Nick Alexander BMW. Great customer service. Eddie is the service department was amazing. Very courteous, straightforward, and profession. Doesn't sugar coat anything. Gets your car in and diagnosed, comes back with answers and solutions. Hopefully not any time soon, but I Will be returning for service
