The SUV was not show ready they had it for a week.Their were scratches down the side and the struts for the tailgate need replacing that should have been taken care of and then on the way home the low tire indicator light came on.Now my wife has to come back over an hour drive wait around wait around probably at least 2 hrs and all they could say is we ll fix it.It should have been ready scratches were in plain sight.

Our transaction was seamless. Andrew gave us a good look at features of potential vehicles which made out decision less difficult. We leased for the third time and are excited to have a different type of Lexus in our garage.

We live two hours away. Everyone there was so fast acting in getting us exactly what we wanted, and it was ready when we got to the store. The process was so smooth from start to finish. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again!

I've bought many many cars over the years and this dealer ranks among the very best. The car was as described, there were no add-on's to the price, and the salesman was excellent. I would give Park Place my highest recommendation.

Beware!! Make sure they are filling your fluids during your synthetic oil change. I brought mine in for service on a weekend and drove my car on a road trip with no engine coolant! I assumed that Park Place took care of that for me, I guess not. I did not think that I needed to check all fluids after taking it in. May not be a big deal to many, but to a lady who needs to have a vehicle in tip top shape, it bothered me. If I had not checked it, that would have caused engine failure. When I called, I got lots of excuses. They even mentioned that I could have a leak, but had they checked my fluids like I paid for, they would have noticed a leak. When taking your Lexus to Park Place, you should expect Superb customer service and most of all honesty.

Manager wouldn t honor tint warranty for tint installed at dealership.

The vehicle was purchased second hand, but the tint was installed at Park Place Lexus Plano. It started to peel at the bottom and when I called asking about warranty information I had to call 5 times over a two week period before finally just getting someone to give me an answer.

I wish they would had stood by their workmanship.

Other than that, everyone was friendly, albeit unresponsive when leaving voicemail.

To compare responsiveness, the Lexus dealership in Austin called me back same day to direct me to the dealership that originally installed the tint.

My husband and I purchased vehicles at the same time - he purchased an Audi and I a Lexus. While we both are very pleased with our vehicles; only I am extremely happy with my dealership, Park Place Lexus. Jeff Hauptstueck made my purchase efficient and pleasant. He took time to go over the vehicle with me and then personally introduced my technical advisor who went over the navigation, bluetooth, paired my phone and explained features to me. He made sure I knew that I could come in for free vehicle washes and refreshments any time I wish. We live in Dallas, but made the drive to Plano for Park Place and I'm happy we did. If you're in the market for a Lexus, definitely give Park Place Lexus the opportunity to win your business.

Personnel made no attempt to reach out to people wandering the building and the car lots outside. Only when we got in our car and pulled away did a man come out and give us his card and say "thanks for coming." I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone searching for a car.

John Pak and Sergio provided a great experience. The car was in inventory in the Grapevine dealership and because it was my wife s birthday, they made the effort to go get the car and bring it back for a same day delivery. Process was very smooth throughout.

Do not go to this dealership. I have had Lexus for many years since 2001 and I can tell you that the quality of service in this dealership has gone downhill. I keep my car in great condition and have a GS350 F sport. Every time I go for regular service they create more problems and find issues that were never there before. Do not go to this place and this is the last Lexus I will buy.

While Lexus claims to offer service nothing short of excellent, no lifetime warranty on repairs are an embarrassment, especially for a luxury car brand when dealers like Honda even offer this. I brought in my car for a recall, but during my previous visit, had my door fixed from a child lock being jammed issue. However, after the repair, my door handle now makes a loud clicking noise every time it is opened. Upon my second visit, I asked if service could amend their previous repair to fix the noise issue, which they caused, but they stated that the warranty has passed. The service advisor, Efren, even went to the length to say that it was my responsibility to make sure they did everything correctly. Now that, I assure you guys, is the most excellent of all services I ve experienced. I felt so valued as a Lexus consumer for being told that it was my responsibility to ensure the quality of craftsmanship in their service repairs. I guess I am liable for the service I don t even get to see be done all while paying ridiculous prices to do so. If a repair is done incorrectly with flaws from the get-go, shouldn t an excellent service take responsibility and mend their mistakes for the customer who paid a certain price to have it done right in the first place? I guess this is Park Place for you. I will, however, give props to them filling up my tank and cleaning my car well during the process, though. Thank you for that and the recall, Park Place.

I had the best experience ever when purchasing my Lexus from Park Place. I had found the car I wanted online and drove up to Dallas from Houston to get it. I called and spoke to Mark Drusselhuys the day before Thanksgiving and told him my plan. He had everything arranged for me the day after Thanksgiving even giving me his cell phone number over the Holiday should I have any questions before I arrived. The process was quick and painless. I was back home that afternoon. My thanks also to Sean McClowry who did all the paperwork and was equally courteous. This is my 3rd Lexus in a row and I will never buy any other car. I am spoiled by the power and luxury of the RX and love zipping around town in it. They entire staff made me feel special and pampered.

service is really poor, I bought a $100k Lexus LX brand new- last month they call me to scheduled a recall, the day before the appointment they call me to confirmed the appointment I said yes.
the morning when I was on the way there they called me to cancel because the part was not available... it has been over a month and they haven't called me.

about an inspection - its a joke!

My experience was exceptional. Anthony was great from the moment I walked in the dealership. He answered all my questions. He new a lot about the car I was interested in purchasing. He never once pressured me about getting the car. Followed up with me again with no pressure. He gave me some numbers they worked and he said great you can pick your car up on Friday. I go in on Friday and he is there waiting for me again very helpful very confident. Then off I went to the business office and was not looking forward to that and it was great again no pressure just nice, friendly customer service. I have had to call Anthony with a question about my car and he responds very quickly. I will highly recommend friends and family. We purchased our second new Lexus ES 300h from Greg Ebenholtz and Park Place Lexus. I never expected that the level of service could actually exceed what we experienced the first time. Greg contacted us and said he had the perfect car for my wife, right off the truck and a brand new 2016 with 4 miles on it. We had continued contact with Greg from our first purchase when we would take our car into Park Place for routine service work and he was always willing to spend time with us while we were waiting -- and that is when we were not considering a new car purchase. I had told him about 6 months ago that when the new 2016 models came out, if there were any new colors that he thought my wife would be interested in, then to give us a call.

He remembered that discussion and indeed found us the most wonderful vehicle. We absolutely love the deal with Park Place, the new color combination both interior and exterior gets many compliments, the truly excellent service before and after the sale -- it is a purchase unlike any other. I would recommend Park Place Plano to anyone considering a Lexus vehicle as the experience there simply can't be beat (unless you are a repeat buyer and are lucky enough to get to enjoy that service more than once). I highly recommend you ask for Greg Ebenholtz when you make your appointment as he is a one of a kind sales person, and I don't like referring to him that way as he will work very hard to become your friend as he did with us -- he is much more than a sales person to us -- bottom line is this: HE CARES! I will never consider a purchase of a new Lexus from anyone else, he is our guy for as long as he is around. Excellent work Greg, again!

Adam was very helpful and patient while selling me the Lexus ES350. I was sick while we were negotiating, and Adam was very patient until I could get back into the dealership to purchase the car. Tristan was so pleasant and responsive. He s a GREAT salesman. I arrived to the dealership at the end of the day with a preapproval for one model but when I wasn t in love with it, Tristan put on his finance hat and got me approved for another model that was 10k more but that I DID love. And when I wasn t happy with the credit tier I was placed in, Tristan listened to me, pulled a different report, and got me bumped up to a top tier. The dealership itself is so nice, tranquil, and state of the art. The energy I received from everyone was really the determining factor for me. After dealing with less consumer friendly brands, Park Place Lexus was such a breath of fresh air and made my decision a no brainer. As a brand, I pray that Lexus continues to keep doing what you re doing and keeping your employees happy. It makes a big difference in how they deal with customers. You should wait for than an hour to just get a simple car wash. Mercedes Benz and Bmw have much better services.

Third bad experience with this dealership (and we have been customers for years). I think maybe they are getting too big to provide good service. I was trying to take my car in for body work but they gave me such a hassle and were so rude I called my insurance company back and will be taking it to another shop to do the work. I guess they don't need the business. Disappointed in Park Place again and reconsidering my next car purchase as a result.

Sean McClowry made my car buying a pleasure and I am thrilled with my Lexus! I saved a great deal by purchasing a 2017 model with just 14,000 miles on it and it sparkled and looks brand new. Also has all the bells and whistles available. He was very accommodating and would have shown and demonstrated every car there till I was satisfied. Definitely a happy customer!

My wife and I recently had a very disappointing experience attempting to purchase a 2003 Lexus 430SC. Our salesman, Jerry Hinson, was personable, professional and good to work with. We took a test drive at approximately 1:30 PM and were promised an email with an information packet that included a list of the work that had been done on the vehicle. After finishing our errands and arriving home we received the information packet and responded with an offer to purchase the car at around 3:30PM. Jerry called us at 4:24PM to advise that they were not able to come off of the price of the car. We called back at 5:12PM with an offer to purchase the car at the asking price, but asking if several blemishes on the hood could be addressed. We received a call back from Jerry a little after 6PM advising that there was nothing further that could be done on the blemishes. We called again and confirmed that we wanted the car and Jerry asked if we wanted him to check once more on using a color sanding on the blemishes. He checked while we held and came back confirming that no more could be done. He then asked if we could come in and sign the paperwork telling us that he would be there until 8PM. We checked balance in several of our bank accounts to see if we were able to pay cash and got together the check books to head over. Jerry called around 7PM as we were heading out of the door to tell us that he had checked with his manager and we could just come in the next day to sign. We set an appointment for 10:30AM. About 5-10 minutes later Jerry called to tell us that the car had been sold to another customer and apologized repeatedly for the situation.

I understand that a dealership encourages healthy competition among their sales staff, and that sales representatives have a financial incentive to close a sale. However, I expected more of a customer focus and much better communication between the sales force at a dealership that had won the prestigious Malcom Baldridge award for quality. I don't hold Jerry or the other salesman responsible for this, but I certainly do hold the leadership of Park Place Lexus accountable. If a dealership does not stand behind the word of their employees, how can you place any trust in what you hear?

Ryan Bacsafra is amazing! To say that I DREADED the car buying experience until now is an understatement. I never had one I cared to repeat. Professional, polite, helpful, respectful are just a few words that characterize Ryan. Fair price, no pressure, no ridiculous volume of calls/emails/texts, and a good experience. The purchase process was less than 2 hours from start to finish. At no point was I a hostage fighting to escape the dealership, as has been my experience in the past, and at no point did I feel insulted as a woman or person of color, as has happened in the past. I rarely endorse or recommend. I am a Park Place convert and I highly recommend Ryan and the dealership. This is what service should be!
