The service team is always respectful and kind. That is hard to find at any dealership service center. I appreciate the time they take.

On a different note, I've always been able to get a complementary detail when taking my truck in for service/maintenance. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this perk when buying my truck. I was able to receive a voucher, but found that it was unsatisfactory. Unless I want to get out into the heat, I have to clean out the inside. And from what I understand, you all hand washed the vehicles. I don't like running my truck through a commercial machine. Please fix what's needed and bring back the complementary detail you performed in the past. Your team always did an outstanding job!

9 times out of 10 I am always greeted by a customer service representative. The man that typically shuttles people was moving about talking to customers who were waiting and asked if I needed water. He is always so kind! I am sad that I no longer can have my vehicle washed as it was part of the VIP service that I used to receive. I hope to see this return, as I have all work done at Frede. I saw my truck ready and after about 15-20 minutes, I went to see my Service Rep and was checked out. This is not the standard. Overall, customer service is appreciated.

Took my truck in to get fixed on issues it was having, few hours later they called me they found the problem and GUARANTEED me that was the problem. I paid $720 but it was fixed! 5 days later the exact same thing happened again i took it back and now they said it was something else that had nothing to do with what they fixed the first time and still charged me 80$ for the visit. After I was guaranteed on what the issue was, paid 720, still got charged on them checking what it was the second time and my truck still not working. Very dissatisfied, i feel robed. 720$ of my money gone and my vehicle still doesn't work. Terrible service.

Was recently over charged by the service department and went rounds with one of the service guys to get it fixed to no avail. After speaking with the manager, he QUICKLY took care of the refund. Happy with the outcome.

A very friendly service environment. I brought an old issue up to my service rep and he advise that Eddie was out sick - a few months back I kept coming back because of the rubber popping up around my windows. Eddie advised he ordered new trim all the way around the windows and that should not be a problem. I believe that he only did the front and not the back because the back are popping up again. In addition there was a paint issue with the hood and Suzanne addressed it and had the paint done on it. When I advised her the same thing was happening with the roof I never heard a response back. For the last 20 years I have owned Certified Chevy Tahoe's and this is the first time I have had so many issues. I buy Certified because I know they go through a very detailed process before they are Certified. I am very unhappy with this Certified vehicle because I really don't think it went through the process. My 2005 Tahoe is still on the road and the paint is just now affected the hood and the roof and the rest of the vehicle looks like new.

Honestly this was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a car dealership. A big thank you goes to Jimmy Williams and the Norman Frede sales team. My sales person was Chad. He was extremely patient with me and listened to all of my needs and concerns. I never expected to fall in love with my 2014 Equinox LTZ as it was not on my list of vehicles that I was willing to test. He listened patiently and gave me exactly what I needed. He hit the nail on the head with the Equinox! Love it and am grateful that he really listened and not just sold me any vehicle. I was also extremely upside on my trade and he was able to negotiate a great deal and I only carried over a very small fraction of my negative equity. On top of all those pros, he even negotiated and was able to get me a 2% interest rate (my previous vehicle had 1 14% rate)!!! Overall, I was extremely pleased! Superb job!!!!

Extremely professional customer service. Nathan was an excellent sales person who promptly showed me the car I was interested in. He pulled all information he could find on the car (car fax, manufacturer warranty, etc). I never felt like I was dealing with a shady car sales person like you get at other dealerships. When I told Nathan I was also planning to test drive a different car at a different dealership he promptly pulled this cars carfax and warranty information so that I could make an informed decision. He was was extremely polite and professional. I would recommend this dealership for a stress free car buying experience.

When the time came to buy a new vehicle I spoke with Tony Marino. I had several factors at play in making a workable deal. Besides the guy I talk to over the phone "John". The service was horrible. They actually wanted to charge me for "not" fixing my vehicle. They didn't vacuum or clean my car like other dealerships, they actually left trash in my car. They diagnosed my car wrong twice.... what else?.... oh and the manager was a country bama complaining that hed have to pay my 50 co pay if I don't pay it. Why would I pay for you not fixing my car? They wasted 3 days of my time for something that should have been done in a few hours.

I've had 2 horrible experiences with this dealerships service person by the name of John. Although his supervisor Allen fixed the issue and gave great customer service, I was very disappointed when I told him about Johns poor customer service his response was " I know". John should not be dealing with customers if this isn't something he's good at, especially if his supervisor knows of his ill behavior. Allen ( the supervisor ) was very polite and got me in & fixed up right away though .

I gave this place one star because that is all they deserve. I was in a terrible hail storm in my VW Jetta. I took my car in 3 weeks ago and they told me it would be fixed by 3 weeks at the latest because it was onl cosmetic repair that needed to be done. I went to check on m car 3 days ago and they did not even BEGIN working on the cosmetic repair and the lady in charge said that she went on vacation so she fell behind. She said that I would be able to get a loaner car and they told me this morning that the car will be ready by tomorrow and I can MAYBE get a loaner car then. I am fustrated from waiting without a car for more than 3 weeks already having to ask for rides. I asked for the woman in charge to email me why the cost went up from $3000 to $6000 and she never emailed me either! They are the most disorganized and laziest workers I have ever seen. I DO NOT recommend this place EVER! Save your time and money and go to ANY other car repair shop!!!!

Horrible service. Took my $1000 and ran. No contact for over a month from my service advisor (Roy Maloney) and still charged me full price. Constant run around. Took 6 weeks to repair and still having issues. Managers didn't return my call (Susan or Allen.) Chevy rep (Tori) dismissed my case twice without resolve. Very rude and rushed service from Chevy. Mysterious 8 year warranty that apparently covers nothing even though its directly related to my issue. Please do not take your vehicle here for repair. Not trustworthy at all.

One thing I appreciate at Norman Frede and Bobby was that they were upfront on everything with the vehicle. I didn t feel like they were trying to slide on over on me or anything. We recently purchased a used truck from Norman Frede and had the best car-buying experience possible. Our salesman (Jimmy) was polite, knowledgeable, and really had our best interest at heart. The truck had some minor dings and scratches, but Jimmy and his team took care of all the little repairs within a day of us purchasing it. They made the truck look brand new for us! Also, you can't beat Norman Frede's prices! Totally worth the short drive outside the city!

Terrible experience. Went to test drive a Chevy SS manual and the salesperson said it was sold. They offered to let me drive an automatic one, and went to get the key. Salesperson said that was sold also. Both of these are understandable as it is a car in high demand. I asked to drive a Chevy Camaro SS in manual which they had several of since they have a similar engine to the SS. The salesperson went to get the key and came back saying No one is allowed to test drive the Camaro SS. At this point, I knew they were lying. We are talking about a car that costs less than 40k. I am 26 yrs old, and I know they were denying me the opportunity to drive since I looked young. Terrible dealership

I don't know why this dealership continues to lie even on responses to this review. What kind of idiot does not give the dealership a license or insurance when going for a test drive? This information was not asked of me, I was simply denied the opportunity to drive because of discrimination. I will be contacting the corporate office about my experience. First of all, I was humiliated in front of the people in the dealership and now, you guys try to defend your actions with a lie. I would like to add that the decision was made by one of the store managers. The salesperson was apologetic saying that she was new and that she didn't know the store policy about no test drives on Camaro SS's. The manager told her directly that this was not allowed. Maybe she was genuine, maybe not. The disrespect of customers seems to stem from the top down.

I would definitely recommend my daughter to purchase her brand new Camaro from them. My husband is the most picky client I have ever known but Gregg was able to satisfy him. We went home with our 2017 Grandsport happy and contented. He had his 2003 Corvette oil change with Norman Frede. He said he will never deal with Strickland and Autonation anymore because they are rude. Buying a car from Norman Frede is fun and a great experience.

Brought in a 2018 Silverado 14k miles on it with a simple headlight issue/check engine light, was told they reset the check engine light and that they couldn t duplicate the effect on the headlights (headlights would flash every time I hit a bump). We called back next day and truck still had not been looked at so we came and picked up truck at that time Clint was rude and never apologized or even made eye contact. I visited this dealership (& 2 others) with my mom when she was shopping for a new car this summer. We had the best customer service at Norman Frede! From the get go, I knew that's where she'd end up purchasing. Not only did they give us the best deal, but also the best & friendliest service.
I'm returning now that I'm looking to trade my car as well.
Our sales girl, Ana, was very sweet & helpful throughout the entire process. I'm hopeful for my car shopping experience!

UPDATE: Returned for my car hunt. All was great until I took the brand new vehicle I was about to purchase for a 3rd party inspection & found out that they've had work done on it. I went back to Norman Frede with the report and they continue to deny any work was done. The 3rd party company showed me as well, clear proof and explanation of what was done. I'm convinced they do under the table work on their inventory so there's no paper trail.
I'm thankful that my credit union required that inspection, otherwise I wouldn't have known or suspected anything since it's a brand new 2017 car. I found it it's actually the 2nd brand new car from that dealership that fails inspection within the same week.

Working with Jared G. was a great experience. No pressure tactics, no usual nonsense that other dealerships pull. It was a great experience all the way around. We were given a great price and were in and out in under an hour. Jared was very friendly and kept us up to date on everything he was doing. Truly a wonderful experience.

I spoke with the manager of customer service and she was understanding and professional the entire time. I'm happy I got to have a one on one chat with her and got things in order. Of course, because of her and other wonderful employees, I will keep going back.

Some employees here are wonderful. They give you amazing customer service and talk to you. Others, like the service department, do not have the skills to multitask. What I mean by that is, to my understanding, the company has middlemen to communicate between the customers and technicians. Most, not all, but most, cannot do their job properly. What I see happening is that they don't work as a team. They have the people who answer your call to make an appointment, the customer service guys and the techs. There is no communication, WHICH IS KEY, about their service details. The appointment setters say bring it in, with no detail about them falling behind, which is understandable, but saying, hey we might have to keep your vehicle, can make A BIG DIFFERENCE. CS guys are in a hurry to get your car in, which btw, is going in to be put in line, and say, well the price STARTS at so and so, but don't bother to explain the price changes if additional services need to be done, again understandable, but it is something that needs to be explained. This is a company that needs to sit down AS A COMPANY, one single team, and COMMUNICATE. Like I said, a lot of employees are nice and know how to speak to the customer, some just don't possess the skills.
