Besides the guy I talk to over the phone "John". The service was horrible. They actually wanted to charge me for "not" fixing my vehicle. They didn't vacuum or clean my car like other dealerships, they actually left trash in my car. They diagnosed my car wrong twice.... what else?.... oh and the manager was a country bama complaining that hed have to pay my 50 co pay if I don't pay it. Why would I pay for you not fixing my car? They wasted 3 days of my time for something that should have been done in a few hours.
