I try and delay as long as possible to buying/leasing a new car (the car I traded in was a 2016 BMW model) because the experiences I have had in the past - tedious, double dealing, bait and switch, and any other annoying technique employed to make a sale/

Not so at Nick Alexander BMW. The agent I dealt with (or actually was taking of me) is Kyle R., who from the get go maintained a professional, honest, and a let's make this happen attitude that worked for both sides. Kyle looked at every angle to ensure that I left with the best car and monthly payment that worked for me. I felt like I was more hanging out with a good friend that I could trust, as opposed to previous experiences. Kyle took his time with me, explained different options, and worked with me to arrive at my final destination of leaving with a new car. Also after the deal was made, Kyle, rather than just shaking my hand and wishing me the best with my new car, stayed with me until the car was brought to me to ensure that I was comfortable and that all was good (and even took the time to explain the various bells and whistle of the car).. Bottom line - I highly recommend Nick Alexander BMW and Kyle R. as the place and person to go to when shopping for a car. You will not be disappointed whatsoever.

Furthermore, the processing department (bills, signing docs), likewise is professional and friendly and truly interested in working with me to choose the best options offered. The person I dealt with (for the life of me I am spacing her name, however, that is not an indication of the experience I had) took her time going over different options, explaining in detail which helped me not only to understand the options, but also, to decide on a factual basis which was best for me.

Oh, and the services that Nick Alexander BMW offers post driving off the lot are amazing - and not offered at other dealerships.

Interested in a pre-owned model, I went there after a few messaging hoping to get a good deal and talked with the salesperson Javier, who was kind but ineffective. He was forwarding all my offers to the manager and coming back with empty hands.

Finally the manager showed up and told me that, if I don't buy the car at their price right away, the price will go up, and I should never contact them again!

Yessir!

Then, I went to my friend's car to ask his opinion. Shortly afterward, the manager came and told us to leave since they will close down -although there was about 1 hour before they close- and never come back for this car again!

After searching for over a month and working with countless (creepy) salesmen, I was lucky enough to have John Won sell me a car. He was upfront and worked with my husband and I to get us a great deal. I will continue to purchase from Nick Alexander and John. Really, their service is top quality. I will be sending my family and friends in for their next vehicles.

I offered a price online and was contacted by Andy the internet sales associate. He accepted my offer and told me to come on down. I wanted to make sure that their was no hidden fees so I called once more to make sure because I was traveling over an hour to get there and didn't want to be surprised. He told me that he was going to have the car ready when I got there, but we I arrived they had not even washed it yet. After the test drive he said "let's talk numbers." He then gave me two different prices for the car, neither of which was the price we agreed upon. They say at Nick's they treat you like family, well that must be true your family try's to bend you over! Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

I emailed him a couple times and he got back to me right away. He arranged for my new X3 to be delivered to my office the next day!! I have never had this kind of service. Great experience with Robert Faria. I made an appointment with him one day prior, and he made sure that vehicle is available and parked right at the entrance when I came in. I had great conversation with him during the test drive, and all paperwork process was smooth afterwards. If you are either looking for purchase/ lease a new vehicle or thinking of purchase a pre-owned one instead at this dealership, please look for Robert! Jorge! Jorge! Jorge!!!! So , I am in the automotive business and was doing some research on a few new cars as my current lease was expiring. I went in to Nick Alexander because they sold me 1st BMW some 11 years ago. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jorge Martinez, a client advisor.

To avoid the normal sales game I thought I might get, I told Jorge I was in the business and had been for some time. I told him I was in the research phase and was going to test drive the New 5 series to close the circle of my test drive research. The original car I wanted to test drive was being driven, so we went with another one similar. Just so happens I fell in love with that same one anyway.

Jorge was VERY professional, patient, determined, genuine and man did he work HARD! Being in the business, I had an upper hand however, I know how difficult it is for dealers today and the perception that they make "All this money" as they admittedly did in the 80s and 90s and honestly a thing of the past. Having sensitivity to this, I took into account the AMAZING experience I had at the store, the no hassle buying cycle and the car itself and I went ahead with my purchase.

If it had not been for Jorge working so hard, im unsure if I would've went through with it. But not only was the price GREAT, the experience was phenomenal. I went to Mercedes about a week prior. TERRIBLE experience , TERRIBLE sales guy and the prices were all out of whack. Well, thanks to that experience, I gave BMW another chance, and they delivered. The product, price and experience were all worth EVERY PENNY!!!! Thank you Jorge, and you will absolutely hear from me again!!

I bought my 2019 BMW 430i in for a Check Engine li...

I bought my 2019 BMW 430i in for a Check Engine light diagnosis and was given a loan car while the repairs were done. When I came in to pick my car up, I drove off and noticed damage to my mirror.

5/1, the day I picked it up my car, I called the dealer however my service advisor wasn't available.

5/2, I shot him a email stating I found damages and sent pictures.

5/4, I sent him a email asking had the photos been received, no response.

5/6, I called and left a voice mail, no call back.

5/8, I called and left a voice mail, no call back.

5/9 I sent a email and finally received a response which said "I reviewed the pictures and we are unable to assist with this repair as this damage did not occur here." I immediately responded and explain the damage wasn't there prior to me dropping it off because I detailed the car the day before and it was no damage. I was also standing there when a walk around was done and there was no damage.

5/9 I asked for a copy of the vehicle inspection to show no damage and once again no response.

5/9 I filed a complain with BMW NA and their response was to reach out to NIcholas Alexander and if I had no luck to give them a call back.

5/9 I shot him a email and phone call.

5/13 and no response. When you return their loan car, you have to go through a CSI style check in process. ipad videos and plenty photos. It almost feels as if they expect you to damage their fleet however they don't take the same care with your car.

They didn't try to resolve it with me. I just receive that initial email denying everything and was ignored after. If you take your car here for service (Which i wouldn't recommend), take 20 minutes and go over your car with a fine tooth comb like they do their loaner cars. It's clear they won't take responsibility for any damages.

I been driving BMW's since 2004 and service my vehicles at Nick Alexander regularly at one point. Even sending my friends there to get their BMW's serviced. I'd rather sit in traffic and drive to Crevier or BMW of Monrovia than to deal with this madness. Lately, the people I've encountered representing the BMW brand are doing a poor job at it. I only had my car since December, however i'm looking to trade it in at Audi and take the hit as I've lost trust and faith in BMW as a brand.

I spoke with Cindy who assured me she would investigate the issue and get back to me. She was very understanding of my frustrations and I felt comfortable working with her to find a solution. Lori Disilva responded however and that was a different story. Lori was disrespectful and condescending. She manipulated a situation I had at another dealer to attempt to discredit me, claimed I never serviced a vehicle there when I have a review written from where I once praised the service department. I'm appalled that someone with a lack of customer service is in the position she is. No wonder i see so many negative reviews below. It's the blind leading the blind. Then to top it off, she claims the damage is in a odd spot when it clearly starts at the rear of the mirror. I have yet to see the vehicle walk around.

I was helped by Marcos Lopez and He was amazing as always. All it took was a phone call in order to get the ball rolling on this busy Memorial Day Weekend. By the time I arrived at the dealer Marcos was ready with various options. All with in my price and want range. I left with a better car than I wanted and better price deal than what I had expected. Over Memorial Day weekend, I walked into Nick Alexander Imports BMW for the first time. For the last 9 years, I had done business with their Mini Cooper department. I knew it was time for a change and I wanted to switch to a luxury electric car. Luckily, Kyle Rancourt was there to help me through the process. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, he walked me through every possible option available to me, and made sure I got the best deal possible. What I loved most about working with Kyle was his efficiency! I was anticipating the process taking a few hours, but thanks to Kyle, I was in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle in under 2 hours, which included a test drive! He even gave me his cell phone so I would have a way to contact him directly if there were any additional questions I had. Sure enough, when I did have some additional questions, he promptly responded to my concerns and provided me with solutions that solved my problem. Nick Alexander is not your typical dealership and Kyle Rancourt is not your typical car salesman. After 12 years, BMW has lost me as a customer today. The lease return process was handled unprofessionally (from trying to set up a time to return the car to how they addressed my concerns). My experience with this process shows me that the company does not value customer service or loyalty. It s easy to be on your best behavior when you re selling the car to a buyer, but I believe true costumer service is from start to finish.

Took my car in because I had a nail in my tire. Jeff my service advisor was very knowledgable in describing the whole process with my tire. The tire insurance I added on at the time I purchased my vehicle made everything a smooth and enjoyable experience, despite having a nail in my tire at 2000 miles. The tire would have cost me $500 if I didn't have the insurance. I also had two rattles coming from my door and my gas pedal. The service department took care of both rattles the first time! They even set me up with a loaner car to drive around in. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my BMW serviced. Highly recommend Nick Alexander they are number one for a reason!

my first experience at nick alexander was actually in their collision repair shop right around the corner from the dealership where mike gregorian is in charge. my X1 wasn t even a year old when it was badly sideswiped. mike was both professional and empathetic. my car was picked up on a flatbed the next day, and in no time, mike s team fixed the car so well you d never even suspect it had been hit. it was impeccably done.

when i decided to lease an i3, mike referred us to john won. john could not have been more personable, patient, accommodating, or willing to go over and beyond the call of duty to find us the best possible deal. he was very approachable and always available. once he found the car for us, filling out the paperwork and going over the financial agreement with reza went smoothly and with such ease. we were in and out of there in less than an hour.

when this lease is up, we will 100% return only to nick alexander, and even though everyone at the dealership was friendly, we ll for sure continue our relationship with john.

for us, there are other dealerships closer to home, but they do not have the professionalism, respect, or willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy their client. come to find out, 2 work colleagues in my school district are also john s customers, so needless to say i m not the only one who believes nick alexander is the dealership to go to. john and his team at nick alexander are definitely worth the trip!

On Thursday, 9/27/2018, I purchased a used, as is...

On Thursday, 9/27/2018, I purchased a used, as is , 2008 Audi TT Convertible with approximately 16,000 miles of use from Nick Alexander BMW, located at 6333 S. Alameda St., Los Angeles. I paid the full requested sales price of $21,895 before taxes and fees. The convertible top stopped functioning within 9 days of purchase. I requested that the dealership to pay for the repair and dealership staff initially offer to reimburse me for the repair, which dealership ownership and management further refused. Since the vehicle is a convertible and the top failed to function, refusal to compensate the repair is poor business practice given the circumstances. Below are specific details.

On Saturday, 9/29/2018, I drove the vehicle from Los Angeles to my home in San Jose, CA. I was in Texas the following week for work and did not drive the vehicle again until the following weekend. On Sunday, October 7, 2018, 9 days after purchasing the vehicle, the convertible top no longer functioned. I immediately notified the dealership sales representative, Jagger Dior, from whom I purchased the vehicle, on 10/10/2018. I spoke with Jagger and he requested that I receive a repair estimate and provide it to Nick Alexander BMW and request a respective reimbursement. From 10/8/2018 to 11/8/2018, I was not able to take any further action as I was in NJ for work during that entire period. I took the vehicle to an Audi dealership located at 3350 Stevens Creek Blvd., San Jose, CA 95117, on 11/8/2018 and received a repair estimate on 11/12/2018 in the amount of $1,247.49.

Upon inspection at the Audi Dealership in San Jose, CA, the service technician assessed and concluded that there was leak in the hydraulic system and recommended initially replacing and resealing the reservoir pump. The service technician informed me that there was recent work done to the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic fluid reservoir was empty. It was determined there was a leak, which caused the pump to become dry and no longer function. It is reasonable to assume that the reservoir had recently been filled and the convertible top stopped functioning once the hydraulic fluid had leaked out. The service representative stated the proposed repair would most likely address the issue, but could not fully guarantee it, as another leak could be elsewhere within the hydraulic system. Conducting further triage would require extensive dismantling of the vehicle resulting in incremental labor expenses and potential part costs. I decided to initially replace and reseal the reservoir pump, so as to potentially mitigate repair costs. The repair was completed on 12/8/2018 and I picked up the vehicle on 12/14/2018, as I was in NJ for work until that date.

On 11/12/2018, I provided a repair estimate and some details to Jeff McClure and began exchanging e-mails with him. On 12/1/2018, Jeff provided a written commitment to reimburse me for the repair which was at that time estimated to be $1,247.49. Jeff did not commit as to when the reimbursement was paid. On 12/4/2018, I called and sent written documentation explaining this situation and my reimbursement request to the dealership management, Nick Alexander along with Reza Delzendeh, the Finance Manager, whom executed the sales transaction. I received no response in any form, from either individual and followed-up again with a written inquiry to them on 12/8/2018, of which again I did not receive a response. On 12/10/2018, I received a communication from Lori DiSilva, a customer relationship manager, declining my request. I sent another email addressed to Nick Alexander on 12/16/2018, again requesting reimbursement for the full repair which was $1,306.04. I finally received a response from Nick Alexander on 12/17/2018, refusing to refund the repair expense.

This is our 11th car with Danny. I was looking to replace my 4 Series and was close to getting an Audi or 330i. Danny really pushed the X2 M28i on us and I was not sure it would be a good fit. he dropped it off yesterday and we LOVE IT. The interior is fresh and the exhaust sound is "spicy" as he says. Leased the 5 series on Thanksgiving Weekened. Mike Frasca/Internet Sales Manager was very helpful and honest. My intension was to lease a car by end of December or Early January. Visited the dealership for test drive only however Mike gave me a really great deal plus the dealership even covered 2months of payment on a lease left over with my current car.

Highly recommend. I really do appreciate profesionalism of Mike Frasco and the dealership.

Decent deals for the cars, but once you drive off the lot you are on your own. Customer service and follow up is terrible. This makes it very difficult as their location is remote and you can't just stop in. We are actually now in the process of buying our second car, and won't be going back.

I leased a MINI Cooper from Daniel Fox about 3 years ago for my son. He loved it and wanted another one. But two weeks ago he called me and said that he had a nice 3 Series that he could do for the same price that I am paying for my son's MINI. Three days later I had a nice 3 Series with all the options for the same payment! I have leased about 4 cars from Daniel for myself, and he is always easy to work with. When I first spoke with the dealerships internet sales manager, David, I made it clear that I was very motivated to purchase a particular car. In spite of this, I found that my time was wasted and David did not seem attentive or invested in the sale whatsoever. It was not until I chased him up that he did anything to move the sale forward, and then after days of me investing time and effort into the transaction, he finally called and told me the car had already been sold. I am extremely displeased with this interaction and will not be working with this dealership in the future.

They never fix the issues that it had, on two different occasions my car have been in the service department for more than five weeks from 2014 to present without they finding out what's wrong with it.
