Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.
I have a Lexus and my last service with them (Park Place) was 2 years ago. I pulled in to get a car wash and the service man opened my door and asked "have you ever serviced with us before?" I said "yes in the past" and he replied "I see a Sewell sticker on your car" and proceeded to scan the bar code on my car. I purchased my car at Sewell in Fort Worth 5 years ago. I explained to him that my car does not need to be serviced every year due to low mileage besides oil changes and inspection and he stated "well in order for us to give you a complimentary car wash you need to service here at least once a year with maybe a tire rotation". Now if you work at a lexus dealership you should know that my tires can't be rotated bc the front and back ones are different sizes. I didn't argue and just left but felt that scanning my car and looking at my history was a bit of an over reaction for a simple $3 car wash. I will now avoid going there for services, parts or purchasing a new car because of their customer service and the way the situation was handled. I drove to Sewell afterward, got a car wash, purchased parts for my car and they even changed my key battery at no charge. Park place cannot compete with Sewell as far as customer service is considered and my next car purchase will NOT be at Park place!
