY FROM ONE BANK FIND THE CAR YOU WANT AND TRY TO TALK THE PRICE DOWN. DON'T ALLOW ANY DEALERSHIP TO RUN YOUR CREDIT AND DO IN-HOUSE FINANCING THEY GET A PERCENTAGE OFF JUMP AND REMEMBER THEY ALSO PROFIT FROM SALES OF THE CAR. Don't pay them twice.
I had a unique issue with my F150 that another dealership could not figure out over a half of dozen visits. Bill and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and had the truck fixed within a few days. Throughout the whole process Bill kept me informed. I highly recommend the team at Pearson!
My wife and I recently - Saturday, January 26th, 2019 - located a 2015 Honda CRV in an online search and it was located at Pearson Ford. We were looking to purchase a CRV for our daughter who is in Michigan. Upon my visit, Bill Blackstone met me at the door and very politely welcomed me and asked how he could help. He asked if anyone on line had assisted us and he explained that it is important to make sure as it has an impact on the income of someone in that role. I noticed right away that Bill was focused on helping me and doing it in a professional, friendly and personal manner. Bill at no point came across as a " hard sale " sales consultant, but more of one who wanted to offer assistance in my vehicle selection. Bill quickly found the CRV and we took the car for a test drive. Bill answered all of my questions and was very helpful at all times with any question about the car or the dealership.Upon our return Bill had introduced me to Amanda Gregor and explained that she would handle the Finance of the purchase. I returned to the dealership with my wife and the car that we trading in on the CRV. We did make the purchase and both Amanda and Bill were excellent in how the entire process took place. Again, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also did it in a trusting and personal approach. Bill had covered everything regarding the CRV itself, and Amanda handled the warranty and the finances of the purchase after that. Amanda was extremely helpful regarding the warranty - which we did purchase and just as Bill handled it in an excellent manner. No pressure or any sign of " Salesmanship ". Please note that I have been in Sales and Sales Management for 35 years. My final comments on both Bill Blackstone and Amanda Gregor are that they did an outstanding job and you should be proud at the Pearson Ford Dealership to have them on your Team. I will return to purchase another vehicle from them and would highly recommend them to my family, friends, co-workers and even anyone I don't know. Thank you Bill and Amanda for making the purchase of our 2015 Honda CRV such a great experience. Best Regards, Jim & Micci Harris
Pearson was AMAZING!! I was an out of state buyer and they didn't hesitate to have the car inspected by a neutral dealership giving me peace of mind. They went out of their way to make the entire process easy, including picking us up at the hotel and driving us in. Could not be more thrilled. Best buying experience I've had.
I had a fantastic experience at Pearson. The sales professional I worked with, Dan, was very patient with me and worked very hard to find a vehicle to fit my needs and budget. He was very thorough and transparent throughout the process. Amanda in finance was also excellent in explaining everything and working quickly through the finance portion. Great experience and I would highly recommend them!
The service department is a real rip off, review your bill and go everything they charge you for, and when it comes to the repair you just have to take their word for it that they actually did it!! When I see a place like this with good reviews, you know that those reviews are not by real people and probably by the employees of the company.
Update: The GM of the store called me to discuss what happen, he explained a few things and gave me credit $50 for the confusion. Update: I took my truck for service yesterday, the service advisor was very courteous and he explained every thing in details, there was nothing hidden, offered great advise and wasn't just trying to over sell, he was actually offering what my truck really needs, I will be back!
Update: Took my truck because sunroof stopped working, first they called to let me know can't work on it because it was after market sunroof, not sure how since I bought truck brand new and it came with the roof, called GM and complained , later they called and said we made a mistake it's Ford and we will fux for $2200!!, take somewhere else to fix, the parts for the sunroof are gone, off course when I called Pearson they said they didn't have them and the advisor told me that he was with the mechanic the whole time he was working on my truck, so I am not sure if he is a tech or an advisor!! I don't what to make of all of this, needless to say I am done with this place and Ford as a whole.
Visited a few dealerships in the area and Pearson Ford made the best connection with me. May have been just luck that brought the right new Ford Escape to their lot - but the sales process was customer-driven and easy. Very satisfied.
Very Friendly And Helpful Group! We knew what we wanted before we stepped onto the lot. Thanks Sabrina! Thanks Katrina! Thanks Nick! No pressure! No haggling! Just friendly courteous service for my daughter and I. I would definitely recommend giving them an opportunity to put you in the vehicle of your choice.
Wow! What an awesome experience. From the time I walked in to the time I signed my papers, I never once felt pressured to buy from Pearson Ford. I went to several dealerships and chose Pearson because of this reason. Katrina, my sales rep, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and put me in the best car for my needs, wants and for my budget. The financing process was easy and clear. Every time I walked into the show room, I felt like everyone knew me and knew that Katrina was my rep so they didn't bother me with a pitch. I definitely recommend Pearson Ford and Katrina to anyone needing to purchase a vehicle without all the bs. Also, they have this super cute Grey Cockatiel named GT. He's pretty cool.
I have worked with Pearson Ford for years and enjoy the experience. I feel welcome by the sales team and the business office and service work quickly and efficiently to resolve any issues or process my sale.
The delivery only took 45 minutes. First class all of the way. We have owned Expeditions for the past 15 years and they knocked it out of the park with this new one. Well done
TJ was great to work with and not your typical car salesman. Price was reasonable and they worked to get us in the payment range we were looking for. Finance gal was very personable and clearly knew what she was doing. They stayed nearly 2 hours after closing time to accommodate for our 2 hour drive getting us there late. Highly recommend and will return for future purchases! It was certainly the easiest and least pushy car buying experience I ve ever had.
Best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Ben was straight to the point and directed us to Charlie who did a super job showing the trucks capabilities. Worth the 40 minute drive.
If I could give 6 stars I would. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place with truck I owned. It was falling apart and I was upside down on it. Pearson gave me above blue book value for it and came down on the truck they were selling me. A few days later the transmission went out and they had it towed and fixed at no cost to me. Nobody likes shopping for a car but this was the best experience I have ever had.
Second Purchase in less than 2 months to get into "new" vehicles to us!! Dan Patterson is AWESOME to work with. We Traded Wife's daily driver back at the end of September then just traded my daily driver. BOTH transactions Dan worked his Magic and got us into the vehicles we wanted. Granted Wife and I are swapping the "new" vehicles...but it played out in everyones favor! Attempted the second deal beginning of October but some family issues came up and Dan was very understanding! I let him know last week we were ready and he just happened to have EXACTLY what We wanted! All I can say is Pearson Ford has our Business for Life BECAUSE of: Dan the Ford Man Patterson!
I have high standards for dealerships, having worked in others for many years, and still do. Working for a brand that doesn t offer a pick up truck, I had to buy from another dealership. I visited 3 other Indianapolis Ford dealerships and got nowhere. I served a pretty reasonable offer on a silver platter to these other dealerships and they weren t even interested in entertaining it. Pearson got the same silver platter, and was eager to do what they could to earn my business. I pay $15 more a month than I wanted to because nobody else in town cared to tell me all I needed to pay was $15 more per month to get exactly what I wanted. I have since loved my 2017 F-150 and the service pearson provides.
Good experience. Shop had to determine what my car s problem was and I was kept informed along the way. Parts needed were in stock and my problem was resolved in a timely manner.
This was the fourth time my truck has been in for a back up camera. Today, while in the back lot and under the care of Pearson Ford, my truck was hit and heavily damaged by another vehicle.
Scott is extremely professional and a great representative for the dealership. I own a Chevy but will be purchasing a Ford in the future just because of the excellent service he provides me.
This was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. The salesman (Charlie Kingery) took care of me from the get go. He understood were I was with a budget and we were able to sit down and make a deal on a brand new F150. The trade in process, financing, and finalizing was simple and only took a few hours. Malcom answered all of my financing questions and the process was seamless. I am grateful to have experienced this type of professionalism at a local dealership and I look forward to future purchases at Pearson Ford.
I was treated very well at Pearson. I really appreciate the upfront way they do business. I had the opposite experience at the other dealerships I visited in my search for a vehicle. I selected the Edge based upon the great value it has. I will recommend Pearson to friends and family.
Worked with Scott Dawson on my purchase. It was a very pleasant atmosphere in the showroom. They worked it out and found the vehicle I wanted. Thanks Scott for my new ride!
Took my 18 year old in for A Used car. Craig worked and was able to get my son without a credit score a car loan with me as a co signer. Now he is building credit and out the door in his new car. Thank you
Appreciate the staff at Pearson Ford. Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the business. I appreciate everything is always explained when I take my vehicles in for service.
I purchased my new 2014 F150 six weeks ago and the help I had at Pearson was fantastic. from sales to financing to closing they were all top notch. Thank you Craig for your help specing my truck and thank you John for all your help in financing, Great experience
My Experience was absolutely wonderful!!!! My reps name is Scott Dawson. I gave him a brief overview of my medical & financial status. Then I discussed with him what I was looking for. He immediately showed me a few pics of vehicles that addressed everything I told him. Which really amazed me because I only gave him a quick summary. I think he knew what I needed before I did. LOL
The very first vehicle answered everything. I took it for a test drive & then we began the paperwork. I was very concerned whether or not I could obtain financing. My medical condition made me unable to work & it took 6 years before I got approved for Social Security Disability. Not only did my medical issues change my life but it also destroyed me financially.
The finance manager (sorry, I think his name is Craig) was able to get me approved with a decent interest rate. I drove away with the first vehicle I saw & test drove just a few hours later.
Everyone treated me very well & I am extremely happy. I think I am still in shock because I thought that I would have a difficult time getting a car loan approved based on my history.
I went to Pearson Ford because my daughter was in a very bad accident. Her vehicle was totaled in December 2018. She and her husband went to several dealerships looking for a new vehicle. They said the only dealership willing to work with them was Pearson's. They also really liked Scott. Therefore, for me it was a no brainer.
My past 2 vehicles were a Ford & now my 3rd is another Ford.
Quicklane personnel is quick, responsive and very informative as well as very polite. No bad experiences with this team and they show concern for your vehicle rather than just skipping over the details.
2015 Ford Escape had been repaired by Pierson to fix a leak. It began leaking again several months later. I took it back and they repaired again without any question. Justin was my customer contact & provided excellent service.
Dan was great! A great person. Great personality. I felt so at home like family. There were no delays or Hesitation in showing me cars and what I wanted to see. The entire Process was quick fast and well done. I was in and out in a day with the decision. Everyone from Dan to the receptionist were so nice. I would do it all over again. I love my SUV truck Exployer !! Thank you all....
Mary was outstanding to work with. We spent time in 3 different dealerships before coming to Pearsons and we never had good vibes until meeting with Mary. We bought a great truck at a fair price and we are happy. Nice people all around.
Don t trust them. I bought a car from them and they hooked me up with a group called Santana and yeah that was the biggest mistake of my life. They make a killing off you but Pearson won t tell you that. Anything to make a sale.
Everything was very smooth, from helping me find the right car to getting it brought in to the signing of the deal. Donnies professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was effortless for me the client was very refreshing.
The Truecar experience is a little intense. I was not expecting to get contacted by so many dealers. It became annoying, however Mary at Pearson Ford set herself apart from others. I put the purchase on that backburner for a few weeks while we went on vacation. She is the only one that stuck with us and followed up. She is a pro.
I was met with a great smile and a warm welcome. Always felt appreciated and enjoyed my purchasing experience. Great staff and very clean and nice facilities. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Probably the best car buying experience I ve had. Bought my second Ford from Pearson today and I m thrilled with the vehicle and the entire process from start to finish. I ll be a Pearson Ford customer for a long time.
As an employee who recently left this company, I have many things that I can say that can turn your possibly high opinion of Pearson Ford. For a full story, I'll refer you to yelp and Pearson Fords sight (if they actually post my complaint), However, know this; Any time I had a problem with how I was treated there, the quicklane manager, accountant, and higher ups immediately blamed me. Upon further investigation it was found that due to accountant error I was paid up to a week late for 2-3 months. I was also the recipient of constant excuses as to why I wasn't getting paid the amount I had understood I was supposed to be paid. And Finally, after voicing my concerns, was neglected to be contacted for explanation as to why I wasn't receiving said payment. If a company can't even be honest with their employee's, how can you expect them to be honest with you. While there I worked over 40 hours a week and exhausted myself for the customer. If awards are all you care about, Pearson Ford has plenty for you, but know that it's at the expense of several overworked employee's. The tech's of the Quicklane being among those overworked. So if you come back for work you paid for but did not receive, point not to the tech (which will be the first to blamed), but yet the management overseeing them.
Worst service dept. Had my car for a whole week and couldn't figure out what was wrong with the heater. Jerked me around and changed the thermostat, which didn't fix the problem. Then after a week said I needed a new heater core. Went and took it somewhere else.
Firstly, very happy with what I purchased. However, I should have purchased elsewhere given the difficulties had after the sale.
As a customer, I should not have to call and call about the status on fixing a piece of the truck that was damaged by another company you hired. Case and point my back window that was scratched by a company in Noblesville they use to spray in bed liners. All I was told is that it cannot be fixed. Made no attempts to make it right like offering something else to compensate for the scratch. It's a brand new truck!
Everyone I talk with, especially the salesman, has left every conversation with "I'll give our guy a call and see what he can do." Good luck contacting someone when there are problems with a new purchase. They've dodge all attempts to make it right. Weeks go by between communication.
Adam was extremely helpful in our recent purchase of a used car. Adam drove the car to our mechanic to have it checked out. He worked with us well on the price of the car and was very pleasant during the entire process.
Internet sales team is a joke. First Dan and now Scott. Be ready to be ghosted or not told that a vehicle you're interested in has sold. Maybe people have better luck just showing up at the dealershi, but due to my schedule, I do a lot of research online first.
I purchased my 2014 Shelby GT500 online. The experience was great. My salesman made everything very easy & took care of everything for me from financing to delivery in CT.
I did not have a good experience my truck was not fixed. While I was driving my truck my steering wheel locked on me as it has before, that was the reason why I took it to the dealership, my battery light is still coming on. Now I have to have it towed right back there again..PLZ I just want to b able to drive my truck. What did I pay $1000.00 dollars for..??...Bless
Buying new or used is a snap at Pearson Ford! Took my daughter in for a new car purchase. Worked with Sean, who was very knowledgable and courteous to us during the process. Got in and out quickly and on the road. Highly recommend Pearson!
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Ryan, my salesman was extremely personable and made me feel important even thought my purchase was a small sale. I would recommend Pearson to anyone in the Indy area.
Professional environment that does not act as your atypical car dealership. Everyone is willing to work and help you through the car buying experience. After purchasing my new vehicle, there was a slight mix-up on the final invoice, however, the dealership immediately contacted me to make sure it was corrected. Very honest & stand-up dealership.
Any Company that is walking around firing people left and right at this time....IS HORRIBLE! How heartless are you people???? I, for one, will never do business with you!
Clean and safe social distancing is so important right now, and Pearson Ford is on top of this! Jaime helped me in my suv upgrade and I felt safe and respected through the entire process! Thank you Mr. Pearson for your wonderful staff!
I took my car in to get serviced for a recall. They left my car sitting for two days and then called me to tell me to pick it up because they had to wait on parts to get ordered. They were supposed to call me back when the parts came in but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. I took time off work and spent two days without a car for nothing.
I purchased a 2011 Ford F-150, a couple months after getting the vehicle the radio went out. I called the service department numerous times & even stopped & personally spoke with them about the problem trying to get them to fix it. After about a month of fighting with them they finally fixed the problem, so I thought. Less than a year later my radio is out again. I have called, I have taken my truck in & yet 4 months later I still have no radio. The last time I spoke to ford over 2 months ago the service manager was supposed to call me as soon as possible, I m still waiting for that phone call. From my experience I will never buy FORD again & I definitely wouldn t recommend FORD to anyone that I know or anyone that asks me how I like my truck. The service at ford has been completely useless.
We had a vehicle pop up on my wife's Facebook. It was one that that we wanted really bad, so we went to look at it and loved it. The whole Pearson Ford team is so helpful and kind. We ended up buying the vehicle today and couldn't be happier with the buying experience they provided. Thank you Pearson Ford!!!
I have purchased few vehicles, personal and business over the past few years and the customer service is simply amazing. It's by far the best customer experience I've had at a dealership! Thank you for making car buying simple and hassle free!
Reggie was very low pressure and that is what I needed being a first time buyer. Great experience buying my new Fusion. The only drawback is that I found out we had a recall the day after I bought the car. They performed the recall right away. This was overall a great experience and I will buy from Reggie again.
This was one of easiest purchases of a vehicle I have ever made. I gave them one chance to give me best deal and it was a great deal so well worth the trip to the dealership.
I have been leasing cars with Person now for almost 10 years. The amazing customer service is why I keep coming back. Chris DeFord has helped me through the leasing process each time and I couldn t be more impressed with him.
Great from the beginning to the end! A+ service that makes you feel like family! They made our purchase easy and enjoyable. Mary is the best! We will be back.
Horrible customer service. I called four times and just kept getting transferred, and then no one would answer. So I m pretty frustrated with Pearson Ford. We have bought several vehicles through them, and we are actually getting our vehicle fixed so we can sell it. We were going to buy a newer year through this dealership. But now we will be taking our business elsewhere. It s frustrating when you drop your vehicle off and almost a week later nothing has been done.....
Michael was great to work with and very friendly. I had a great experience and definetly will return the next time I want to buy a vehicle. I never felt pressured and this made my first vehicle buying experience a great one. Thanks for the great customer service experience!
I live over 2 hours from Pearson Ford but I got a flat tire right in front of the dealership. The service department was closed so I went into the new showroom. A sales manger helped me get my spare tire unlocked and put on my car. He didn't have to do that. Incredible gesture. I will drive the 2 hours to buy my next truck.
One of the best car buying experiences I ve had. Helpful, friendly, courteous, and low pressure. Ryan was great. And Zack made the financing painless. I ll be back for my next car.
Bill was really helpful with my car situation. The parts I needed for my car were on back order. He arranged a loaner car and updated me on my car s status as needed.
Very satisfied with the service department's care and quality of work. Bill ensured that my truck was repaired the right way the first time and went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied. Highly recommended.
Recently stopped in at the Pearson Ford Quick Lane to have my oil changed prior to a long distance trip the next day. Expected nothing wrong. I was informed that a problem with my back brakes had reoccurred which Toyota had not resolved to my satisfaction. Jeremy Linn and Caton Damron found out what was wrong (which Toyota had not or had ignored), fixed it enough so that I could go on my business trip and were in all ways most helpful and gracious during the whole upsetting process of finding out about a potential trip stopping issue. A big THANK YOU to these great employees who helped identify the problem and solution and sent me on my way with encouragement. PS...I bought my first car here in 1972 ish and nice to find out that Pearson Ford is still doing a great job serving customers.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Amanda, and everyone else at the dealership! We bought a used Ford Explorer yesterday and so far are loving the car! Thank you for making our experience great!
My entire experience was great, low pressure but Jay made sure he answered my questions. Financing was easy and right in line with my budget. Overall great experience.
Bill was excellent in explaining what had happened previously by an employee who failed to finalize the factory recall. I was assured that things are in order and the work was done expeditiously.
Reggie was the best! We had great conversation throughout the entire meeting with him. We never felt like we were pressured or even buying a car. We highly recommend Reggie and Pearson Ford to anybody looking for a used car.
Test drove a 2020 Ranger. Showed the salesperson the hood was crooked, he told me if I bought it they would fix it. He disappeared after that so we left.
