Daniel Fox is the best. This is my 3rd or 4th sale with him and he is always prompt, courteous, communicative and patient with my questions. He knows the BMW product line inside out and follows-up to assure customer satisfaction. Lastly, I live in An Francisco and would not think of using a dealer up here since the prices at Nick Alexander's are unbeatable!
