I was looking at a preowned suburban and dealt with Bobby Houston. There were a couple of odd things with my situation and Bobby made it all work out very seamless and easy. One thing I appreciate at Norman Frede and Bobby was that they were upfront on everything with the vehicle. I didn t feel like they were trying to slide on over on me or anything. There was absolutely no pressure to buy when I came for a test drive. If you see a vehicle at Norman Frede at the preowned just go in and deal with Bobby.
