If I could put negative 5 star i would my son in law bought a car from this place and it is flooded from the rain today they would not put him in a different vehicle they tried to put him in a vehicle with cylinder 6 misfire he's been vacuuming it all dY he just stopped and still over 4-5 inches of water on his passenger floor board hes tried to get a car and put more money down for a better car they just tell him they put to much in the vehicle he's paid his bill up for two months these people really screwed him he has two babies and a wife its really messed up

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! These people are liars, thief s & frauds & must be shut down. They do the switch & bait, their vehicles are junk & when you drive 20 minutes down the road & the car won t even drive, they will ignore you & refuse to help you or even talk to you. You have been warned!

There cars are overpriced! I got a car and thought everyrhing was okay. I got down the street and the check engine light came on. Then my boyfriend checked the tires and said kne looked a little low. When my mechanic checked it...we had three bad tires amd he showed us where the wires were sticking out! Very dangerous...then two days later the startwr went out. They fixed it but I had to get it towed there and then they charfed me $300 for a $90 part. Then the AC went out so I told them I didnt want it and they could pick it up. Later they picked it up without telling me and then stole my iPhone and Car battery charger. Then qhen I asked them about it, they said I stole a cheap radio out of the vehicle. I am an accountant. Why would I need to steal a radio and I don't even know how to take one out. Some of these reviews are fake! They are very shady. Be careful and bring a mechanic.
Good place to shop around for vehicles. Yamile Ramos was very patient and informative. I will for sure be contacting her again when I am ready to purchase a vehicle.
(Just a note: I had never met David before I purchased a vehicle at Auto Equation and as long as you stay honest and communicate with them they will bend over backwards for you) I purchased a vehicle from Auto Equation nearly 2 years ago and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff is friendly and helpful and David goes the extra mile to make sure you are takin care of! They have a great selection of vehicles that look nice and run well. Would not recommend they sold me a used vehicle which I had to wait 5days just to get from them because supposedly they were fixing it okay I get there to pick it up and the truck is still The same I asked several times before I even got the truck from them for my money back and of course they refused they tried to tell me it was only a $40 part that needed to be fixed turns out it s more like $400 now I m stuck with a vehicle I could of paid cash for

Firstly, Ended up not purchasing a vehicle from them. I made a few calls to them over the course of a week and a half about one I was interested in. I repeatedly asked that it was still avaliable, and was told it was.
I also traded to ask what final price would be with tax, tags and other fees for a car I wanted to pay cash for. The day I went to their lot I called twice before I arrived to confirm the primary vehicle I was interested in was still avaliable for sell.
When I arrive, give greetings etc, they ask me if I was looking for anything particular, and am told they sold the vehicle a few weeks ago. The gentleman who greeted me then begin to try and list other vehicles and their prices but I cut him off to leave.
I wasted 2 hours and 50 dollars on a ride to get there for a vehicle they had told me multiple times was still on the lot, only to be told it was sold before my first call and then asked to look at vehicles more expensive instead.
Be wary. I don't know if their vehicles are mechanically sound or not as I did not purchase, but I would not do business with them.
Only reason for two stars is that the gentleman I talked to was very polite even after I became quite angry and begin to walk off.

DONOT buy a car from these people! My husband brought a car last year and as of today he STILLLLL DONT have a title for his car that was paid out. They keep giving him the run around so I now I have to take legal actions! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
They lie. They put a nice car online at a great price, and tell you they still have it. But when you get there, it conveniently was sold just that morning. "Is there another car we can show you?" It's a lie, and their little sales girl Ivana should know better. Don't fall for it!
Great service. I had no problems looking for what I wanted because of Alexis Chavez. She spent her time with me as long as I needed her to. I will definitely recommend this place to someone just because of her.
9/26/2020 Bought a car in May, have not received tags as of September 25. When you call they keep saying should be much longer. I know it is a no warranty. I had bad luck. Spent over $5,000 in repairs. Just hope I get the tags soon so I can trade it to get a better car.
Pulled the bait and switch on me. Went to check out a truck and was told what time to be there. Got there and the truck was supposedly being used by an employee. 4 hours later, the truck couldn't be found. Gave me the run around and wasted my time. Plus, nothing on the lot was even worth looking at. Everything was run down and ragged. Bad for even a used car lot. Extremely unprofessional. I do not appreciate being lied too. But its ok. Found a real better deal elsewhere.

How is it, a so called God fearing man such as David Soliman (owner of Autoequation), can steal over $2,000 from a 61 year old disabled woman, and not feel one iota of shame? Mr. Soliman, aka Autoequation, I would prefer to settle this amicably, but if you don t return the money you STOLE from me, I WILL take you to court!!
These guys are scam artist! I repeat SCAMMERS!!! We had an agreement to do 60 days same as cash (as advertised) and they came to pick my car up (that stopped running on me) 22 days after I just made an $800 downpayment on the 1st of September! I have never dealt with any car lot more unprofessional and unorganized! I will he reporting the car as stolen and filing a suit in small claims court! Do not buy from these clowns!

I had an appointment to see a vehicle. I showed up "Danielle" was in a meeting but they said the cat sold last night and asked if I was interested in anything else. I said no and left a few hours later they messaged me to see if i was coming not knowing I had already been there. I went along want to confirm the car of interest was still in stock. There is some Amazing people there but also some shady hush hush business going on. First approach was amazing, Christian music going, friendly staff, and vehicles do get detailed. The bad part is all of these vehicles are Auction Vehicles and your just buying a problem vehicle. I knew this and I was fine with it until things went really bad. I put full coverage on a vehicle and came back with my down payment. We were asked if we have signed a contract and I said no because no one has told me the grand total of the vehicle with finance charges+ TT&L and I said I m thankful for you working with me but I m not interested in paying 6-9,000 for that vehicle. I was not rude at all when I explained myself and then we hear some arguing going on and my sales guy brings back my money and says I don t know what happen but no deal. Now I could be wrong but what it seemed like to me is they were willing and ready to take advantage of me and my situation till they realized I was not going to put up with it so turned me down.
Went there to buy a car that I called about earlier that day with Marcus. Unfortunately, the car was "sold" to an employee 30 minutes before I arrived even though I called not even 2 hours beforehand to make sure the car was still there. So I attempted to look at another automobile, 2014 Prius, which turned out to be a 2008 Prius that didn't match the photos online. First and last time going there. Business practices aren't right; if I could give a 0 rating, I would.

My buddy bought a truck from this place and after putting 4500 down he found it had a ticking noise.They said they were ordering new lifters for it.After months of contacting them now they say they don't know what he's talking about.This place sells lemons.If you want to be out of money and on the side of the road then this is the place to go.

I hate being negative but this is my family. My kids are paying for a car that collecting water. 3 to 4 inches on the passager side. The roof gets saturated when it rain. My son-in- law and daughter went to the lot to see if they could trade it in and the "car sales men" put him in a vehicle that misfired. Its ridiculous! They're ahead with payments. I got soak before i even got on the rain. These people dont care about they're clients. I hope this change and Autoequation does the right thing. God bless

The only good experience there was not dealing with them anymore the owner I a crook he stole the TTL from and never got any title work done than stole the stereo system I installed in the truck. It's ok my attorney will recover my stolen money and items, so if your looking for a POS to do business with his your guy but beware you will problem have to fix what ever you buy to get it home
This dealership is a scam. They sold my sister and her husband a car that flooded and refused to fix it. When they drove it off the lot they gave them their word that the issue was fixed but when it rained they rain saturated the passenger seat floor board with like 2 inches of water splashing around. They say they are Godley people and that Joel Osteen help set up thier car dealership but they are crooks. My sister and husband are paying 9000 dollars for a 2000 dollar car. It is very sad thatvthey can do this to people.
I brought a Suburban. Paid it off 2/6/2016 and still have NOT received my title on my truck. I will NEVER do business with company again. I call to find out the status on my title nobody knows nothing in the office. I was told back in February 6 that I would be able to pick up the title on the following Saturday 13th on Feb. When I called to find out if my title was ready, the young lady told me that I would need to speak with the Owner. Not know why I have to speak to the owner for my title. Then I asked for the owner and He is never in the Office. I have called several times, and NO one knows nothing about my title. So disappointed with company.
Worst car buying experience ever. Bought a car 2 months ago cash price was 3500. I ended up paying 4700 for the car and tax title and license. When spoke to the car lot was told I could bring the car back and they wouldn't make it right. Very rude. Has been two months and still no title. No stars
