DON T BUY OR LEASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I talked to KYLE RANCOURT, walked in asking about leasing an Ex demo 4 series with 9k miles on it, which they offered to me at the same price of a brand new one (which per se, is already ridiculous). I made my offer, which was not accepted, i get offered a different car that i didn t ask for, i walked out. So far nothing to worry about, i ll look elsewhere. Right After that, i start receiving emails saying that my offer for that car could be accepted but i have to go back there in person when the manager is there. I tell them i would have to drive over 20 miles (40 roundtrip) during rush hour for that, so i would have to be sure i don t waste hours of driving and gas for nothing. Kyle assures me he can give me the crazy deal i m looking for. I spend the whole afternoon in my car driving over there, and guess what? I get offered the same car for the same price, nothing different!!! UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE. I have had two BMW and never seen anything like this, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else

What a great experience at this dealership! I leased a brand new 2019 M4 convertible from Jorge Martinez and it was the most pain free process EVER at a dealer. I live in Santa Monica and there is a dealership within a few blocks, but my experiences there were...not good. I called around and Jorge answered the phone, answered my questions, and the deal was done.

I was referred by a colleague back in 2005 to DANIEL FOX at Nick Alexander BMW when my BMW lease was up from another BMW dealership and I ve never looked back!
This week, I leased my 6th BMW (2019 540i) from Daniel. He always reaches out in plenty of time for me to select a new vehicle. Every experience with Daniel is effortless... I give him my budget and body type I have in mind and that s it! I trust Daniel completely. He instinctively knows what I like and the features I need and/or want. I ve never even had to go down to the dealership! We do everything over the phone or email. The whole process usually only takes 3-5 days. Then my new car is delivered to me wherever I am... finely detailed with windows tinted exactly how I wanted them. :) Daniel and his team make the exchange of vehicles so seamless. Drop off the new and drive off with the old. They even take the time to show you the new features and help you program your car!

You won t find better pricing or more importantly better customer service anywhere else.

Horrible experience, if I could give a negative star I would. Here's the deal, I didn't buy a car from here I simply asked the BMW road side assistance to toll my car to Nick Alexandra because I lost my key the other day and Nick is the closest dealership they could toll to. It's really simple. normally what people expect would be when the car is tolled there I can go pick it up, simple and easy right? That's what I thought at the first place but then it comes with nightmare, when the toll company confirmed they dropped the car there I went there later in the afternoon. And when I got there I asked the front desk lady to check if my car is there, and she just couldn't find the car in the system. Above all that, she was not being helpful at all, simply said oh there is no record of your car whatsoever maybe you should call the BMW service with there is nothing we can do attitude. Then I double checked with the toll company and they confirmed they did drop off the car and it was definitely there. And during the time I was getting contact with BMW and toll company no one stepping out to help us (my friend drove me there). It was getting late they are about to close so I asked the BMW service to transfer my car to another dealership closer to where I live. And then the next two days the nightmares repeats its self: whenever BMW road side assistance send a toll company to there they just keep saying they don't have my car, one of the toll truck drivers told me that he waited there for 45 minutes and asked if he can check around the parking lot to see if my car is there and they just couldn't do it. The BMW road aside assistance called them for hours but could get any help. (Imagine how ridiculous this is they are a BMW certified dealership and they don't answer to the BMW road side assistance department) And now I'm still dealing with this matter and I' m about to file a lost car for this matter. You could imagine if you are not spending any cash that place they just treat you like trash. They don't care and they don't actively helping any customer. I went to many BMW dealerships and this one was definitely the worst one. I know personal comments could be very subjective but based on my experience I know for sure if you are buying a car or service there, they will help you and you might like there. BUT if it is anything you are seeking help from them without making any profit they can get, you are in trouble. And for this comment, I only referring to the front desk lady and the whole service department (whoever answer the phone call to me or BMW road side assistance department, and whoever couldn't manage the car imports properly) AVOID HERE.

I had been looking for a specific vehicle for a while and when I saw one listed randomly for sale at Nick Alexander BMW, I gave them a shout. Alex Lopez was the salesman that got back to me pretty quickly and I ended up buying my new ride the very next morning. Having purchased a few used cars in the past, this was by far the best experience I've had. Alex was professional, genuine and transparent. Great conversation and no BS. If you're looking for an exceptional experience, I'd definitely recommend Alex and his team at Nick Alexander BMW.

From the initial inquiry to the final purchase it was stress and pressure free truly family environment and to top it all off I actually had a good time with the paperwork because Reza Delzendeh is my new best friend lol we had fun he s a very nice and endearing man it felt like I was signing paperwork with an uncle or cousin lol again this is the place to go to buy a BMW I will be buying cars solely from Manny and the team from here on out

do not service your car with them, careless technicians, unprofessional service, after spending $1,300 in a repair my car still not good to drive. i got my car after declining a second repair and got my car back with missing parts, i took it back to get the parts back and on top of that they gave attitude like if it was my mistake! if you visit this place make sure you dress up the best you can and maybe you will get first class service from the staff. the service department is at your risk, you are risking your car performance in this place.

My boyfriend took his car un to get serviced because there was a recall. He dropped it off first thing in the morning around 7:30am was promised it would be ready by noon. He then was told it would be ready later in the day. Come 5:30pm he gets a message it will not be ready today. Then he calls to see if he can get a loaner cause he has work tomorrow and people on the phone are not helpful at all keep telling him the manager is gone. Then he finally speaks to someone they simply tell him he needed to apply 2 or 3 weeks ago for a loaner car. How was he suppose to know they wouldn't give him his car back as promised? So now they leave him hanging high and dry and not try to help him out. I find that very unprofessional coming from a dealership with the resources and capacity to help their customers. I'm disappointed and frustrated for him. Don't go there for any repairs.

So this is my first european car and I went to this dealership on March 20th, thinking their very helpful with their customers. Nick Alexander BMW is nearby my house, so i decided to go here. I'm a technician myself, but i don't have the software to reprogram bmw cars. I came here to get my cas module realigned/reprogrammed and that was $380. Then they told me the key is aftermarket so i need to order a new key which is $300 and something, i got a new one. I wait a day and I texted the advisor to check my status on my car, now he telling me my cas module blew out. I knew that already so I had the other cas module I bought from a friend that can get parts for me. They supposely tried to program the other one, but they said we can't program used cas modules because there's a vin programmed in it already. I was told by other bmw technicians that you can still reprogram the module with your vin. So now they made me buy a new cas module which is a little over $1000 plus tax. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! They don't even keep you updated with the status on your car until you reach out to them. They only reached out to me when my car was done, when I got there I waited a good 30 minutes because they supposely had to washed It, but it still was real dusty and a poor wash. And when i finally got my car back a week later, I have two faults that pops up on my dashboard. I only had one fault to be honest and that was the driver airbag. Now i have a fault that says drive control and I have to turn off my turning signal lights manually, everytime i make a turn. Then i text the advisor (Eddie), he basically want to get smart with me like It's not their fault. Nick Alexander BMW just want your money, I'm very disappointed that there's dealerships that's not honest!! And i see why customers don't trust us as techicians because car dealerships just want money!!

I look for cars via email and dealerships and using Edmunds. Most places wouldn't even give you an estimate until you came to the lot, and that makes sense because a person who comes to the dealership is far more likely to buy. However, this dealership gave us a reasonable estimate to start with and was willing to negotiate online.

When I finally bought the car, driving off the lot was the first time I actually even drove that model car. It was my Test drive. One big issue I had with them, was in the, after I and the dealership had finalized the price, end they try to stick us with extra fees that they admittedly said it was never mentioned before and that it was their error. Somehow they decided it was an essential expense in order to receive the vehicle even after the vehicle was built, delivered and they accepted our deposit. In the end, ot was just a negotiable tactic and I negotiated the price to a point that was minimal.

I've been buying VMW's for all my life, it seems that dealerships go through phases whether they're cheap or they're expensive. During this season, Alexander BMW was far more affordable and reasonable then other BMW dealerships. According to true price, we got a $3000 discount for the Greater Los Angeles area, so you could call me satisfied.

He made the process efficient (less than 2 hours for everything) and was able to get me a good deal. They definitely have a customer for life. I d like to make a personal recommendation for John Won. I ve leased several BMW s from various dealerships. John helped me with my 3rd BMW and this was By FAR the easiest, most professional, and enjoyable experience that I ve had from any BMW dealer or from any Consultant. He was courteous and his follow up was excellent. When I arrived for my appointment the car I was going to purchase was up front and he actually ran the air conditioning through the car so that when I got in it was very comfortable. So we could take the extra time to learn the new features on my new BMW.

When we sat down for the numbers, they were exactly what we had discussed. No tricks, no smoke, no mirrors. I had called several dealerships, and John was not only giving me the best deal but made sure my wear and tear and remaining payments were gone.

So I left Nick Alexander with a brand new X1 with more options and a lower payment.

We drove up to LA from San Diego to look for a low mileage used X1 for my wife. We were at another dealership when I found a couple great deals advertised online at Nick Alexander Imports. I called in and Ashwin went to the cars on the lot and talked me through how each vehicle was equipped. We loaded up the kids and the dog and drove the 30 minutes north to check things out. We ended up saving ourselves $2000 on a 2015 with fewer miles than the 2014 we were about to purchase. They also matched the trade-in offer we had received from Carmax. There was never any pressure, and we were very comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process. Ashwin even watched our dog while we went next door to get our stir-crazy kids something to eat. Ashwin and the rest of the crew at Nick Alexander went above and beyond for us. I feel like we got a great deal, and this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.

Sold me a car on a Saturday. I paid 90% in cash and financed a small amount because I don't typically carry debt and financing a car would be good for maintaining my credit score. I could've driven it home then but I left it there until Monday bc I needed to get a parking permit for my neighborhood. Over the weekend I used the registration I was given to secure insurance, I sold my old car and got a parking permit so I could pick up my car and take it home. On Monday two different managers told me two different stories (one said they "messed up the pricing but I could still sell the car" and also "my manager will tell you the car is unsafe, but don't believe him and don't tell him what I told you" The manager only told me "we are trying to work it out" without any clarification of what "it" was. I had a few hours left to back out of the deal so I told them I was very uncomfortable with these shady unclear and conflicting stories - I'd never encountered such a thing before especially on a vehicle that was already sold! The GM leapt at the chance to refund me the purchase of the car - also something extremely bizarre. I paid within $1500 of the blue book value so I have no idea what the hell is going on over there but it was a costly, disappointing and exhausting experience with an extremely shady group of sales-shysters.

My beef is why did they run my credit which will impact my score and take my credit card information. Will be complaining to consumer reports and bmw HQ

This is my 3rd time leasing bmw at Nick Alexander BMW. I came in to turn in my old car this September and ended up leasing another one. This dealership has excellent customer service that will make you feel like well valued customer. Sales John demonstrated exceptional level of care and professionalism throughout whole process of leasing new 2019 330i. John will work with you as best as he can to satisfy your high expectation. I will be coming back in the near future when my lease ends. I highly recommend Nick Alexander bmw.

My service advisor Jeffrey was really awesome from start to finish. I dropped my car off at 8 AM. He didn t try to force me into anything and had a very broad explanation to all of my questions and concerns. I found out my car was still under warranty and was able to have my vehicle serviced when I was only there for a few recalls. My check engine light is now gone and I have no more anxiety. Not to mention BMW still had my car ready by the end of business. They even threw in a courtesy wash. Jeffery explained the importance of getting my vehicle serviced and also installed my front license plate for me. I will be back for all future needs and all routine maintenance issues. It s service like this that lmao enjoy. I appreciate Jeffrey for that.
