We had an appointment at 8:30am to get our truck serviced. We arrived early but they immediately took the truck back anyway. We took some time and went up front and caught up with Jimmy Williams our salesman. We got to look at the 2021 Chevy Colorado. Nice! When we walked back to service department our truck was done. I think DeMontrond has excellent service from front to back. It's like you are part of a family.

I've bought vehicles from 7 different dealerships ...

I've bought vehicles from 7 different dealerships over the last 20 years and I am telling you that this is by far the worst dealership I've ever bought from it's not even close. It started with my salesman who's name isn't worth remembering who lied to me and told me my truck was ready for me to come pick up but when I got there, after leaving work early it was NOT there and he still wanted me to sign the papers, of course I refused. So we got thru that ordeal and I finally ended up picking up my truck. Several weeks later I go to pick up my license plates and when I get home to install them, I can't because, get this, there is no front license plate bracket due to the fact they got the truck from Louisiana. The biggest problem I have is that I've noticed after it rains, water comes gushing out of the bottom door jam when I open the passenger door. So I take it up to the service dept because obviously this is a problem and the guy in the suit and the service technician both tell me that is normal. They insulted me repeatedly and refused to do anything until I went and spoke with the sales manager. I will never in my life buy another vehicle and I am on a mission to tell everyone who will listen not to make the same mistake I did. DO NOT BUY FROM DEMONTROND!!!!!

I brought in an older model Silverado (2001, HD250...

I brought in an older model Silverado (2001, HD2500) with low mileage (58k). The check engine light was on and the ac was acting up. During a two day servicing, I got a quote back to replace parts and labor that equaled the value of the vehicle. It didn't appear there was an adequate level of experience to actually fix the problem, but just replace parts. If you can't handle an older model (2001) vehicle, don't accept it for servicing.

The worst part of it was the vehicle barely ran when I got it back. The condition was 100% worse than when I dropped it off. The service representative acknowledged the fact with no course of action to correct. I had to take the truck to an actual mechanic to get it to run as before.

I don't trust the recommendations given. I don't trust Demontrond Chevrolet. I would not have been as upset about the large quote if the vehicle had been returned in working order. I will never return to this dealership and neither will anyone who I know interested in a Chevrolet.

The Chevy Service Department is top notch. I have had to bring in my Camaro in several times for warranty issues. The service manager is always very friendly and attentively listens to my concerns. All of the work I have had to have done was done well and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Unauthorized credit inquiry. Asked them if any of the forms I was filling out would result in a credit check which was unneeded because I already had financing elsewhere and they assured me there would be no credit check. Sure enough they ran my credit twice resulting in 2 inquiries on my credit history. Manager said he could have them removed but it s been about 2 months and it s still there. Thanks for needlessly lowering my credit for the next 2 years.

Dropped my 2008 Corvette that I purchased from Dem...

Dropped my 2008 Corvette that I purchased from Demontrond late Friday evning for oil change and to have a fuel smell checked out. Gerald, the service advisor, told me that there was a service bulletin on the fuel smell and car should be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon came and I did not hear anything so I called. Gerald told me that they were waiting on parts to come in Wednesday morning to fix fuel smell and it would be done Wednesday afternoon. Did not hear anything on Wednesday so I called again, Gerald told me parts did not come in and it would done on Thursday. Once again no update on Thursday so I called and asked to get an update. Could not get Gerald to call me back so I asked for someone else to find out what was going on. 45 minutes later Gerald call to tell me the Corvette was still not done, it would be done Friday. I called and asked to speak with the service manager, got Dana's voice mail at 4:10 on Thursday. Left her a message to call me she never did. Drive down Friday pick up the Corvette went to drive home with it and the power memory seats did not work, thats ok, they just disconnected the battery. I reprogrammed my settings and left. As soon as I left the lot, car was making whistling noises, did not know what was going on. Windows were not up all the way. Guess what when you disconnect the battery the windows loose their programming to move back up 1/2" when the doors close. They move down to open, once door shuts they move back up. So they parked the car overnight outside with windows down 1/2" good thing it did not rain. Before returning to dealership I checked computer to see if the cleared the oil life remaining warning. Nope why would they do that, it still said 10% oil life remaining. Pulled back up after just leaving the dealership to ask them to reprogram the windows to go back up and to clear the oil life warning. I asked to speak with Dana, the service manager. 45 minutes later when the car was done I never spoke with Dana. As I left I stopped and spoke with Larry Raiford, Sales Manager told him what happened. Terrible experience all around, no communication, no service manager help and car not complete when I picked it up.

My car salesman, Patrick Brady, was very helpful and able to answer all questions and help me with everything I needed in purchasing my first vehicle all on my own. I had no choice to give them one star. They don't repair your car right. I had to take my car back twice. They do very poor work. No pride in what they do. My car still isn't fixed right. Now I have to take it somewhere else. You've been warned.

Had car in service, they returned car with seats oil stained, and a hole in the dash board. They suggested it was already there. They fixed it after finally getting the manager, but fixed no other problems with the car except the ac. Charged $1700. Did not apply military discount the first time or after we brought the receipt back twice. Talked with manager/director and she would not give discount because I did not have a coupon for the military discount. This place does not uphold military discounts as advertised. Brought car back in to fix the original problems they did not fix the first time and they wanted another $1500 because they did not diagnose it correctly the first time. For instance, my dash board would not light up and they returned it with the same dimmed back light. How much simpler can it be to check the light!!! They at least refunded my money on this but not for the oil leak. Assistant states well it is an old car. Yep, and I paid you to do a job you didn't do. I declined service this second time and went to another shop, which stated Demontrond overquoted 8 hours of service to me for the job. It would only take 3 hours tops and max $450 to fix. The manager is not on top of her guys and lets cars off the lot without inspecting their work.

Horrible customer service we live out of town and brought my husband truck there in 2015 and we needed to have the truck worked on and needed the extended warranty information (which apparently finance only has )....i called 8 time left 3 voice mails talked to 2 people that said would call me back and never did ... out of the 8 phone calls they only answed 2 times ....and like i said stated they said they would call me back and didnt my husband called several times as well...thank God i found a paper with the extended warranty name we where able to call them ....we obviously wont be buying from them agin....because when someone lives out of town as we do we cant just drive up there and wait for the info we have to rely on the dealership and you cant do that at demontrond chevy ...we bought my tahoe at davis Chevy down the road and have always had great customer service even over the phone!

I was online shopping and a sales agent called me later that evening. I told her what I wanted, and went in the next day. She greeted me at the door and from that point on i felt welcomed and had a feeling i was in great hands.. She showed me a few vehicles I was interested in, and I feel in love with a truck. She got me approved with what i wanted in no time! The Sales Manager was great on negotiating and making a deal. The best experience I have had in car shopping over the last 2 years with this purchase being my last for a few years! They welcomed my children, treated my family very well. After a very stressful car accident (which totaled my former car), I felt nervous and indecisive on where to go, who to trust, and even what type of car I wanted. After running around to multiple dealerships and meeting with all sorts of salespeople, DeMontrond Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. I saw the perfect used vehicle on their lot (A beautiful blue 2014 VW Jetta), and Salesman David Suthon worked with my budget alongside Manager Derrick and their finance team to make it a perfect fit. They were professional, straightforward and informative about the entire process. Thanks to DeMontrond this stressful situation is starting to look a little bit brighter. I love my new car so much, and I highly recommend DeMontrond Chevrolet to anyone looking for a great car at a great price.

I was apprehensive when I first got to the dealership. I had baggage from the last time I went to buy a vehicle years ago. But then the feeling of ease fell over me especially when a courteous Gregg Anthony extended a friendly and genuine smile and made me us welcome. Throughout the process I never felt like I was unintelligent due to being a woman not a man buying a vehicle. I had an amazing experience with all members of the dealership . I was made to feel like a respected person with the knowledge of being able to purchase a vehicle. When Amy Frasier came out to greet us and work with the sales person for the best deal I felt she really meant to find us the best possible deal with out pressure to buy. The other manager Steven Brown figured which would best fit my budget. He understood what I was looking for and wanted the best for the actual price I gave him I would pay. I didn't get the feeling that I was being pushed toward something higher than I really wanted just for the sale. I honestly value all who sold us our Tahoe. The dealership General Sales Manager ( Bryon Johnson) even came to us and asked for our opinion several times. He was concerned if all was going alright. Not just to ask but with genuine concern. I want to Thank them all especially Amy Frasier and the Dealership Managing Boss Bryon Johnson, I felt personally taken care of with dignity and respect. I will be buying my truck from there when the time comes. I also love the lifetime powertrain warranty. Thank you to all.

No, I did not buy a car, but I have been into the service department a few times. Always a good experience. I have a Volt(LOVE IT!!!), and everytime I learn something new about the car. So far a very good experience with the car & the service people. Certainly a 2017 Volt, next year.

A bit delayed, but I have been quite busy enjoying my new vehicle!! :). My experience at DeMontrond Chevrolet was phenomenal! they great customer service and we're very helpful in getting me into my vehicle!! Plus who can beat LIFE TIME WARRANTY!!! Took my car in for an alignment at 5:05pm as a walk in with no appointment. Was met by a female service advisor who was advised my car needed an alignment. Immediately she told me that her techs had left home, mind you they close at 6pm. She then told me that she was gonna go check in the back to see if she could find anybody. Seconds later she came back and told me all her techs were gone. I then got on my vehicle and drove to the back to turn around and leave and as I was doing that I saw several techs in the back laughing. I'm really disappointed with DeMontrond service department. I guess they dont care about their customers. I should of gone to Autonation Chevrolet they always take care of their customers even the ones without an appointment who show up 1 hour prior to closing. First and last time I'll be coming to DeMontrod Chevrolet.

The Combination of having GEICO Insurance, DeMontrond Chevrolet Body Shop and Enterprise Car Rental and most friendly kind and considerate with full understanding in the Geico Express Care of Car and Truck owners who are unfortunately with damaged vehicles is the best solution to effectively and efficiently and fully satisfied with the one and half day from my bringing in my car for repair to being notified that repair has been completed. Finding that my car is fully detailed inside and the full surface of my car has been waxed polished and buffed is another reason that one unfortunately who has vehicle with body damage from collision or other type of damage should not hesitate in trusting the Geico Insurance DeMontrond Chevrolet and Having Enterprise rental car in same office and continuous team on my and any other clients behalf. Anna in service has to be one of the easiest service writers I have ever had to deal with. I will use Demontrond Chevrolet for now on to buy and for service.

The service here is amazing. Mina gave us a great deal on a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry, and helped us through the whole process. I'm extremely happy with our purchase since this is our first time buying a car and the dealerships that we went to before i couldn't find what I wanted,I almost gave up until we surprisingly found the Toyota online at a Chevrolet Dealership. The staff was excellent, I would gladly buy another truck or car at DeMontrond . I would highly recommend Mina and the whole staff to anyone who's looking to get a vehicle for the right price .

I purchased a 2020 hyundai tucson today from demontrond. I dont normally take the time to write reviews unless i have a really terrible experience or an outstanding one. Well after today, I wont shop at another dealership other than demontrond. I wasnt expecting to buy a car today but the experience with Ross Lambert in sales and Kelly in financing was so seamless i cant imagine going anywhere else. I was quoted an unbelievably good price, and was leary that i would actually get that deal. I went in for a test drive, the car was ready for me, and nothing changed on the price!! Ross was very thorough, helpful, and friendly, and made sure i was comfortable during my time there. This was all before my credit check was done and before i gave any financial information. So this is how i know everyone will be treated fairly and with respect. I was told upfront about a very minimal window tint fee and was ok with it. Financing was a breeze, kelly was very fun and easy to talk to and helpful even though she was staying late and swamped with loans. Nothing is hidden there and i was amazed that buying a car could be that easy after purchasing multiple cars from various dealerships in the area and always having to literally argue for what is fair. Do not, ever, ever go to ron carter. Make the trip to demontrond and i guarantee you wont regret it from personal experience!!

She was very friendly, listening to what we wanted in a car, not trying to push into more vehicle than we wanted. She was able to put us in a car that has more features than what we were looking at elsewhere for less.The entire experience with everyone at your dealership was exceptional. very easy car buying experience, with very friendly, helpful, yet professional staff. Rude service person. Did not repair the taillight bulb or trailer light plug as requested. I requested the trailer light plug on the previous visit as well with no results. I purched this vehicle New from your lot. I purchased my RV new from your lot as well. I had to make a trip over the weekend so I had to go elsewhere to have my taillight repaired because your service department is incompetent and does not care about customer safety.

I m not a big reviewer but when a place makes sure I m happy with ever aspect of my visit I m going to make sure to share the experience and like wise if it s horrible I m going to try and save someone the pain of a bad experience..
Mike Bohmer was my sales person I m double downing on his 5 and going 10 . He helped me negotiate the trade in of my 2017 camaro on a 2021 Colorado ZR2 and I m loving my new truck.
Mike and Kalynn (financing) did a superb job helping me understand all my payment and warranty issues and concerns. The Demondtron warranty forever is what drew me to this dealership over others and I m feeling rather comfortable knowing that my warranties are strong on this purchase, like any 1st time bran new car purchaser I m making a long term investment and knowing it s going to be taken care of sets my mind at ease on spending the $$$$ on this sweet truck.

If you go here and my review helped let them know please.positive reviews and experiences are the best way to spread the good.

I will update as I use all the other aspects of the dealership like the service side for my oil and fluids ..

But Mike and Kalynn were great to work with and I m thankful for their help on such a scary experience as signing away on the payments for this super sick truck

Let me say I have not purchased my truck yet, but believe me when I do it will be from Demontrond! The day I stopped in was awesome, the staff are all so friendly, (not creepy salesman stalker friendly)! Everything was so smooth, and no pressure, but because the staff is so knowledgeable it made it almost impossible to leave without the exact truck I've been looking for! My issues are with my finances, which they could have actually worked with, but I just need to wait 2 more months for my own security. They are also home to a lifetime warranty, wow, it's real and I know people who have purchased from here and use it when necessary, not just some BS! Thanks guys for making me so comfortable, I'll see you very soon!

My problem is that as soon as the sales person thought he wasn't going to make a commission he tossed me my keys and treated me like white trash! Not acceptable. I will tell everyone I know!! This is the most important thing to me, especially in a world where customer service generally sucks. 2. Demontrond honors what it says it will do. Collision Center: Joey is rude and condescending. ...

Collision Center: Joey is rude and condescending. The sign on his wall that reads "I totally agree with myself" sums it up perfectly! I received a text on Friday stating that my car was ready and I would receive a phone call to schedule pick up. I got my phone call on Monday at 5:30pm to schedule pickup on Tuesday. On Tuesday the car was not right, so they told me to leave my car another day. On Wednesday when I went to pick it up my car was still not right but since I was going out of town I took it and dropped off my rental. They told enterprise I was told to pick up my car on Friday and I didn't til Wednesday so I was charged $150. When I went to talk to Joey about the charges he has the audacity to tell me that I should have called on Saturday to verify the text was correct. Why is the customer responsible for that?? Then he tells me I didn't get a call because on the form I circled Text as my preferred choice of contact! Preferred does not mean mandatory or only means of contact and they have had no problem calling me before! He would only agree to cover 2 days of the charges and said the others were my fault!! He would cut me off when I spoke and continued to try every pathetic angle he could to make this my fault instead of correcting the issue on his end!

" I'm not here to try to sell you a car I think you need, I am here to help you get in the car you want". When Tanner spoke those words to my wife the pressure was off, the atmosphere was relaxed and it was truly the most enjoyable experience in my 55yrs of buying a car. I could write a book on our experience there, the interaction of the staff, that went above and beyond to get her in the car she wanted. Once she chose the car she wanted we were out of there with the car in less than hour. JP who handled the paperwork was just as outstanding as Tanner. Everything he said was going happen, happened. No surprises at the end of the sale like you get with a lot of dealerships. And yes a lot of people would think the lifetime warranty is the icing on the cake but for us it was the fact that we came there as strangers we left there as friends. A lifetime relationship of buying our vehicles there from now on, just really couldn't imagine wanting to go anywhere else to put up with God knows what. Great Job Tanner and JP!

We came to the dealership knowing ALMOST exactly what we wanted, the big hiccup was we had been told at other dealerships that the color of Spark I wanted was pretty much not available since they were not currently being produced. Devon, my salesman, and his sales manager assured me they could get whatever I wanted. It took me about a week of visiting and asking questions , but when i was ready they absolutely delivered!!! I am now driving the car I really wanted. The entire sales and finance team were really helpful and put up with my million questions. My girlfriend and I went in there ready to buy 2 vehicles. Prior to speaking with this dealership, they had been consistently contacting my girlfriend to get her business. I found it ironic that after all the attempts to earn our business that we were treated as poorly as we were. The salesmen by the name of Fredrick was absolutely horrible. I honestly cant understand how he is employed there - his communication was horrible and he kept us waiting there for over 2 hours without any information of wither or not we were going to make a deal. He showed no characteristics of a salesmen. when we asked what we wanted for the 2 vehicles, he was rude and talked down to us in a belittling fashion as if we were stupid. He would not abide by our specifications and constantly made errors along the way with a 'do it my way' demeanor. I also asked for a carfax report and was not provided with one after multiple attempts to ask for one. Prior to this experience i had high expectations and had heard nothing but good things about DeMontrond. After this experience i will not be recommending anyone to do business with this location.

The dealership was friendly, honest, and extremely helpful. From my reading on the internet of problems with dealers misleading customers wanting to purchase a new C7 with the Z51 option I was delighted that Bryon was upfront and true to his word about having the allocation and pricing. I have purchased 8 GM vehicles over the years from various dealers across the nation. This is the best I highly recommend this dealership and will give them not only my sales but all my car work.

Horrible the worst i went in wanting to buy a truck i left a deposit and signed paper work i was approved by bank and I told them i would be back the next day to pick it up i also had more money down. Then i get there the next morning and they said they sold it to someone who had cash.and knowing we already had a deal going on. It was just a big waste of my time. Dont RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

When I got to the dealership, Patrick came right out and introduced himself and made me feel super comfortable and not pressured at all. I told him what my budget was and he was very accommodating and made sure I got to see everything available in that price range. After I looked at the options in my price range, I still didn't see anything I liked. After talking for a few I saw the car that I loved but didn't think I could afford it but Patrick told me he would do his best to make it happen and let me take it for a spin. Long story short, he was good on his word and I left with my dream ride!

I have tried twice getting the heater on my Chevy Volt repaired at DeMontrond. The first time Gerald McLean told me curtly that I was not getting my car back. It took some time but I finally got it back without the repair. The second time I found the courage to take it back, John, a service technician asked me very hostilely three times why I didn't bring it back sooner. His business is to treat the customer with civility and to get the repair done--not to pick a fight with a woman by berating her about her personal choices. Very unprofessional place. People there are so protective of each other that they are incapable of seeing the customer as human and requiring consideration too. Their insular behavior indicates a need for management to take a careful look at its service culture.

Servicer came up with some bs of it using a " special " kind of oil and could not redeem the promotion they were having. Needless to say, this will be the last time I will get my vehicle serviced at this location.
