3 day body shop repair took 9 days, 0 communication from dealership without me calling, was told 3 times it would probably be ready that day, I had to extend rental car first time and only knew so by calling them, had to call them 2 days in a row to get them to cover the remaining rental car and was told both times it was taken care of only to find out it was not when I returned my rental car, found a door ding and scratches on side of front bumper on passenger side when I washed my car after I got home, I have 2 'free' services left within my first 24,000 miles but will likely forgo them just so I never have to deal with them again, might even sell my Tahoe

Vickie was kind enough to send me emails letting me know the status of my car so there was not a need on my part to call and ask.

Purchasing my vehicle was such a breeze I was in and out quickly. John Paul passed me all the information I needed and matched me with my vehicle.

I was greeting very quickly whe I arrived the service rep knew my name and exactly why I was there. I was asked a few questions and the work was started. My car was finished in less time than I was told (great). Thanks so much!

Just off the phone with the service department and their representative, Allan. Not a positive experience. I begin to wonder if it is just me or does he talk to all women as if we are idiots. This is the 3rd time over the past few years that I have spoken to this man and it is always the same. I'll be sure to ask for someone else next time (the other service employees are very polite).

Mr. Klye was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Management made it easy also...Mr. Kevin said I will be driving out today in a new car and that's what happened. The only problem was days later' thinking everything was done and a huge weight was lifted. I received text saying the bank wanted more information after the Loan was complete. It's not the Salesperson or the management team fault. I think GM Financial should've completed was they need in that same day instead of asked almost a week later for more paperwork. Extremely Fast when they did a tire rotation/got my oil change & Did a diagnostic test on my Camaro.Customers refer friends & family members to go here This is why there place is always full & wait times are long, but if you make an appointment like they encourage you to, you ll be out of there faster than the new 2020 Corvette.In closing take all your car troubles here, if your looking to finance or buy a new vehicle come here. I enjoy going to get my oil changed and talking to Waylon and the rest of the crew. They have made me feel comfortable from the first time I visited. Jose and the other gentleman that took my car back have always made me feel comfortable. So respectful and kind. Even when i left it was flooding and they let me cross back by the service garages and the guys that did my oilchange waved and we had small talk.. i love this place..They protected everything and even brought the car back under the awning so I wouldn't get wet. They had paper sheets and bags and rubber boots. It was legit.. This is during the quarentine too. Terrible weather. Waylon takes the stress out of what would typically give me anxiety. I actually enjoy going to visit and get the car looked at. I cant stress enough how much these gentlman have made me comfortable. Absolutely wonderful employees. Thank you!

Bought my truck from Norman Frede in 2012, Tab and Greg in the Credit Union Sales are fantastic. Bring my truck in for service to them all the time....oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I would highly recommend them for sales and service.

I will never buy another car there.My new car I purchased there had scratches on it.I took it back and they tried buffing while doing that they made more scratches.I went three times.Last time they got out of helping me and they were very rude to me they said why don't you just come and stand over the man white he did the buffing I was in shock.I tried speaking to the main manager to bz.We emailed corp.They said they will make something happened and that never happen So here I am with a new 2016 black scratched car.ive bought two care with Chevrolet and that's how I get treated very poor serv.Dont buy something that has problems cause they just want the sale they don't care about the customer.

I had an issue requiring my vehicle to be towed for service, and as soon as I called the service center, I was assigned a Service Rep (James Young) who took care of me every step of the way. The service I received was top shelf/first rate, and I actually paid about $50.00 LESS than the price I was quoted for the repair. This is an extremely busy dealership service center, and although I didn't purchase my truck from them, they still treated me as if I was the only customer they had. I highly recommend Frede Chevrolet and everyone in their service department.

Great dealership to buy from not so much on their service department. I sat there for over 2 hours just to get oil changed. This is an every time experience. My daughter makes her appointments for oil changes and it is still 2 hours. The only reason I continue to come here is because it was offered as a free service when I purchased my truck, otherwise I would definitely be going somewhere else!!

Had me in and out in less than an hour for oil change and multipoint inspection and tire rotation.

My wife and I drove from The Woodlands this past Saturday 09/05/15 to see a 2012 Mercedes E350. I had talked to Nathan on the phone about the car. We get out to the dealership and the car needed lots of cosmetic repair. One of the sales managers stepped in to assist on the deal. They agreed to send the car to Mercedes for warranty work before I purchased it. We agreed on price and repairs. No one asked me for a deposit. Nathan calls me the next day to say the warranty work was going to take about a week to get the car back from Mercedes. I agreed that was fine.Today I get a call stating the car was sold. That someone else took it the way it was. No one even called me to ask if I still wanted it nothing. Just sold it ! This is bad business. What a waste of my family's time.

Guy greeted me as i pulled up answered all my questions. After service I was referred to correct department to check out an issue I was having with navigation system.

One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Had to take my car in for some work that was under warranty. I was going to wait and asked how long it would be. The man helping me wasn't sure but said, "How about I just give you a rental car?" The courtesy car was no charge and in about ten minutes I was driving home to wait. Car repair took a bit longer than I thought but I was not inconvenienced at all and I was glad I didn't have to wait in the waiting room! Very courteous staff...I will definitely be going back if I need any other work done, and would recommend the service department at this dealership.

Bret is awesome new car sales he will find you what you are looking for or what you need to get you on the road. Service prices believe it or not are cheaper than independent shops. Many places for 2 wheel alignments want $80 and up. Here they want $60. Oil changes are a little slow so bring a sack lunch even if you have an appointment. Waiting area is nice and comfortable with complementary coffee and water.

Online appointment scheduling was easy, Oil Change was less than 40 minutes.

I have never found a dealership as professional as Norman Frede Chevrolet Co. I highly recommend them .

I bought a used 2010 Dodge 2500 Ram. I have a funny feeling the truck was flooded in the past, since the truck was from Nebraska and not Texas. I found soil inside the metal round tube that connects both sides of the truck bed. This tube is 6 inches above the door line from the bottom. When it rain the truck has a soil type of barrier around the truck and soil would seep out from all four doors and on top of the tail gate. Transmission acts up once in a while and a lot of rust since it snows up North, but still I do not believe should be worth the same price, while up North uses a lot of salts for snowy roads. I am going to do some investigation on this truck since I am not happy. This is my 5th vehicle I buy from Norman Frede and could be the last, and look elsewhere for my next purchase.

I recently took my 2016 Corvette in for an oil change, and asked that the manual shifter be adjusted to eliminate some stiffness. The Service Rep suggested we get the Shop Mgr to accompany me on a test ride to insure we identify my complaint. The Shop Mgr was very experienced and down-to-earth, and he quickly hit upon the issue, and the solution. Back at the service counter he spotted his Corvette expert and introduced me!

When I got the car back the shifter performed much better, and I felt very served and also confident that this team would handle my future issues.
