Today Aug 11, 2015 I went to the dealership for an oil change. I waited for 5 minutes before someone came and wrote the time 9:02 on the car and told me a service adviser will be with me shortly. I stood outside for 15 minutes watching them go to random cars. The service advisers with tablets in their hands kept on walking around without uttering a word. The lady in the next lane started complaining to the folks to no avail. When there was no car left in front of me, someone came and asked me to pull all the way up front. The time is now 9:20. A couple of minutes pass by and not one but two guys come out and ask me how I was doing and I answered "bad". They did not care, no apologies for the long wait or an explanation.....and asked what I needed done and I answered I need an oil change and need a loner car. Oh we do not have a loaner car but can get you out in 90 minutes. The time is 9:25. I asked for the keys back and came to work.
All that someone would need to ask when I pulled 30 minutes back into their service department was ask if I needed a loaner car and informed me so I might have saved myself 30 minutes. I would have made a complain to the service manager but I did not have the time left.
They can confirm on their CCTV cameras. The service manager can pull up my record from my name
