Went in for first oil change and was incredibly smooth service. Even my toddler behaved well for the hour and a half we were there. I appreciate Jose mostly for being so kind & helpful. I told him i was on a crunched schedule however he was still able to relay to the mechanics i would like my truck vacuumed if possible. Not only did that happen but they did a quick wash too! Its thge little things that speak so much. Thanks jose & norman frede service team
