A very friendly service environment. I brought an old issue up to my service rep and he advise that Eddie was out sick - a few months back I kept coming back because of the rubber popping up around my windows. Eddie advised he ordered new trim all the way around the windows and that should not be a problem. I believe that he only did the front and not the back because the back are popping up again. In addition there was a paint issue with the hood and Suzanne addressed it and had the paint done on it. When I advised her the same thing was happening with the roof I never heard a response back. For the last 20 years I have owned Certified Chevy Tahoe's and this is the first time I have had so many issues. I buy Certified because I know they go through a very detailed process before they are Certified. I am very unhappy with this Certified vehicle because I really don't think it went through the process. My 2005 Tahoe is still on the road and the paint is just now affected the hood and the roof and the rest of the vehicle looks like new.
