The Springs apartments are beautiful. They are very spacious and bright. With big windows and spacious living areas these apartments create a relaxed feeling from first walking in. The kitchen for the two bedrooms have a dark granite counters that compliment updated dark cabinets.
Moving into The Springs has a been a comfortable and easy experience. From the first call, to touring the apartment, and eventually moving in the leasing office made it super easy. Everyone on staff at the leasing office is so nice and helpful especially Christan! The community is very relaxed, and with store fronts including a restaurant, hair salon, and nail studio all within walking distance to the apartments.

Excellent place to live and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel happy about the place you've chosen. The grounds are kept clean and is most pleasant to walk your pets around as well as for kids to play within the property. Property has so many facilities and businesses located within the complex. To many to list. The Springs seems to be quiet at night and tenants are friendly. Love the access to local businesses all around Saratoga Springs. Few names to mention as exceptional employees of The Springs. Amanda, Bruce, David and Christen. Kudos to you all. 5*****

I just moved in over the weekend, and the experience from being totally confused on Sunday to being in my own apartment one week later could not have been better. Aimee called me first thing Monday morning, showed me an apartment that day, and was able to accommodate all of my needs (of which there were more than a few) and more. Her and Christan were just a phone call away and always there to answer my hundreds of questions. I cannot recommend them enough -- it's such a great place to live.

Best place to live in all Saratoga Springs. We are so lucky to have found this place. The staff is courteous, professional and accommodating. Neighbors are friendly. Environment is clean and quiet. Location is most convenient as far as shopping, dining and stuff and I love the street parking spots where your car can be seen out of your window.

Great and friendly staff. Amanda was welcoming and excellent to work with right from the beginning. She made what can be a stressful situation exciting. Patrick was also very accommodating during the move in appointment. They got the place Looking brand new before the move in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live with plenty of upside in the Saratoga area

When we were looking for a place to live in the Saratoga area, we knew we wanted to be close enough to down town but not to close. We were also looking for a place that was pet friendly but had all the amenities. From the first phone call to set up an appointment to come look at the place till the day we moved in, everyone was super helpful. Well that was three years ago and that same great friendly customer service is still there today. No matter who we come in contact with Sunday through Saturday. I would highly recommend The Springs to anyone looking for a high end friendly place to live.

Upon viewing our apartment at The Springs, Aimee expertly highlighted the various amenities and benefits of living here. Aimee's professional, conscientious, and friendly attitude sold us on The Springs. She made our move so simple and pleasant. Aimee is consistently responsive and helpful. I am confident that our stay here will continue to be comfortable with Aimee's help.

We will be moving into The Springs within the next few weeks after an exhaustive search of the many luxury apartment communities in the area. Aimee has, by far, been the most professional and accommodating! She is truly a breath of fresh air!

Lived here for more than 6 years. The management & service staff are great. I'd like to highlight Aimee & Cristan in the office and Dave in maintenance. They all became friends over the years. They are responsive, understanding and empathetic. So many of me neighbors became close contacts, and it is a fantastic community. It came time for me to move to a house, but I'd recommend the Springs to anybody looking for a nice apartment in a great location.

The Springs Luxury Apartments are part of a legal corporation. It s important to educate the consumer; that while the staff are without a doubt unbelievably friendly and helpful it is part of the far reaching marketing plan to get the most money they can legitimately from tenants who need nice place to live who own PETS.

Please READ all of the FINE print, before you decide to sign. You maybe unpleasantly surprised at what your actual deposit return will be. I lived here for over a year, and at first blush the apartments look appealing with some smart and snappy cosmetic fixtures. That have a strong propensity to constantly break. The building choices are for outward appearance mostly. Sort of like living in a large toy house.

It is still a fair choice for the monthly rent is truly not that bad. It s the getting IN and eventually OUT of this arrangement that felt murky and costly.

There is a cute coffee shop on premise and the location is very convenient.

Again, a fair Choice for a temporary living situation. Did I mention I could actually hear my upstairs neighbor go to the bathroom every morning

Anyway, hope this is helpful to my people out there seeking housing.

After moving into the Springs it became apparent why I had. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and constantly taken care of. Both inside and out. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating; always going the extra mile. I have never lived in any apartment where resident satisfaction is REALLY their main goal. The staff at the Springs listen to suggestions and act on them. I put in a suggestion and the next day it was done. Would I recommend the Springs? ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT!!

I looked at several places in saratoga and I m so happy I went with the springs! I absolutely love it here! It s always well taken care of, the staff is so kind, and willing to do whatever for their residents! Wouldn t want to be anywhere else!

The maintenance staff and leasing office is incredibly helpful. They are fun and friendly. The apartments are conveniently located.

I have been a resident of The Springs for 2 years now and could not be happier with my decision. Aimee, in the rental office, has been such an amazing help on so many occasions. She, and the rest of the staff are great to work with and have made this a great home.

Look no further on your apartment search! I have lived at The Springs for two years. I have never stayed in an apartment this long in all of the cities i've lived in between here and California. You know how they say you get what you pay for? Well, the staff, utilities included, security, and quality all make it well worth it. The apartments are beautifully constructed and are very much like home. However the main draw in living at The Springs is how attentive and pleasant the staff is, both the maintenance and the entire office crew. They are always immediately available when you reach out. I have never been more pleased with how a leasing office is run before here. They are one heck of a well oiled machine. It makes for a very worry free and safe atmosphere living wise, knowing you will always be heard. Cheers!

My girlfriend is currently a resident at The Springs, and I stay there quite often. Here s what I can tell you about them...... The Springs offers a LUXURY apartment at a luxury price...... Yet you and your next door neighbors will feel like you are living in the same unit with how minimal the sound proofing is in the walls. Also the people above you (unless you are lucky enough to live on the 3rd floor) will sound like stampeding elephants, again due to the lack of sound proofing. It really is appalling that they claim luxury. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, "hardwood" floors, and PAPER THIN walls will be your experience at the Springs. Welcome to a world where you and your neighbors may as well be roommates. If you like noise then this place is for you! I now sleep with earplugs by the way. Thank you The Springs, for constructing such a cheap piece of garbage.

The Springs is a fantastic place to live. The location was what piqued my interest, but once I visited more and more things stood out. First of all, everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and welcoming. Whenever I have a question, I get a very quick response. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet with nice appliances. The buildings and grounds are well taken care of, and one of my favorite things is the nicely landscaped walking trail between the buildings. I've had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend The Springs!

Don t live here if you ever plan on having a major surgery. Had open heart surgery and was not cleared to drive. Didn t move my car cause I m not cleared and here I am trying to get someone to go get my car AND pay for the fees.

From the very beginning, everyone at Burns Management was extremely accommodating and did everything they could to make this process as easy as possible. Ever since I moved in, my experience at The Springs has been great. The apartment is beautiful and it's in a great location to down town. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking to move to Saratoga to check out The Springs.

I lived in these apartments for 3 years and recently had to move to Hawaii. This is the best apartment community I have lived in. Maintenance requests were resolved in a very timely manner. Beautiful apartments with great amenities. Management staff is excellent and very professional. Some negatives are the very slow Wi-Fi (it's free and you are sharing it with your neighbors so what would you expect), small weight room and lack of machines, and if you have noisy neighbors you can hear through the walls. These negatives don't take away from my experience I had at the Springs. If I find myself back in Saratoga (God I hope not because Hawaii in December is 80F vice -10F in Saratoga) living at the Springs will be a no brainer.

I love living at The Springs. I ve been a resident for almost a year. Every single person in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I love the inside of my apparent, new appliances and fixtures. For someone not used to apartment living The Springs fills my every need. The location is centrally located between downtown and the mall/shopping area. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a place to live in Saratoga Springs, I would highly recommend the Springs. I worked with Christan in their leasing office and she was amazing. She worked with us to coordinate a move-in date that worked with the moving company, and made sure that we were all settled in. Had a couple of little repairs to be made during move-in and it was taken care of immediately, as in the same day! The apartments are great. Lots of light and fantastic amenities. Furthermore, cable AND internet are included with the rent which is incredible. Location is fantastic, 2 minutes to 87, 1 minute to the Wilton mall, 5 minutes to Broadway.

Really enhanced the area, beautifully constructed, well maintained & rent is reasonable.

I love living here! I ve lived here for almost 3 years now and couldn t imagine living anywhere else. The leasing and management team put the tenants first and respond quickly to any of your needs. They always have events going on whether that s a movie night on the lawn or a social meetup event. One of the best parts of living here is the guest suite they offer for your family and friends. It s a fully furnished two bedroom suite that you can rent for your guests. I ve looked at other apartments in the area and none of them I ve been to have offered this amenity. The best part about the Springs is you really don t need to leave the complex. They have a barber, tailor, dry cleaner, daycare, restaurant, dog groomer, hair salon, nail salon, insurance agency , physical therapy and workout studio. At this point you should just stop reading the review and give the rental office a call for a tour!

Had an amazing experience moving into the springs. Aimee was so helpful, and due to long distance movers she really accommodated timing and scheduling. The apartment was spotless which made it extremely easy to start unpacking immediately. It was a very pleasant move (which I ve never said before) and we are so happy to be apart of the Springs community. Highly recommended.
