When my car stopped working they were able to get me in right away to get the issue resolved and put me in a loaner car for the time being. Great customer service in the service department.

I loved my truck buying experience. Everyone was very helpful and informative. All my questions were answered. Great service from the top GM Joan Mckinney to my Sales rep Brett Barr to the Financing officer Clarlton Cotton. Everyone was great to work with. They took care of everything for me. i was able to get in and out in under 3 hours during a lunch break. Awesome dealership worth the drive if your shopping in the Houston area. My wife recently got into an accident so I took my truck to the body shop at Norman Frede and they did some amazing work! My truck looks like brand new and they fought the ins company to make sure only GM parts where used as the insurance company was trying to take the cheap route as usual I would like to give a big thank you to Eddie Cox and Pete Olivares for there outstanding customer service it is very much appreciated. Thank you for taking care of us and going above and beyond to make sure we where satisfied and keeping us updated throughout the process. To anyone thinking about taking your GM anywhere else Norman Frede will do it Right the first time.

I bought my car at Norman Frede simply because of the past experiences I had with the service and body shops. While I was disappointed that I had to wait several days to bring my car in this time, and there were no loaners available, they fixed it fast and had my car back to me in hours. I will continue to recommend your service department to all of my friends.

I had my Tahoe in for an oil change today and to fix a weather strip that was coming off.. Lenton Lenny from service was awesome! He greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. He got my car in and out no problem . We will definitely continue to ask for him in the future!!

Not satisfied, sales department agreed to install the factory XM Sirius module but installed a tuner that plugs into dash instead and said if I didn't like it they could take it out.

I have own my Chevrolet Cruze for a year and have only taken it here for any service needs because they do an excellent job and go above and beyond.

Lenny did a great job and took care of everything for me in a timely manner.

Went there for recurring problems with my transmission. Transmission makes a grind everytime the gears catch apparently this terrible grinding sound is "normal" according to GM (no wonder they're going bankrupt). Well when I went on the drive with the technician so he could hear the sound, he was more concerned with how I was paying (out of pocket or with warranty) than the problem with my truck and asked me repeatedly, "How are you paying?". If you can avoid going here, then do so.

I have had to bring my vehicle in twice for service recently, and Mr. John Wright in the service department has taken the best care of me. He keeps you up to date and always answer his phone. Im impressed with the overall quality of service.

My truck sat at the sevice department with an oil leak for 3 days and no one seemed to have the time to look at it. When I questioned the service department about this I was told that it was typical for them to take up to 3 days to look at a vehicle and their was no way to predict when they would be able to look at my truck. This was all information that was not divulged to me before dropping my truck off. Clearly my business is of little to no importance here.

Ana Villa was so helpful she is the best. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a car should go to Ana Villa at Norman Frede in Houston Texas. If I can give a 10 star I will give it.

Waylon is excellent; he is one of the main reasons I keep coming back for service. He's always solid, dependable, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He sells me I need, and is very timely returning my vehicle.

Terrible customer service I will not be recommending or purchasing a vehicle from this dealership or will I be bringing my vehicles for any kind of service I highly advise you find another dealership I brought my two vehicles before to this dealership I have been given loaner vehicles with no questions asked but this time they said they changed their policy only people that purchase vehicles from their dealership would be given loaners and everyone else would have to go to Enterprise leave a deposit and pay surcharges now I'm not feeling special at all and that their cars customer service is terrible and if this is the way they conduct business I will not be ever purchasing a vehicle or recommending this dealership to anyone they just lost business for me I will not be going back

You guys are always wonderful! I usually do not write any reviews, but this time is well deserved. I have a busy schedule with my job and school so I couldn t bring my car to the dealer, but James Young just made my day. He sent Jose and other driver to take my car and in less than an hour I got it back. This is the 3rd time I ask for James because I really like the way he is concerned about every customer needs. I say every customer because last time he was talking to a lady ahead of me and he was really nice to her as well. I also recognize the kindness of Jose and the other driver. It looks like they enjoy their job and this makes the rides more pleasant.

Like the friendly staff. Found a truck that I like, but right now not ready to purchase a vehicle.

I believe Norman Fred over works their service department. They make service promises and obviously don't hire enough mechanics to fullfil these services. Norman fred provides a great buying experience. BUT are not truthful about services they provide, the oil changes are a sceduling nightmare. We were to show up and did not need an appointment, we were here with at 6:30 am and waited 3 (THREE) hours. The second time after being told again an appointment was not necessary we came at 6:30 am again for an oil change and hood latch recall. They provided a ride home and at the end of their business day called and told us to come pick it up. They had our only Vehicle. It took all day to do an oil change and hood latch recall. We are here again for an oil change and trailer hitch recall. We had an appointment for 2:15 pm and were told they could do it tomorrow. We started to get upset so they are going to do it today, maybe I should have brought a sleeping bag.

Great staff, lots of choices, warm friendly atmosphere and that extra bit of attention you rarely find these days.

Mr. Frede, Mr. Cotton, and John Paul were helpful in very persistent in helping us get the best interest rate. my wife and I are loving the new Tahoe.

Electric vehicle charger has never worked for over a year every visit we re notified that someone is coming to fix it but it has yet to happen, so much for GM being all in for electric

Some shady deals going down over here. I went into get a truck and none of the paperwork added up.

The lot is nice and the vehicles are fairly priced, but they will try some underhanded handywork. A shame because the place is nice otherwise.

To many problems trying to get my vehicle fixed. Seems like was trying to be put off till out of warranty. When we bought this truck we were guaranteed it would do all we needed would pull anything we needed. This is not the case at all very dissatisfied. Has been serviced for this same issue more than once with no improvements in performance. It was scheduled for service again for same issue this time to do catalytic converter was supposed to be covered. Regular service guy wasn't there we had to pay several hundred dollars out of our pocket. Left same night on trip pulling a lowboy trailer with a 2 seat ranger & 4 wheeler didn't feel safe in traffic if i had to speed up quickly because it couldn't the RPM's were high every hill we went over the truck was struggling to get over. Ridiculous.

Better price for oil change than independents and included tire rotation and inspection of brakes, tires and other wear items. There was no attempt to upsell like some independant oil change places. Free bottled water in waiting room. It did not take too long for the service.

I drive a great distance to go to Norman Frede for any vehicle purchases and for the best service possible. My husband (deceased) bought many trucks from Norman Frede and never even considered any other dealer, and I have continued this tradition, knowing we get the best deals and service available.

Oil & filter change, drove home 12 miles. Checked oil engine level 30 minutes later, one (1) quarter low. This is the second time it has happened. Purchase this auto from you in 2012, has 24 211 miles. Not complaining, ya just need to know.

I recently had my 2006 Trailblazer serviced at Norman Frede Chevrolet. The Check Engine light was on and the code indicated a malfunction in the Sensor Heater Circuit. My service consultant was Allen Reinartz. This was truly a 5 star experience. Allan is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient and made the experience as pleasant as possible. I intend to deal with him exclusively, if possible, in the future. The service performed was also 5 star. My vehicle has just passed 245,000 miles and I can honestly say that it hasn't performed as well or run as quietly since the day I purchased it. I can and will recommend Allan and their service department without reservation.

Getting a simple oil change requires 2 trips for service to get it right. Can you imagine "Add oil light" coming on the first time you drive your vehicle after having a oil change at the Chevrolet dealership on a Chevrolet truck? Good news -- they were able to fix the problem by adding the required amount of oil and the service advisor was helpful in getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Good thing I did not drive it except from the Dealership and back. Bad news -- 2 trips for a simple oil change. Really??

I just want to say they did an amazing job to my car, great service. Dom R gave me an amazing service even though I got a oil change, he gave my car a clean & Jose was amazing also got me to my job & picking me up to get my car. I went in to get the oil & filter change, with tire rotation, and while they were doing that, Eric notified me that I had 2 recalls on my truck. I told him to go ahead and take care of them & to my pleasant surprise the technician took care of them and I was still out of there very quickly. An excellent Customer Service Experience !!!!!!

We bought a new vehicle from Omar and he was very helpful and professional. The whole experience was pleasant and would recommend Norman Frede to anyone.

I will NOT go back to Norman Freddy for any service work. A simple Oil change was documented in their system for another truck and not mine. Even after explaining to the service writer that it wasn't my truck on the receipt, he said that there would not be any problems. He explained that he would have to print another ticket which he really didn't want to do. I paid $ 52.53 which should have only been $ 10.00. What concerned me was that i have their document receipt with someone else's personal information on it.

If you are going to get your car serviced here, ask for Stevie he s a service advisor! Excellent, excellent customer service! I like how went into details to tell me everything about my vehicle, even inspected it with me, and made sure that everything was done properly. And put back how it was found! We had looked at other SUVs and had gone through the finance process at two dealerships. Both just did not meet our criteria, so we decided to visit Norman Frede. The dealership has been in this area for 47 years, and their name is on a ton of cars locally! My husband does not like a "high pressure" sales person. Edgar greeted us and when we described our needs (low mileage, late model, and great price), he showed us a 2012 Equinox with 20K miles! We loved it and he said it had literally arrived the day before. It had LOW mileage and looked like a 2015. I am the lucky one (the wife) to get to drive it!! Edgar promised financing to meet our needs (under $200/month note). The finance person was great, and we traded in my car and put money down. This SUV has so much on it: navigation system, bluetooth handsfree telephone (OnStar), picture to aid in backing up, etc. We were truly astounded that we got such a beautiful car. The total experience was fantastic, including Edgar, the finance man and the manager of the dealership. Edgar helped start the OnStar, showed us the immaculate engine, and the ample storage space behind the back seats. Side air bags were crucial since we have grandchildren. We are very thankful to them for going the extra mile, and would recommend Norman Frede for a great deal and excellent customer service.

Jeremiah was awesome to work with. Answered questions quickly and in a way I could easily understand what he was trying to convey. Any problems that came up, he quickly evaluated and offered a solution. Although I knew he was busy, he made me feel like I was his only customer. To be blunt, Norman Frede is my 'go to dealership' because of how well Jeremiah did his job. Thanks again for taking care of my Avalanche in a caring and professional way.

Perhaps the best Chevy dealership in the state of Texas. Purchased my 2015 Z/28 from this dealership, and worked with Jonathan Whitaker in new sales. Jonathan may be relatively new in the car sales business (1 year), but he is a natural at understanding customer needs and responding above expectations.

In fact, all staff that I met at the dealership exhibited a friendly attitude and true professionalism. Charlton Cotton in Finance was tremendous to work with as well.

Trust me, give them an opportunity to earn your business and see what I mean for yourself.
