One of the ways to tell someone who's there for the long run and cares about the customers' complete satisfaction is how they handle situations when something goes wrong. My car was in for service and the workshop accidentally chipped some paint on the hood of the car. Initially, I did not have a good experience discussing this with the service manager, but the GM Chris Brenner did all he could to correct the situation. The damage was repaired to my satisfaction and warranted. I was provided a loaner car for the duration of the repair.

I would like to change my one star experience to four stars. Would've rated it five stars if there was no incident at all and I was saved from the trouble, but it's more or less five stars with the excellent follow-up service. Many thanks to Chris/Park Place.

They even had the nerve to set me up with an African American salesman. I have never been so offended in my life and had such horrible service, Save yourself the trouble and the head ache.

Recently purchase a car from Park Place Lexus. Our experience was awesome. All the staff we spoke with was very nice and friendly. They changed up the process of buying from the beginning to till we walk out.. we only dealt with one person. Which makes it a lot more personable. Would definitely come back for another car down the road.

I am VERY happy with my experience at Park Place Lexus in Plano. We took our vehicle in for a recall issue and there was a small mishap that was swiftly addressed by management. I was upset but due to the way it was handled, will be returning for services and future purchases to this dealership. Craig, the service manager, went above and beyond. I am so happy I took my car to them. I am not sure any other dealership would have put so much into rectifying things for us. Thank you Craig so very much! You have made repeat customers out of us!

I am on my second Lexus and 5th year of partnership with Park Place and the honeymoon hasn't ended! Tanner Mraz in the service area has never failed to take incredible care of me. Even when he has not so pleasant news for me he goes out of his way to do whatever he can to assist. Always kind, always polite and always eager to help. I also had the pleasure of working with Craig, a service director at Park Place who also went above and beyond to look into some options for me with a repair. I cannot say enough good things about both of these man and of Park Place. Will never go anywhere else.

Couldn t have been much better. Herb very knowledgeable but not pushy. Just told him what I thought I wanted in a pre-owned vehicle. We found it. I drove it and 24 hours later I own it. % rate this month on preowned is fab for sure.If you have never tried a Lexus nows your chance. Can t imagine you would be sorry.

We received "over the top" and WOW customer service at Park Place Lexus. If you don't have a salesman yet, ask for Don Mitchell. He knows his stuff, will listen to your needs/wants and match you with the perfect car. I can't wait to come back and get our next Lexus from Don. We have never had a car buying experience like this one before, then again this is our first Lexus. Their 3 core convictions are integrity, service and excellence. We experienced firsthand all three. Lexus truly is a special place. :-)

He is not your usual car sales person who is all about selling a car to you to make his goals/numbers for the month. We love his honesty and genuine hospitality.

I purchased a CPO vehicle from them and bought in for service call, and I know I have left my earbuds headset inside the car prior for drop off. And never saw them again once I have the car back, they said service manager will call me about this issue but they never did. Hey Lexus if you are listening your service department just dropped the ball this time.

10/10 would not recommend this dealership. Park place is a great company but this location is the absolute worst. My car has a dashcam installed and after receiving my car back from this dealerships service department I was made aware that the service crew was back there revving my car constantly, to hear my aftermarket exhaust, and I specifically asked for them not to wash the car as it is wrapped and can only be hand washed, and of course it was put through the machine wash, ruining the wrap. On top of all of that, they tried to disconnect my dashcam, which they successfully did, and then re-wired completely wrong. Take your car to park place grapevine, much better service and care for your car.

I have purchased 2012 Acura MDX at Park Place Lexus Plano on March 25th 2015. I am very glad to have worked with Herb Simonsen in Pre-owned Car Sales. It was an enjoyable experience from the moment I first met Herb in the Park Place Lexus to when he walked-thru all the features of the car and handed over the vehicle keys. It took about 3 hours from start to finish with a trade-in. Herb was very relaxed, quite attentive and always had positive response to my requests for a better deal. I am happy with the discount that he got me for a car which is on the lot for only little over a week and also for the best possible trade-in value. No typical car sales tactics or pressure! It was a refreshing welcome change in car buying experience for the first time. It was a great pleasure doing business with Herb and Park Place Lexus a great place where excellence in customer experience is the driving force. I'd highly recommend Herb and Park Place Lexus for my friends.

Very quick and painless experience. I had an offer from another dealership in the DFW area so I decided to call Lexus Plano to see if they could beat the offer. David picked up the phone and within 5 minutes he said that they would be able to beat it. I drove up to Plano close to closing time and was surprised when they were actually able to beat the offer I had. Within a couple hours we were able to finish all the paper work and I had completed the purchase of the car. David was very patient the entire time even though this was past their sales hours.

If I had to be nit picky about this experience is that the car they found me had a spoiler on it even though I didn't want it. They did however discount the spoiler after some negotation.

Overall this was a good experience and David was a good salesman.

So, I called Lexus but really meant to call my last dealership that send me a bill for some taxes ( I am trying to figure out) and wanting to talk to a specific person but after three calls I realized I am calling the wrong place and got off the phone. Then, just a few minutes later I received a call back from the sales person that leased me my current Lexus and he asked me if I needed his help, b/c of my calls. I am so impressed that even though I never asked for him, his team made sure to relay the message to him so that I can be taken care of :)) what a VIP service. Great job to your well trained team and to you Tristen:)) As a business owner, customer service means everything to a any business and when you have a great team and system in place like the Lexus in Plano dealership, then you know you are doing business with the right company. Thank you for your great service.

The A/C on my older Lexus went out. I brought it to Park Place, as I have been doing for years, and was quoted $2600 to replace the compressor and dryer. Since my car is only worth $8000, I got a second opinion at Rallye. They replaced the freon for $90. The A/C works fine now.

Needless to say, I am very disappointed with Park Place.

We have been Park Place customers for a few years ...

We have been Park Place customers for a few years on the service side, so when it was time to buy we knew where we wanted to go. After deciding what vehicle we wanted, we found the exact color and option package on the lot at Park Place Plano. We did most of the deal via text message after a test drive, then came in to drop off the old keys and pick up the new ones. Our sales rep even came in on his day off, and stayed past closing to accommodate our schedules.
Our experience with service at the Grapevine and Plano locations on our previous Lexus was why we only shopped at Park Place. Service was always quick, they always put you in a new vehicle as your loaner, and they don't pressure you to do any work. When talking about purchasing, we found the same relaxed atmosphere, with no pressure to buy, but they were still reasonable and responsive to negotiation.

From the moment that I walked in Park Place Lexus in Plano I received top quality customer service. I had the privilege to work with both Eric Knight and Michael Clayton through my entire car buying experience. They made the process extremely easy and got me an the exact car I wanted. The amazing customer service did not stop when I drove off the lot. I receive phone calls from Michael and Eric on a regular basis to make sure I am fully satisfied with my purchase. This is two-sided, If i ever have a question regarding my vehicle, they are both easy to get a hold and answer my questions to the fullest. Every time that I step foot in Park Place whether it is for a free car wash or just stopping by to say hi, it has a "country club'' feel to it. I would definitely recommend Park Place to anyone in the market for a luxury car. To be specific, go see Michael and Eric. First class all the way!

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle in January 2013 and drove it for 6 months and the problems kept developing each month. I wrote a negative review and was immediately contacted by Park Place Plano as to what the problems were. They said they would make it right either by repairing the vehicle for us or possibly trading for another vehicle. I talked to the Adi Ali , our salesman first and he was willing to set me up with a service adviser or come in and talk about a trade. I also was contacted by Tim Tolson the pre owned manager and he apologized for the trouble we had with the vehicle and he told us he would take care of the vehicle problems . We went in to the dealership and we decided to trade for another vehicle. There are not many if any dealerships that would take care of their customers as Park Place Plano did and I told Tim that he had restored my faith in car dealerships. Adi and Tim worked extremely hard with us on the trade and they didn't play games with us. We left very happy with our decision and I highly recommend this dealership regardless if you want a new or used vehicle, they are top quality.

Friday, Sept. 13 my husband and I went to Park Place Lexus in Plano to look for a preowned Lexus SUV. A friend had given me the name of Don Mitchell, Sales Manager, to speak to. We drove to several entrances and did not know where to go. We had decided to leave. We were driving in the parking lot and a Park Place staff member drove up beside us and asked if he could help us. We told him we were looking for Don Mitchell. He said to follow him and he drove us to the correct entrance and showed us where to park. We did not have an appointment but Mr. Mitchell saw us immediately. He was wonderful!! He was very informed, patient, professional, courteous, responsive to all of our questions, and willing to spend as much time with as we needed to make a decision. By the time we left we had signed papers to purchase a Lexus 350RX, which we will pick up Monday. I am so impressed with the Park Place Lexus organization and staff. It is very obvious that customer service and satisfaction are your #1 priorities. Don Mitchell deserves 10 stars, as well as the employee in the parking lot who helped us. Thank you.

Great experience. Spoke with Ty Estes on the phone and he found the car I was looking for. Went in on a Saturday and they already had it washed and ready to go. I was in and out in about an hour, easily the best car buying experience in my driving career. Will not hesitate to go back once the wife is ready for her new ride.

Too bad you only buy a car so often. Unfortunately my father and i bought it here. Mike in used car sales is a very personable guy, and extremely nice. He was a little ditsy to say it nicely. When we came to pick up the car, Mike had almost given us the wrong car. Thankfully my dad knew exactly how many miles were on the odometer when negotiating the deal if not we would have walked out with a car that had an extra 3k miles on it than originally agreed upon. Once Mike came to realization that we were right, he then couldnt find the keys to the car we had actually purchased, coupled with some time lost (an hour) in the finance department even though we paid for the car in cash upfront. I really do not like getting at businesses and people in reviews, but i would take your hard earned money else where along with your time. PS the car they sold me is now in the shop in Houston TX because the head unit in the car was malfunctioned.....161 point certified vehicle they supposedly sold us yet Westside Lexus in Houston has to order a new head unit. Lastly, plates came into Park Place, they told my father and i they had shipped them to me in Houston....3 weeks later no plates had to call them back to get them to ship them. Just the cherry on the top to bad service.Bought the car 11/22/16.

Park Place Management, feel free to personally call me or email me. I think yall have some explaining to do in regards to this poor sale.

Got just the car I needed after my 2019 RX was recently totalled. John and Sergio took care of everything. Park Place even arranged the return of my rental to Enterprise.
It was an enjoyable experience, in spite of face masks and social distancing.

His patients is unmatched and he will go above and beyond to make sure you leave the lot happy. I appreciate his assistance and will forever be a Park Place Plano customer.

On another note, if you were looking for a service coordinator ask for AJ she is the best.

One of the service here does not solve the problem and with racial discriminationthe attitude. That was so bad. Talk to their manager, the manager said they would solve this problem and then I call the manager for several times. He never pick up the phone. I love lexus. But I really do not understand why Lexus's service now becomes so bad like this !

I just purchased a vehicle from Park Place Lexus Plano. I have purchased many cars in my life and this was far and away the easiest experience. Based on the research I've done on pricing, they gave me a great deal without any of the typical car salesman "what will it take to get in you in this vehicle today" games. This was my first car from Park Place Lexus but I doubt it will be my last.
