I purchase a certify 2012 x6 in 2014 to been the worst experience of my life. The dealship sold me a car knowly that the N63 4.4 engine was faulty. They never fix the issues that it had, on two different occasions my car have been in the service department for more than five weeks from 2014 to present without they finding out what's wrong with it. They lied and mislead me about BWM OF NORTH AMERICA wanted to view and check out my car. Until I receive a call from BMW stating that's far from the truth. The service manger and the owner NICK ALEXANDER ARE A TEAM set out to deceive us the consumers.
