I was able to get an appointment right away the customer service girls were great!! I came alil early and they were so efficient ,inspected my car went over the concerns I had gave me an estimate and took my car back . polished professionals , from my service advisor Johnathan Aragon to the shop forman Sidney
After we did a road test Sidney gave helpful suggestions an advice and then washed my car.... it looked so good ! Nick Alexander is my go to place if I ever have a problem while in LA because they truly made an very uncomfortable situation a comfortable experience Thanks all
