I have bringing my Lexus here for service since 20...

I have bringing my Lexus here for service since 2008. In 2012, I broke the center cup divider for the cup holder. Park Place Lexus Plano told me the entire center console would have to be replaced to fix this at a cost of over $300. Naturally, I declined. Another certified Lexus dealer later sold me the part for $31.99.

In January 2013, the alternator went out on the vehicle. I also had several other problems I had been putting off. I asked Park Place Lexus Plano to quote me a price. Their first quote was $3600+. I told them this was unacceptable and asked them to get back to me with their best price. In the meantime, I began getting quotes for the exact work from other shops. After most of a day and several calls by me asking for the price information, Park Place Lexus Plano quoted me a price of $3700+ indicating that they had magically found a new problem that required fixing that the two previous inspections they claimed to have done had missed.

Even allowing for this, Park Place Lexus Plano was the highest priced of any service place I checked. Even the other Park Place dealerships beat them on price by $200 or more. Another certified Lexus dealer beat their price for the same work by $1200. Needless to say, I don't use Park Place Lexus for service anymore.

I had a very unpleasant experience with used car sales at this location. The review is specifically for Pre-owned car sales and more specifically with our encounter with salesperson Michael O'Brien. We found a 2013 Lexus ES 350 on their website that we liked. We called Michael to schedule a time for test drive and settled on 11 AM time. When we arrived at dealership on Friday September 1st, Michael greeted us very nicely and pleasantly. We went for test drive, we liked the car and wanted to purchase the car. Everything was moving fine until the price negotiation started. We made an offer which Michael took inside to his manager s approval and came back with a counter offer, to which we made a counter offer and he took our offer to his manager. This time when he came back his attitude was very bad he become totally different person. He backed off his earlier offer and told us to you can go now and he will call us back in an hour. Guess what? he never called us back.
Since I was in market to buy a car, I dealt with multiple dealership and never had such an awful experience. We were let go very disrespectfully such that my wife was crying on her way out. I'm not sure if his attitude was due to our color or appearance, you don't expect this kind of treatment from any gentleman. In nutshell, regardless of deal or no deal one shouldn t forget human values of mutual respect.

Not only they lost my business this time but forever. I'll never go back to this location. I'll be happy to pay little bit more at some other place where I m treated respectfully and with dignity. I'll ensure to share my experience with family and friends to save them from humiliation.

He helped explain everything very direct easy to understand without giving me the runaround. I appreciated his time and efforts. They did a great job for the whole process.

I visited Park Place Lexus on multiple occasions testing various cars and reviewing options. I even went twice on a Saturday, when the dealership was very busy. During each visit Pat took the time to ride the cars with my wife and I. He took the time to explain each option and feature in detail. He got to know what we wanted and why. He made recommendations according to what mattered to us most and steered us away from options that would not have been worth the money. Every step of the process was carried out with the same attention to detail and effort to ensure that we understood our options and the value they presented to our personal preferences. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the experience and never felt rushed or pressured. From beginning to end Pat was patient, detailed and well, fun. He made the entire experience enjoyable.

"This is the second NX 300 I have had the experience of purchasing from Tristan Capehart: the first for my wife and I and the second on behalf of my daughter. My personal experience with Tristan was great! I live in Houston but was not getting the deal that I wanted to move forward with purchasing the car. Tristan was helpful in getting me the deal I wanted and made sure I wasn't wasting my time when I made the drive to Dallas to trade in my car and purchase the NX. He also was very patient in dealing with this weird three-way communication between me, him, and my dad, and all over text. He even answered our texts when he was out for a week. He explained all of the paperwork out clearly and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'm glad he treats my dad well and I would be happy to drive the 4 hours to buy another Lexus from Tristan!

This past weekend, I had my second experience buying a car at Park Place Lexus. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Michael Redd was our sales rep, his customer service and professionalism was impeccable. This last purchase literally took thirty minutes in the dealership. I have had 2 encounters in a row with Park Place Lexus. The first was when they had my car for 21 days over a bent rim. I did not leave a negative review then bc they took the time to make things right.

I noticed my car is starting to have the same issue it did before that caused me to bring my car into the dealership. I spent some time up with one of the service managers to drop by car off, get a loan and for them to figure out what was going on with my car.

When i arrived i was met by a gentleman by the name of Mark who talked down to me the entire time and mocked me when I told him that I did not hit anything that would caused this issue. Mind you I had spent 30 mins earlier in the morning to set all of this up to only be mocked and spoken to very condescendingly.

Even though this dealership is minutes from my house they will not be receiving any more of time time or hard earned money.

Great experience. Rainer was referred to me from another dealer/dealership. He immediately contacted me, we discussed what I was looking for, located the car in his inventory and had the car waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. I wound up test driving 3 cars and settled on my Lexus ES 350 primarily based upon price and Rainer's recommendation. Once I purchased the car, Rainer invited me back to the dealership for a tour of the facilities. All in all, I was treated like a king. Thanks Rainer for your assistance and making my car buying a pleasant experience.

Big shout out to Thien Nguyen and Mylinh at STERLING McCall LEXUS for selling us a brand new 2018 Lexus RX350 F!!! So, why am I posting on the Park Place Lexus review page you ask? I wanted to thank them as well for completely ignoring my wife, child and I when we visited your dealership last Saturday. We arrived around lunchtime on 6/30 and not once, not even close did we receive a simple "hello" or "is anyone assisting you?" Coincidentally enough, her next car was sitting right on the showroom floor as you can see in the first photos right next to the 3 "salesmen" working feverishly on their cell phones. We wandered for nearly 30 minutes looking around (great drinks and restrooms btw). Apparently, we didn't fit the typical "golden buying couple" mold, but rest assured our purchasing abilities match anyone else's at any dealership, luxury or not.

Fast forward to July 4th where we walked right in and were promptly greeted by Thien Nguyen. He didn't hesitate for one minute to show us what were looking for and treated us with total respect along with his Manager, Mylinh. We secured the exact vehicle we were looking for and saved over $8,000 from what Park Place had listed on their sticker, thanks again Park Place :)

Let's be honest, no one really likes the process of buying a car with the back and forth dialogue between the sales rep and the finance manager to get the right price. The shopping and buying experience at Park Place Lexus was different than anything that I have ever encountered in the car industry. My husband and I felt like like VIP's there, and it was a pleasant and informative conversation with John Pak, our sales consultant, instead of feeling like we were part of his "sales" pitch. He really listened to our needs and spent quality time with us.

The dealership is beautiful, the customer service was outstanding and I will be recommending Park Place Lexus to everyone that I talk to. Other dealerships need to take a page from their customer service handbook.

We love our new GX460 and will be back again for a new vehicle!

From the professional reception to the "speedy checkout", just awesome! John Pak and Omar made our lives easier that day we went to buy our new Lexus. The whole process literally took 2 hours flat, including trading in our old car. My wife and I felt really comfortable through the whole thing; no pushing at any step of the way.
We highly recommend it.Also when we're due for another car, that's our to go dealership.

After our visit with Robert and test drive of a different model we decided to make a swap. With deal Robert offered it was a no brainer. Wife got everything she wanted plus 3rd row seating. Our deal included an upgrade in models with payments same as last Lexus. All parters who helped in our buying experience at Park Place deserves a heartfelt thank you! We left feeling great about our deal and trading experience!

Over all service was good. Donald was my sales agent. My only complaints would be that there were a few scratches that I was told would be buffed out and they weren't. In fact the rear bumber had some additional scratches on it when it was delivered to me. I'm sure all the scratches will buff out fairly easy (Not a big deal). The sales price was also $50 higher than advertised. Other than that it's a great car!

I have bought multiple vehicles from Parkplace Lexus in Plano. I have worked with Carl Keith and he is fantastic (great if you need a new or used car). I would highly recommend this dealership based on both my buying experience as well as working with their service department over a period of many years. Five stars! (And let s not forget that The Lexus brand is a standard of quality in terms of reliability that is second to none)

Walked on the lot to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee I found online. Received immediate service from Carl Keith and was shown several similar vehicles to test drive. I ended up driving off the lot in a Toyota Highlander and have been incredibly happy with my selection. I took my car for an antifreeze leak from under the car. They told me that it was due to the water pump and timing belt failure. However, after spending $1100.00 the problem was still there. I took the car to another shop and they looked at it and sent me pictures that it is from the radiator and there is calcification to prove it. They also recommended that I should replace my front axles which would cost another $1600 but I postponed it and checked it with the other shop. They also took a picture and told me that it is not needed. Once I got the car back there were a lot of scratches and a dent on the bumper that they said it must have been there before, despite the fact that they always check the car all the way around when you drop them off. I would recommend to get another opinion before dropping off your car for repairs. This has happened to me twice that I am aware of.

So... there is so much to say about my car purchasing experience. I absolutely will never own another car but Lexus. I totalled my car in December (Lexus Ct200h) and it was such a hassle dealing with the insurance company, but I went into Lexus Plano and dealt with Adam. He was very professional and just awesome to work with! He made my car buying experience awesome even if I was a little irritable and annoying. He kept his composure and just provided me with the best experience ever and for that I am grateful. I got exactly what I wanted. Let me start by saying, I don't care much for dealership service departments. However, my experience here was far better than anything previous. Mine was nothing more than a warranty repair of sorts on an older Lexus, but I was treated as a paying customer anyway. David Williams was my service rep and he could not have been better. He was the best combination of friendly, courteous, effecient and thorough. My encounter with David and other staff here was a pleasant surprise. I honestly look forward to coming back the next time I need any service.

We purchased a pre-owned 2013 Lexus RX350 to replace our 2004 RX330. Rainer Buehlmaier, our Internet Sales Consultant, did an outstanding job. The communication via email and phone was excellent and timely. I was picked-up at the airport, driven to the dealership and given VIP treatment. Rainer made the experience seamless. The vehicle was exactly as represented with no surprises except how exceptional the service was. It is a shame we don't live in Plano.

I just bought a Lexus and got the first oil change and it was the most seamless experience that truly delivered on one of a kind customer service. I made an appointment, every employee knew me by name. I was given a loaner car free of charge. When I returned it, while I was inside paying, the employees switched over all of my personal items from my loaner and even moved over and buckled in both of my car seats. I was seriously in awe - customer service on this level does not exist. As pretentious and uppity as this place could be - I had a wonderful, warm experience. Hats off to the entire crew at Park Place Lexus on the DNT - shout out to Mark Elmer, the service manager. I've never been inspired to post a review, but I've also never been so wow'ed before.

I have a Lexus and my last service with them (Park Place) was 2 years ago. I pulled in to get a car wash and the service man opened my door and asked "have you ever serviced with us before?" I said "yes in the past" and he replied "I see a Sewell sticker on your car" and proceeded to scan the bar code on my car. I purchased my car at Sewell in Fort Worth 5 years ago. I explained to him that my car does not need to be serviced every year due to low mileage besides oil changes and inspection and he stated "well in order for us to give you a complimentary car wash you need to service here at least once a year with maybe a tire rotation". Now if you work at a lexus dealership you should know that my tires can't be rotated bc the front and back ones are different sizes. I didn't argue and just left but felt that scanning my car and looking at my history was a bit of an over reaction for a simple $3 car wash. I will now avoid going there for services, parts or purchasing a new car because of their customer service and the way the situation was handled. I drove to Sewell afterward, got a car wash, purchased parts for my car and they even changed my key battery at no charge. Park place cannot compete with Sewell as far as customer service is considered and my next car purchase will NOT be at Park place!

My wife and I have leased vehicles from Park Place Lexus in Plano for ten years and counting. We would not even consider another dealership based on our experiences with dealerships. Robert Gabriel and the other leasing staff make the experience easy and enjoyable. The auto leasing and service experience has been wonderful and truly the leasing and service is provided by the dealership staff with a "smile". I would not recommend any other dealership if you are looking for a Lexus -- and, based on our enjoying Lexus for ten years --- who would want any other vehicle.

Today Aug 11, 2015 I went to the dealership for an oil change. I waited for 5 minutes before someone came and wrote the time 9:02 on the car and told me a service adviser will be with me shortly. I stood outside for 15 minutes watching them go to random cars. The service advisers with tablets in their hands kept on walking around without uttering a word. The lady in the next lane started complaining to the folks to no avail. When there was no car left in front of me, someone came and asked me to pull all the way up front. The time is now 9:20. A couple of minutes pass by and not one but two guys come out and ask me how I was doing and I answered "bad". They did not care, no apologies for the long wait or an explanation.....and asked what I needed done and I answered I need an oil change and need a loner car. Oh we do not have a loaner car but can get you out in 90 minutes. The time is 9:25. I asked for the keys back and came to work.

All that someone would need to ask when I pulled 30 minutes back into their service department was ask if I needed a loaner car and informed me so I might have saved myself 30 minutes. I would have made a complain to the service manager but I did not have the time left.

Car Detailing: Took my lexus today to this dealership for a detailed cleaning. Very disappointed with the service. Basically just paid $230 for an outside clean and floor mats to be washed.

The interior had not been touched in the center console or around any of the door slots. It was literally dirty still to the touch. There was dust/fuzz everywhere left from the towels and now, somehow, all my mesh seats have GLITTER in them. You can visibly see glitter in the mesh in back and front seats. Doors had not been cleaned inside the cup holder areas as wiping it with your fingers still produced dirt. Wheel tilt area was still dirty when moved and front/back seats in the crease were still dirty when moved.

Service: Scheduled this service but the service advisor was not available at drop off. Service took three hours and at three and a half hours requested update. Stated vehicle would be ready in 15 min. Took twenty minutes to get there but had to wait another 30 minutes for the vehicle. Service advisor seemed disinterested.

Would not recommend.

Don Mitchell is an excellent automotive consultant. He listens very well, offers alternatives to meet the client s needs / wants, doesn t pressure and does it all with a warm, genuine smile. The Park Place buying process is flawless - they make it easy. Can t think of anything that would have made it better (I m picky). The whole PP team is top notch - from the greeters to the valets. Service is also re are a lot of options to choose from but Don and the PP team made the difference. My wife loves her new RX - her 5th one.

I personally do not like Park Place Lexus of Plano I've been there several times being a young black man they look at me crazy they have poor service the salesmen are racist I do not recommend it for Americans I took my 2017 Mercedes Benz and there to have it washed I walked into the sales area I was looking at cars I was there for 30 minutes no one asked me if I needed help and as I was standing there a Caucasian lady and her daughter came out of the service area into the sales area and for people with in three minutes asked her if she could be helped is there anything they could do for her as I stood there astonished and disbelief could not believe no one that offered to help me. So at that point I walked up to a salesman's desk and ask him if I could receive some help concerning a car that I would like to test drive at that point the salesman that was sitting at his desk home name I do not know was doing absolutely nothing playing with the cell phone got up went to the back and came back with another salesman the salesman's name was Adam Remington Adam was a great salesman he did everything he could we went on a test drive for the car that I was looking at had a great time great conversation I ended up not purchasing the car but my advice to any African American in Plano McKinney or Frisco looking to buy a car at Park Place Lexus it's to call Adam Remington I would not deal with any other salesmen at Park Place Lexus ever Adam is a great guy he will not prejudge you he will do his best to get you in the vehicle that you select. So any African American in Plano Frisco McKinney are the Dallas-Fort Worth area looking to purchase a car from Park Place Plano please call Adam Remington he would do everything in his power to get you fixed up but as far as Park Place Lexus goes my opinion of them as a Hold Still Remains the Same.

I had an amazing experience with Park Place Lexus located in Plano TX. Blake Cooper was my advisor, and he was extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. I got three cars in total from them, every time the experience was better than the previous one. The dealership is very courteous professional, they have nice coffee, soda and multiple snack items along with cozy and comfortable sitting arrangements. Overall the environment goes with Lexus standard, five star experience! Thumbs up!

The used car dealership here doesn't believe in their own product. I was trying to sell my Lexus car (serviced and maintained at this dealership for the last two years) and wanted to get a quote from their used car division. The best price they could offer me, was beat by a different used car dealership (non Lexus) by at least 30%. It was a severe let down that they have maintained my car but couldn't beat an external agency to buy back my car.

I loathe the whole car shopping experience. I m put in a gut wrenching situation where I feel like I m being swindled somehow. This was the second dealership I visited because the first one was just that.... dishonest salesmen and a dishonest GM, so I left. This time around I decided to test Drive a completely different car, a Lexus. Paul K. And Dean were the two salesmen who helped me. After going back and forth on negotiations, I m happy to say that I m content with the deal I got! They were both very cordial and made this experience a very good and honest one! I also have to thank the GM who approved this deal and showed integrity by supporting what his salesmen had promised me through the negotiations. I love my car and I definitely recommend Park Place Lexus.

Awesome dealership! The showroom for Park Place Lexus is a beautiful architectural statement with acres of cars and SUV's to choose from. Our sales representative, Viktor Koleychik, asked us what we were looking for, found exactly what we wanted on his computer. What seemed to be 2 whole minutes, the cashmere RX 350 was brought to the front door of building! No hiking or golf cart riding all over lot to find "our" new SUV.
