When I first spoke with the dealerships internet sales manager, David, I made it clear that I was very motivated to purchase a particular car. In spite of this, I found that my time was wasted and David did not seem attentive or invested in the sale whatsoever. It was not until I chased him up that he did anything to move the sale forward, and then after days of me investing time and effort into the transaction, he finally called and told me the car had already been sold. I am extremely displeased with this interaction and will not be working with this dealership in the future.
