From the moment I stepped into the dealership I had an amazing experience. Shahin, the sales manager, took really good care of me. I expressed to him what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. He laid out all my options and gave me the best deal. For the test drive I had BMW genius, Miguel. He was really sweet and went over all my car features. Even the financial manager, Quyen, treated me really well. From start to finish I was excited to get my car. They listened to my demands all while making the experience a good one. Especially because it s my first BMW! I definitely recommend if you re in the market for a new car you come to these guys!

Worked with Neal, very pleasant and easy negotiation. Maintained follow-up and really helped me get the car I wanted (was at another dealership). Will do business next time I am looking for a Bimmer.

My experiences with the Service folks have been the worst. If you approach the manager, he puts you up with the best serviceman ( which is actually the biggest crook ).

Be very careful. Id suggest not to buy a BMW for their dishonest service man and dealers.

I bought a Z4 from here and it has been a horrible experience dealing with these folks. Every time you take it for servicing they make sure they find some problem to extract money from you!

Ive been to find a better dealership for servicing and Im finding it really hard. So tired, that though I love my car I feel like selling it off coz of the problems in handling with these folks.

I had an amazing experience buying a car. Leonard Turner, made sure he went above and beyond to assist me get the best price. I walked in with a suggested deal and he got me a better deal. I was extremely happy by the service I was provided. He was very knowledgeable and an awesome person. Definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

I had an awful experience. I dropped my car off on Saturday morning 8:15am. I was told my by Service Advisor I should have my car by the early afternoon. Finally at 5:15 I called wondering if my car was ready to get picked up where she notified me my car wouldn t be available until the next day... not sure why I didn t get a phone call with the update and why I needed to call.... she then told me she would call me on Sunday to let me know any updates and when I can pick up the car then Sunday comes around and still no call so I called at noon to find out my car was ready for pick up. When was I going to get a call? Why do I need to call for updates?

Great experience, especially given our uncertain times. I was on boarded in a professional and efficient manner and the communications with me during my service were handled well. The car was ready as promised (thanks for the wash!), and the entire process was done with my safety in mind. I will be back!

My wife and I were looking for a BMW M850i. We called the dealership after our local dealer said the car was unavailable. We were so impressed and astounded by the extraordinary service delivered by Mr. Don Engle that I will not buy from anyone else. The experience with Century was one of the best I have had.i caught wind of an amazing deal but knew that it would go fast and I lived 100 miles away. The staff there not only held the car for me while I drove up there, but took it out of prep for me to test drive. I got there and was end to end through the deal in less than 90 minutes!! Astonishing! Best experience I ever had- team was wonderful and even found a way to keep my son entertained ! Great work!

UPDATE 3/15/2017 just purchased an m2 for $57k from another bmw dealer. Thats $40k less than their price, and this dealer lies about the car being manual. Or they cant tell the difference between a shiftable automatic and a manual transmission that has a CLUTCH pedal......

Original / They have an m2 msrp $61k and they are selling it at $101k because car is hard to find. Because bmw factory made mistake on m2 there is not many avaliable. But.....this is $40k over sticker price! To trust you guys after that? not going to happen...

Hands down , the best service and attention to detail. Unlike other dealerships that try to bypass manufacturers warranty and charge you out of pocket, this dealership goes above and beyond to make sure all services are covered under manufacturer warranty. Additionally, they perform recall services to make sure all details are addressed, without you having to ask for it.

Worst as usual, specially when Steve tells you ; 'You bought your car at BMW Santa Monica.' That's rude!!!!!. Like you did not buy your car here, you are not one of OUR customers... do not here to do the service on your car... so I guess I'm not and I'' ll be not.

When you get service that is Customer-Centered; your entire buying process is satisfying. I purchased a CPO 640i. The car is amazing, the process was easy and the time that Botan, Sal and Haik gave to me was outstanding. If your thinking about a new BMW, give these guys a try, give them a chance to earn your business. What s the worse that can happen... no deal? That s ok too.... but I called few BMW Dealers and didn t get any response. Botan took the time to discuss vehicle over the phone and actually followed up on the call... it s that simple 5-10 minutes of time that makes the customer feel They are appreciated. Great sales experience. Came in to test drive after my 535i saw its better days. And Neil Perlmutter provided me the most informative and comfortable sales process. Which concluded with me getting a 2019 530e!! Would definitely recommend!

I really like this dealership. Mainly because when I go to buy a car they are not pushy. Also I love Kristina the service tech! She knows everything!

Internet salesman was easy to work with and it was looking like a straightforward transaction. Minus two points for the finance manager who told numerous flat out lies to try to get me to buy an overpriced maintenance contract. He said I would need to spend $3200 on a brake job within 3000 miles if I did not buy the contract. Inspection showed the brakes are in new condition, and anyhow the parts are Inexpensive , no reason to cost $3200 even when it is eventually needed. He Tried the same thing with tires. Beware.

I had an unusual issue with rodent damage to my engine and my service advisor, Steve Smithson was incredibly helpful and courteous.

Walked right in and found knowledgeable attentive staff ready to help me find my new car. Don was everything you want in your salesman, listening to your wants and needs in a new vehicle. The showroom is beautifully laid out, and the test drive was fun. Even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but in a week they had called me right away once they did get something I wanted.

I was dismissed from the time I walked in to the time they called me (at the wrong phone number) to tell me my car was ready a week after I dropped it off. There was zero follow up or communication as to what was done on my X-5 after bringing it in for the 4th time is less than 15 months - for electrical issues. BMW as whole has horrible service and customer relations. Makes me regret going from being a Rover driver for 14 years to this. The worst. And Century West is part of the problem.

As an individual who has just moved to California from Connecticut, I was in the market for a BMW. Only to be met with an overwhelming selection of quality automobiles provided by Century West BMW! If you want it, they have it! if you can dream it, they can make it! It started with the gentleman who s name is Shahin Sabzehroo(Sales Manger) and ended with the gentleman whose name is Amir Zaratshoa (Finance Manager) as I did Buy the vehicle same day (lots of research). From beginning to end I was treated as a King, a true VIP! This was their only and first time meeting me. The M6, 750i and 645i are very good friends of mine, along with the two range rovers. My experience was just as good buying a 340i. The red carpet had never let the sole of my feet! For that I am grateful as I will be buying more from Century West BMW, and that is a fact!

Customer service when it comes to servicing the cars is terrible, I am stunned that places like this even have licence to operate official dealerships, rude and very upleasant, first they told me on the phone to come to do recalls then they said they don't have the parts to do it, also first they said they will provide a loaner vehicle than they said they don't have that either and after I got frustrated they said ok we have one in a rude manner, worse service experience I had, I see good reviews for sales department which might be true but their service and parts department-specifically customer service is terrible. Do not service your vehicle there.

Got excellent service with Allen, notified me as soon as my car was ready and given a nice loaner for the day while my car was serviced

Alen was great! He did a thorough inspection and noticed that my alignment was off and saved me from having uneven tires in the future. He txt me with updates and even offered to uber me back all the way from home when the car was ready. I do not live close by. I always come back to this delearship even though I live 25 miles away. I have leased 4 cars from this dealership! That is how much I Them. Always get the best service!! Thank you Century West BMW.

DON ENGLE. I was shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and was put in touch with Don. I missed our first appointment for test drives and then unfortunately got rear ended the same day. I called Don and he sincerely hoped I was ok and was happy to help with any insurance or car values questions. The next week I came in to see vehicles since mine was totaled. He test drove 3 cars with me. He had so much patience, charisma and was never pushy ever. He knew the vehicles, he knew the pricing and he understood me. I never would have thought I would be driving off the lot the same day with a sexy 5-series. The financing terms were great. If you have doubt about affording a BMW, DON'T! There was a problem with the suspension on my BMW X5. The dealership determined that the warranty covers the repair, accepted the car, and quickly resolved the problem. And the next day the car was in my hands in working condition. Even for a short time of repair, I was given a loaner car BMW X3, which I was happy to test drive. In addition to the suspension, the dealership fixed minor issues with the car. Thanks to BMW Century West and special thanks to Alen for the advice and quick solution of the problem!

I had a really good experience. It was more like a business transaction than a typical car buying experience. I knew nothing about the model I was interested and the BMW Genius Alex was very helpful giving me all the info on my new X4

My break paddle have some noisy sound but I wasn t sure I can have a service. I took my car at the centry BMW. Kristina who is at the service department lady kindly advice to leave my car and took care in few hours. I always have good experiences with their service team. I normally make an appointment before I go there but at the moment, I didn t have much time to wait before my business trip.

Finally great service at a BMW location, Jeremy is very good at helping manage a great sales fleet.

Steve is great in the service department. He got me in and out pretty quickly. I was able to get an Uber ride instead of a loaner to work which I appreciated. My car was done in less than an hour and the experience was amazing.

The service in the morning when I first brought in my vehicle with Douglas was great. In the evening when I returned to pick up my vehicle, during checkout and as I paid for the maintenance service the front desk was not as friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival they communicated to me that my car was ready but now they told me I need to reschedule to finish the job.

Brought my BMW here for service, which was still under warranty. Since I bought the vehicle from a different dealership they insisted I purchase a $700 vehicle refresh to update the records. I called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle to inquire and the manager told me that BMW was essentially trying to scam me. I then spoke to the manager who told me the same thing, I would have to pay $700 so that the finance department would transfer my paperwork over to BMW. After some more discussion I brought up the electrical issues that i was experiencing with my vehicle. I was eventually told that my car is in fact under warranty for these issues and they were trying to get me to transfer the "maintenance plan" which covers oil changes, brakes, etc. We then went out to my car to take a look at the electrical issues, one of which is the drivers side mirror which either doesn't move down when put in reverse or moves down and gets stuck. She brushed me off and told me that on this model the drivers mirror doesn't move down, only the passenger. This is WRONG. I've seen it move a dozen times and my best friend has the exact same vehicle and hers also moves. I brought up how the automatic trunk gets stuck halfway sometimes and she showed me the feature that allows you to open the trunk at various heights. I pointed out that it was getting stuck without using that feature but she brushed me off. At this point I took my car and left. Because I'm a young woman by herself I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me for the first hour by agreeing to pay for a maintenance plan when I explicitly stated I needed warranty service. Once they realized I wouldn't pay, they didn't want to service my vehicle. My advice would be to go to another dealership where the employees actually care about the customer.

The licorice in the waiting area is beyond reproach. Just don t load up on it.

I kept the same car for more than 20 years because I did not wish to go through the hustling and battling negotiation process of purchasing a car again. But this time was different. When I talked to a client advisor at Century West BMW, he mentioned that the price I am seeing online is the best price and that is it. So I went to visit the client advisor next day and took a test drive and got the paper work done and I came home driving my new BMW. The client adviser made everything as simple as possible for me and make my car purchasing much better experience than 20 years ago. I am grateful.

I ve had three Bmw from three different dealers and century west is bar far the best, they were quick in the whole process. I literally negotiated and signed everything I m about an hour. Neil who manages the process was awesome.

I have had nothing but issues since purchasing a CPO BMW X5 in July 2019. I've had the vehicle in the repair shop for 1 week in August. Finally, the part that had the issue was replaced. Here we are in September 2019, the vehicle has been in the repair shop for 2 weeks for THE SAME ISSUE. How was this vehicle approved to sell as CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle. LIES AND DECEPTION from this dealership. Wasted my money on this piece of trash vehicle.
