I saw a truck in the inventory online that met the criteria I was looking for and submitted an interest form. I received an email back from John-Paul Lopez offering assistance and listing some suggestions. One fit the bill except for the color. I followed up with him letting him know my preferred color. I gave him a call but wasn't able to reach him initially. He returned my call but I was busy working. He left me a voice mail and also sent an email. I called back shortly after and told him specifically what I was looking for and the price range. He assured me he would verify it was still available and try to get me what I was looking for. He provided updates and communicated with me through emails, calls and texts. The service provided was outstanding that I didn't mind driving 3 hours round-trip for the truck. When I'm in need for a new vehicle, he will definitely be my first call!

This experience was much better than previous experiences I ve had at other car dealerships. I was in and out and for the truck I wanted for a fair price. I will be returning to buy my wife a new Tahoe in the near future.

Second vehicle I have purchased from Norman Frede Chevrolet, although it was a back and forth ordeal this go around the deal was finally completed with the help of Olivia (and Autumn who was shadowing) and picked up another new Silverado during the Labor Day Sales event.

Thanks again Olivia - and sorry for all the back and forth hassle. Lol

Made an appointment and brought my truck in for an oil change. Service was fast, maybe too fast. When I received my vehicle back there was motor oil on the truck interior (driver's door, seat and console). It appears someone tried to wipe my clean windshield down with on oily cloth as well. The cab and engine compartment smelled like burned oil the entire day. Being I was in a rush (reason for early appointment) I did not bring the vehicle back in and took care of the clean up myself. I did pop the hood to make certain nothing was leaking, as being the cause for the burnt oil smell. Everything appeared to be in order with the exception of oil being spilled on the valve cover and exhaust manifold. Much more attention to detail was needed. The job was obviously rushed and I'm just glad nothing was seriously damaged. This is the first bad experience I've had with Norman Frede. Hopefully, this is the last.

I brought my 2015 Silverado in b/c the turn signal would not stay in the right turn position (had to hold it up), also I asked for a oil change to be done. I got an appointment and the guys were ready for me when I arrived. I told Lenny I was pretty sure it needed a new turn signal switch installed.

Lenny called me early afternoon to let me know the oil change, tire rotation, etc were done but that the turn signal switch would not be to the shop until ~10 AM the next day. When I told him I needed my truck he said no problem; come get it.

When I got there Lenny said I needed to pay a $100 deposit for the part and he said if I brought it back the next morning they would get me right in. So I paid the deposit, no problem, and off I went.

Driving home I noticed the turn signal was working fine again....same thing the next day. I went back to the dealership the next morning and told Lenny what had happened. At first I was told i would just have to pay the $75 diagnosis fee since the technician opened the steering column up to see what was going. I would have gladly paid it because my problem was solved. So I was going to get a $25 reversal of the charge form the day prior.

Well Alan, who I assume was the Service Manager, heard what was being discussed he said "reverse the whole $100".

When people get poor service they usually are happy to write bad reviews but when we get good service we do not often do the same. I felt compelled to write a good review and give the Service Team kudos for being honest, upstanding guys! Thanks guys!!

My Service experience was amazing Trevor in service did such an amazing job he gave me a phone call each day and informing me of what they did to the truck and what parts were being replace and was really on top of everything. If you have any issues with your vehicles I recommend you take it to Norman frede Chevrolet ask for Trevor and you will see what I'm talking about amazing job

The service department is supremely unhelpful. I brought in a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt because the check engine light was on. They kept my car for almost a week trying to figure out what was wrong with it. When they had finally got back to me, it was with news of a cylinder head that needed to be replaced. This should not happen with a 5 year old car with only 50,000.

I might also mention that the engine light only came on just after I had brought the car in on a recall. Very suspicious.

The guy "helping" me was Clint. I had to prod him for any information other than stating what was wrong with the vehicle. "How urgent is the repair?" "What could have caused it?" "Is this normal in a car this new?"

They are too expensive, their service employees are rude and incompetent. I feel like I am being swindled. I am going to trade my chevy in for a make/model car that actually works.

The service people there were great and worked in a professional way. The big concern I had was I originally took it in for a recall and had to take it back because the brake lights were acting up after they repaired the recall. Then, I went to pick it up and the power steering light came on again this was suppose to be addressed by the recall but I was told that it was caused by another problem so I had to take it back my purchased warranty covered the cost I had a co-pay of a 100 dollars. Now a few days later my gas gauge is acting up and now my check engine light came on. It may be coincidental but i had no problems with the automobile until I took it in for the recall repairs now it seems like everything is starting to mess up on it and it just has a little over 66,000 miles on it. I did even purchase the automobile from Norman Frede Chevrolet. People where great not sure if I will ever purchase a vehicle here again or bring my car back for repair might just give Monument Chevrolet a try if need be.

Norman Frede and GM seriously disappointed me this...

Norman Frede and GM seriously disappointed me this time and I truly believe I am done with GM. I bought my wife s 2013 Chevrolet Malibu brand new. The vehicle had 47K miles on it two weeks ago and the engine blew. A piston broke and damaged the inside, causing the dealership to put a new engine in it. Now, GM offers a 5 year, 100K mile warranty (when I bought this vehicle). Keep in mind, this vehicle has 47K miles on it. The warranty, expired October 1, 2017 and this occurred middle of December 2017. GM and Norman Frede have stated that I am responsible for $3,700.00 as the new engine runs $8,700! Does this sound reasonable at all? To top it off on this dealership, I have 3 other dealerships offering me $11,000.00 - $11,500.00 for the vehicle, with the repairs completed. Norman Frede only wants to offer $9,000.00. To say I am pissed off, frustrated and completely shocked is an understatement. I won t be recommending anyone to this dealership and would urge you to call someone else!

Now, although Eddie Cox, the service manager seemed to be a good guy to start, every other time I went by he seemed to be too busy or away and not available to talk. Trevor, the service advisor helping me was thorough, communicated well and respectful. I would recommend him, but not the sales side or Eddie Cox.

If you decide to go here to buy a vehicle, be prepared to not get enough for your trade, and also not get a good deal on a vehicle.

Truly disappointed in you Norman Frede and GM.

Edited 1/11/17 In regards to the owners response below:

To touch in the cost, no. You or GM did nothing to lower my cost significantly . You being a dealership, the 4 cylinder engine somehow costs $8,700.00! Please tell me how you get that number? I priced an engine at 2 other places while it was in your shop and was quoted $3,100.00 with a 1 year warranty, $3,300.00 with a 2 year warranty and then $3,150.00 with a 1 year warranty. These 3 quotes came from 2 places, both offering rebuilt engines just like the one you put in my vehicle.

So, stating you lowered my cost inaccurate.

To the trade in value. You are wrong. Again. After the vehicle was completed, and driven, you still quoted me $2,500.00 less than all 3 other dealerships.

Since picking it up from you, I have had it checked again and still, being offered over $11,000.00!

So again, stating it was only due to not being driven yet was again, inaccurate.

I have spoke to multiple attorneys about this since picking it up and although I could fight it, it is not worth my time, effort and stress as I was informed this is a normal thing from GM!

So, with that said my frustration and shock is still there!

I ll be sending any referrals elsewhere!

Friendly staff but they seem very busy. While the experience with the dealership was not bad it was not great. I don't even remember the name of the service rep that helped me. I would have liked to have someone go over the results of the multi point inspection report with me. That way I know for sure what was looked at and what if any concerns there may be. In a recent dealing with Conklin Chevrolet in Newton, Kansas the service rep (Keith Blackwood) went over everything that was done to the truck and if there was any areas of concern. He even went and looked to make sure if any recalls were outstanding. Two totally different styles of service but the one in Kansas would definitely have me back there in a heartbeat if it was closer. It would be awesome to have that type of service here where I bought the truck.

The service guys were great and got me in a nice loaner car. When I went to pick the vehicle up they had it waiting for me within just a few minutes. For some reason they no longer provide a courtesy car wash, which was a huge service for me living beach-front in Galveston.

This was the second time my Camaro SS has been in the shop for a torque converter problem. Both times the fix has been to flush and refill the transmission. This time they claim a brand new fluid is available that should fix the problem. They were unable to reproduce a harsh shifting issue that occurred this morning on my way to work. There is still 28K on my power train warranty, so I feel confident if the problem persists they will find it.

Overall I am satisfied with the service and will return there in the future.

Every member of staff that were involved with helping me were fantastic. They were thorough and helped me understand every step of the process. Millie, Amy, and John were amazing. Definitely plan to have future business with the dealership because of them. I will definitely recommend others to go to the dealership.

Absolutely ridiculous! No service, inflated prices, and complete carelessness. We bought two trucks here in 2009 and 2011. Slowly went downhill in customer service and the service department is highway robbery! After not having the staff to serve our appointment, they took 90 mins to complete an oil change. Then back our truck into one of their vehicles damaging the tailgate. It took a full week to fix. However, the bigger problem was the estimate they gave us to repair our check engine light. The prices and labor were completely inflated and service was recommended that is unnecessary and has nothing to do with the problem. After knowing better and denying the repair, they continued to charge me $80 for a diagnostic read out after inconveniencing me for a week. Stay away, they can not be trusted!

Their service department is horrible. I made an appointment and it literally took them 2 full days to replace 1 O2 sensor, flush the tranny and change the oil. They couldn't even be bothered to top-off the fluids or reset the oil life monitor. save yourself a lot of trouble and take your car somewhere else for regular maintenance.

This place as a fun atmosphere! I bought a car from here in July. My sales guy was Jose Gonzalez. Jose worked magic to get my deal done! Sadly my credit is not so great, I had no down payment, and couldn't afford a high payment. Jose sold me a 2013 LTZ Malibu with a payment in the 300's, and no down payment (well besides my beat up Pontiac as a trade in)! Thanks to that guy Pastor too, he did all he could to help me get what I needed! My car was used but still in great condition with no problems till this day. If I ever need a car again, this is where I'll go.

***** to Jp in the service department who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and left happy. I am very happy with the level of service he provided and would like to thank him for how he treated us. I recommend this place 100%

vehicle had an odd sweet smell like deodorant. After a couple of days that went away anI realized that it was covering the moldy mildew smell. The carpet was soaking wet on the front and rear passenger side. I pulled the carpet up and saw red mud and water. I took the truck back and they changed the carpet. Truck still horribly smells like mold and mildew.

Never have I waited an unacceptable time while having my truck serviced here. The managers/service dept. continue to give honest and effective solutions to any problem I have. Patience is a virtue! Definitely highly recommend Norman Frede Chevrolet

They used car salesman actually took the time to make me and my husband believe we were going to get the car we were intrested in to the point where we gave partial down payment. We got back a check after our Cash payment was held all weekend. Wow!

Service adviser Clint Rigby listened to my concerns and made note of everything. Because of rain on the next day, certain evaluations could not be diagnosed and Friday was the next day to road test car for problems. Clint called me Friday morning and said they found the problem on my 2013 Impala but it could not be completed before my appointment by 1 p.m. Both transportation people were out and not near my home. Clint came to my home, picked me up and made arrangements for a loaner vehicle at the dealership. I made my appointment and shortly after I returned home I received a call from Clint telling me my vehicle was ready Thank you Clint for making sure I was able to keep my appointment. Norman Frede employee's are truly "people pleases"

When I picked up my vehicle I had oil and grease all over the floor mats, seat, carpet, the chevy emblem at the door was covered in oil and grease, and it was on the paint where the person kept dragging their foot over the paint at the door when they would get in and out. ( I have pics) I didn't even have a speck of dirt on my carpet when I dropped it off. It still had the new car smell. I was so disappointed in the way Frede Chevy treats people's vehicles when they are doing service on them. The courtesy car they gave me to drive was not even comparable to the vehicle I had to turn in to get the 4 recalls taken care of and in the agreement they had a 100 mile limit on driving the car and my work around trip is 122 miles. So I had to take vacation from work just to get recalls fixed on my car. When I purchased my vehicle in June I ask about the service and if they supplied a car during service and they said they did, but didn't bother to say their were limits on the vehicle. It would have been a deal breaker. Eddie Cox the service manager did give me a different vehicle when they had to keep mine to clean the vehicle after they got oil and grease on it. I wish now I would not have purchased the maintenance agreement since I might never use Norman Frede again.

My experience buying my Chevy Traverse was awesome. Being a single mom and on a budget, Marcus did not put any pressure on me when buying my Traverse. He was real, gave me all my options and let me make my own decision. I felt very comfortable about the decision I made and would recommend go to see Marcus Martin at Norman Frede. Thanks Marcus!

Great customer service with a friendly staff. I would highly recommend them again. We arrived with no appointment and they were able to fit us in a timely manner and fix our vehicle the same day.

I hate car shopping but this time was a breeze. I had been working with Jared Gaspard for over a month before I finally bought a Traverse. He was always helpful, answered all me questions, and was never frustrated or rude to me. We negotiated the price over the phone and email. I go the price I was comfortable with and went and bought it. A painless transaction!

I am a first time buyer from Norman Frede and it was a great experience. Donnie Cress took his time and went far and beyond to accomodate me. Hassle free and friendly/courteous staff made the experience easy in-easy out. Also Al in the service department has always taken care of me.

I made an online reservation for an Oil Change and Multipoint Inspection on my 2017 Tahoe and received a confirmation and a reminder but when I arrived they had no record of the reservation and didn't seem particularly concerned. After finally deciding to do the work the Oil Change took nearly an hour and there was no mention of the Multipoint Inspection having been completed. The Service Advisor was friendly but the service overall was quite lackluster. As far as I know, the service has never been entered into the myChevy database, I had to do it myself.

My experience was wonderful, I had the pleasure of having Mr Jonathan Whitaker as my rep. He was very professional. The day I walked into the dealership ans was greeted by Mr Whitaker, I knew I was going to buy my first new truck from him. His personality and attitude were exemplary and continue to be so. All the staff at Norman Frede are wonderful. I have and will continue to refer anyone buying a vehicle, new or used, to Norman Frede in Webster.

Honest team of professionals!

Honest team of professionals!
I have purchased 4 cars there and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Mr. Lenny Gordon,Sr. and the service team were fantastic! I've always heard horror stories about dealership service departments. Bringing my car to Norman Frede Chevrolet was the best decision I could have made. I held off bringing my car in for a long time because I'm a single woman and mother and there is always that fear of being taken advantage of. Mr. Lenny eased my mind about everything, gave me great advice about what I should do, and made sure I was charged accurately and fairly. I will always bring my car to Norman Frede Chevrolet. Thanks guys!

I brought a Chevrolet Cruze still under its factor...

I brought a Chevrolet Cruze still under its factory power train warranty in for a check engine light. Only one of three alleged issues was fixed as it was the only issue that was supposedly covered under warranty. The other two "issues" were a part of the power train and should have been covered as well but were not. I told the stealership to only do warranty work and I would handle the rest. So they did, and now over a week later and hundreds of miles put on the car, no check engine light or any issues with the vehicle whatsoever. You be the judge but I won't be bringing any vehicles back here, nor should you. Also, the Chevy Cruze is an awful car. If you want reliability and resell value, don't buy one.

Recently got a used ford focus from Steve. Experience was great. I was upside down on a 08 ridge line i had bought from don mcgill toyota that i had got the short end of the stick on. I owed roughly 20.5k, I had knew i had to eat the difference and had gone to a couple places that offered me 15-15.5k trade in value. I negotiated with steve and the manager Pastor for a little over an hour but managed to get 16,400 for trade in value which helped me out a lot. Car is great so far, I bought it on Memorial day and have been getting 37+ MPG's to and from downtown for work. will save me about 100+/month.

Sought after services, but understaffed? I spent at least $2k on services with them past year, but they cannot assist, do not make time for me in an urgent electrical issue? And, most possibly, the last service wasn't done properly ($1k) and caused me the current issue, however, you're evasive at best? No guarantees, but please give them all the monies.

I approached the service area on arrival and noticed I had low air in my tire, I reported it to the service rep Casey and she noted it. About ten minutes later Casey approached me and had a statement with her that had replacement amount for a tire, it appeared it had a nail in it, she went on to say it could not be repaired as it was too close to the side wall, and replacing it for $187.00 was the best Idea, I asked if it was still holding pressure, she confirmed it was and I told her I would check it out , and get back with service later.
When I was picking up after the service I notice it was not washed, and she said I needed to ask for the complimentary wash when I arrived, I questioned it, and drove off. When I was on the road on the way home I called to confirm which position the tire with the nail in it was, she stated that " We don't rotate if a tire has a nail". I was outraged that she would think so little of my intelligence, and referred back to the other mistruth about the Wash ( which has done automatically EVERY TIME Before, I WAS ASKED) on a service and told her that the survey would not be going well for when it arrives. After arriving home I noticed the nail, and it was nowhere near the side wall, and could, and was patched. I have never before had such a bad representation from Frede Chevrolet Service department, and may never return there. My family currently own 2 Chevrolets, both new, and have replaced cars, and trucks there for 10+ years.

IN RESPONSE TO DEALER (original response below): Your response to this review shows that y'all are lying to every customer looking at this right now. All you're trying to do is defend yourselves with lies. Y'all were 100% surely discriminating me and not giving a single chance. I know about the processes before test driving obviously every dealer has that process. I'm not stupid, I know that every dealer requires to get a copy of insurance and drivers license. This is not the first time I've been to a dealership and y'all didn't even give me a chance to give the license or insurance because y'all were telling me stupid comments like "we don't allow anyone to drive a Camaro SS." These cars are not even expensive and you still didn't allow me to test drive because you were discriminating. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident and it needs to be corrected. If it was a Z06 that makes sense not to allow people to drive but this is a camaro that's in the $30Ks. This is the first and last time ever going to this dealer due to the amount of disrespect shown towards me and I do not appreciate it. Try all other dealerships except this one because they will discriminate you and just waste your time.

I recommend that you should not even attempt to go to this dealership to test drive a car. I went to test drive a camaro to think about purchasing it, and when the salesperson went to go get the keys they kept coming back to say "that car actually just got sold" or "we don't allow anyone to drive it." If it was a more expensive car, then I would understand why they don't allow test drives but this camaro was in the 30s and they still didn't allow it. They definitely judge you and decide whether or not to let you test drive depending on whether you look young even though your not or discriminate you. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealer ever. Don't waste your time going here.

New truck with 2500 miles. Tire had a bubble on inside sidewall and it opened and went flat. Service advisor did not look at the defective tire and said it was not covered by warranty. Then he said that if the tire was defective he would have to send it to the manufacturer and it would take about six months. I paid for the tire. Hope when the truck has a problem you don t say it has to go to manufacturer. You probably made 75.00 dollars on the tire but you may have lost a customer.

I had been looking for a pretty specific used vehi...

I had been looking for a pretty specific used vehicle, for a while, that fit my desire. That would be a fairly new Toyota Tacoma double cab with a v6. I found one on their lot but it was well out of my price range. The salesman I was speaking with, Edgar Urias, told me about another Tacoma they had just received that fit the description, but wasn't ready to be shown yet. They had just gotten it in. He told me it would be ready the following day, but I had to work so I couldn't make it. I told them I would be able to get back 2 days later, so they waited to put it out on the lot. When I was able to back it back I got to look at the truck, and it was pretty much everything I wanted. I knew a 4wd was just well out of my price range and since I would rarely use it anyway was looking for a 2wd, and this was exactly everything else I wanted. When I was told the price I knew it too was fairly well outside of my price range, considering I was upside down by a few thousand dollars on my trade in. I told Edgar this and thanked him for holding it for me to get a chance to see it, and was about to go home. He stopped me, and asked what my comfort zone was in a monthly payment. With that number in mind he asked me to wait and see if he could work out a deal for me. As anyone who as ever bought a car from a dealership before can attest it takes some time. Knowing this I decided I could wait a bit. I gave him a couple hours and with a little push and pull he was able to work out a deal from what was originally going to be, and by all rights should be based on what I had seen elsewhere, more than I could afford. He made a deal for me, that was in my comfort range, on a vehicle I have been wanting. I am very happy with my experience, and purchase. Thank you Edgar and the folks from Norman Frede.

I ve taken my wife s Tahoe here for service for about 2 years now ans have no complaints compared to the previous dealership that used to service it......or attempt to service it. So when I decided it was time to get myslelf a new truck I started with them. I was working with Viktor Pineda, who did an outstanding job! He is a young, polite, attentive sales rep that was not pushy at all. I give Viktor 5 stars even though my review is only 3 stars. They found the truck I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership as promised. Though out of Viktors control, I just had a bad feeling about that truck. , tailgate wouldn t close all the way, rear door wouldn t close all the way, 4WD shifted funny, a few dings in the trim, and just didn t ride like the others I had driven. I was planning on getting aftermarket accessories added, but the aftermarket parts guy marked the prices up so high it was actually insulting. Even though I moved forward with a GMC, I would highly recommend Viktor if you re in the market for a new car! I still plan on getting my Tahoe serviced here though!

We had an excellent experience getting our Suburban serviced. We were treated well and the problems with the vehicle were resolved at a very fair price. We will return for service in the future and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We have bought numerous vehicles from Norman Frede Chevrolet. Super great people to deal with.
From the beginning to the end.
Just purchased a brand new Silverado Trail Boss a few weeks ago and I am just now coming in for my detail today and they did an amazing job.
Big thanks to The sales Manager Lenny for making the day go smoothly when I brought my vehicle in for my detail today. July-11-2019
Anna Villa did an amazing job on the sales process as well a few weeks ago. Looking forward to my next purchase with Norman Frede Chevrolet.

I had to use the parts department for the gas cap for my vehicle. Was a bit more expensive than another one I bought earlier from a discount auto place but it was for my vehicle. Had my order in the next morning and they called me at the time I requested. Great customer service.

Took my car in because one of the rear wheels had a crack on the inside causing a slow air leak but no damage(bent or curb marks)was visible , both rear wheels had been recently replaced for free in september 2018 due to factory defects since neither wheel had any damage caused by me and the cracks were in almost identical locations on both wheels causing slow leaks also. That being said i was told that the dealership would not be replacing the wheel which to me is unfair since its clear to everyone there are defects with some of these wheels. The dealership did offer to give $100 for the core which would bring the total cost to replace the wheel to $800.

We dropped our Impala off on June 28th for an oil ...

We dropped our Impala off on June 28th for an oil change and to have the A/C checked. When we spoke to the service tech., we explained that we were leaving on vacation on July 6 or 7 and needed the car before then. We were promised that it would be done. On Thursday June 30th we were told that they were charging the a/c. Friday the 1st after multiple calls to the dealership we were informed that there was a part needed and that it would not be in until The 5th of July, but that there would be no problem having our car ready by the date needed. After multiple calls to the dealership on the 6th we were informed that the car was not going to be ready as they were short handed and were just starting to repair the a/c. J.P. did arrange for a new Silverado for us to drive on vacation, which was much appreciated. We were told that the car would be ready and waiting when we returned the following week. Upon our return a week later we called to arrange a swap between the loaner and our car. At that time we were informed that the a/c was repaired, but that the oil change had yet to be done. It would be the following day before the car was ready. When we picked up the car the following day, everything was completed, but there was greasy handprints on the driver's door and fender. We also have some question about parts alignment and have discussed that with J.P. after getting no answer from others in the service department.

This is the second time that I have had problems with the service department. Last year I had my Silverado in for a/c work and had to return with it multiple times to get it finally repaired. Each time something else had to be replaced that cost more.

While I appreciate that the dealership did finally get our car repaired and that a loaner was provided for our trip, I still have some concerns that have yet to be answered.

I had taken my vehicle to another dealership for repairs; that resulted in a 2 month ordeal of trying to determine what was wrong. Roy and the team were efficient and were able to resolve the issue within 2 days. Thank you Norman Frede for treating me like family.

Always a bit rough when an old car finally costs more to repair than it's really worth.

The repair team handled it like pro's however and got me in touch with a salesman the same day.

24hr later the old car was junked, financing signed, and I was driving away in a new 2019 Chevy Sonic.

I loved my truck buying experience @ Norman Frede Chevrolet. This dealership has absolutely the finest and friendliest staff; every single person I spoke with at the dealership was so helpful. Ana Villa (my Salesperson) was a joy to work with... She is honest, caring, patient, and the reason I got my truck... Waylon McKenzie (Aftermarket) made my awesome truck even more awesome. Finally, a shout-out to Clarice Blanks (Customer Hospitality)... she is "the cherry on top". We are repeat customers and I would absolutely recommend NFC for a positive experience.

I would just like to say I love this place. The service people really know their stuff & so do the sales people. If I can be completely honest, the place just can't be beat. I have been to many dealerships in the Houston area. This one beats everyone hands down 100%. You will not be sorry you used them in your next vehicle purchase. Love it here.

Our purchase here was awesome. Nathan was excellent!
Service, unfortunately, here is not great at all. I m very tempted to sell my Tahoe because of how lax they were in the service/repair dept. Not helpful in the least. They had my car for two days and didn t find the problem. They didn t even call me when I was ready to pick up. Not going back!
