Let me start by saying, I don't care much for dealership service departments. However, my experience here was far better than anything previous. Mine was nothing more than a warranty repair of sorts on an older Lexus, but I was treated as a paying customer anyway. David Williams was my service rep and he could not have been better. He was the best combination of friendly, courteous, effecient and thorough. My encounter with David and other staff here was a pleasant surprise. I honestly look forward to coming back the next time I need any service.
