"This is the second NX 300 I have had the experience of purchasing from Tristan Capehart: the first for my wife and I and the second on behalf of my daughter. I would highly recommended Tristan to anyone who wants to purchase a Lexus. He is extremely patient, polite, and straightforward. There is no pressure to purchase anything and he allows you to go at your own pace and make your own decisions. His customer service is excellent - when I come for maintenance, he stops by to say hello and to check on me. He absolutely deserves 5 stars and I will be purchasing exclusively from him for any future Lexus purchase."

My personal experience with Tristan was great! I live in Houston but was not getting the deal that I wanted to move forward with purchasing the car. Tristan was helpful in getting me the deal I wanted and made sure I wasn't wasting my time when I made the drive to Dallas to trade in my car and purchase the NX. He also was very patient in dealing with this weird three-way communication between me, him, and my dad, and all over text. He even answered our texts when he was out for a week. He explained all of the paperwork out clearly and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'm glad he treats my dad well and I would be happy to drive the 4 hours to buy another Lexus from Tristan!
