I love Julie Sanders and I will follow her to any location she works at!
I just got my second BMW from her and plan to get a third from her!
This location is not close to me but I travel 50 minutes to work with her, when I could travel 7 minutes to the closest dealership. When you need outstanding service, clear communication and a sense of humor Julie is the way to go!

I went to nick ALEXANDER BMW at exactly 3:14pm because my rear break light on the drivers side was out. And I just wanted to take care of it before I get a ticket. So I get there and one of the service advisor s comes up to me to tell me that they are closing at 4:00pm
This is on Friday August 2nd I told him it was just the rear break light. The service advisor
Says come back tomorrow we open at 8:00pm
This is not the only time they have treated me like if I was asking them to serve me for free I am a paying customer who will not be taking my business here at all.

Over the years we have gotten 3 new cars from Julie Sanders at Nick Alexander BMW. She is absolutely the best! She was very honest, very low pressure, and worked really hard to get us the best deal possible. We have been to other dealerships and always felt so much pressure from the sales people. It was never a nice experience. But Julie Sanders is the complete opposite and would recommend her to anyone.

Our experience with Nick Alexander was a very pleasant experience, and all that I expected from the sales group. Our salesman was James (Tim) Piper and exceeded our expectations - so much so that we intended to replace only one of our vehicles, and decided to replace two with new 2013 BMWs. The personnel at Nick Alexander stayed true to their word at every step.

An additional note is that we passed 7 BMW dealerships to seal the deals as we live in the greater San Diego area. We learned of Nick Alexander dealership through clever and pleasant advertising on KFI 640 AM.

We discussed the first (again with the intent of only one replacement vehicle) trade-in, and indicated that I needed to discuss the terms and return. Their was an immediate implied trust that I would return and work out the details. Their was absolutely no pressure from Mr. Piper to not let me leave the dealership without a new vehicle. No other dealership has treated us was well as James and the Alexander team had during the first transaction.

The entire crew made it as clean, easy, and pleasant as possible in a most professional and expeditious manner.

We are pleased to recommend Nick Alexander to friends and family, and to others.

So I've been leasing at this dealer for more than 6yrs. I was unfortunately hit and my car was deemed a total loss. BMW financial helped me and I called Kyle who was amazing! He told me not to worry i could drive a new lease off the lot the same day. I fortunately save for lease down payments. I walked in and in 3 hours I was approved for a new lease, Kyle had straightened everything out with BMW financial before I arrived via uber. Yes payments do go up specially with the import fees and tax increases. But I can't put a value on my life. I walked away with only muscle pain after the collision. Driver pit maneuvered me and the car responded beautifully and I went to work right away. So my payment did increase a bit but kyle helped me out fast my insurance stayed the same (thankfully) ameriprise to the rescue. But overrall excellent customer service I will continue leasing here. I highly recommend Kyle he is attentive and really helps out. Christian the genius set up my car for phone, ipod, and went over the new features. Excellent team to work with. I was very impressed. Worst service I've received in my life. I had an appointment at 10am. I arrived at 9:50 and was told to go to the waiting room. Waited 40 minutes until I decided it was time to go. Ask the front desk for my key and when the rep was contacted he said " your appointment is at 10:40 do you still want us to service your car or do you want to reschedule" my reply was no I had my appointment at 10. No apology, what kind of customer service is that. I have gotten my Honda and Infiniti cars service and have never experience this kind of service. It's my first BMW and probably my last. It might be the ultimate drriving machine but if the service it's not there they've lost a customer.

I bought a 2015 BMW 325 XDrive from Nick Alexander BMW. I live in Oregon, so this was an out of state purchase for me.

I want to begin by stating I worked with a guy under the name of Jagger Dior. In the beginning it was going well, and he seemed to be helpful in assisting my needs. Within a few days I saw a different side to him that I did not appreciate. Jagger lied to me, and was completely un transparent with me. He was telling me his company (Nick Alexander BMW) hires a third party company to assist with out of state DMV fees. He quoted me a total of $557 dollars for title and registration, and an additional $120 VRT fee for the third company to do my paperwork. I was blown away and knew he was lying to me. I did my research (thankfully) and I called Oregon Business Regulations, and DMV in Oregon and they stated to me that was totally incorrect, and to be very careful because I was definitely being lied to. DMV in Oregon told me Dealership should not be charging me any DMV fees at all because that was something I had to do in Oregon since I reside here. I even went further and I called every BMW in California and told them my situation. They said that was insane and to not fall into that trap because I was an Oregon resident and should not be paying any DMV fees to dealership. I called Jagger to explain and he still refused to follow through. I also called California DMV and they told me there was no reason that dealership should be charging me my Oregon DMV fees. Jagger still did not agree. I was blown away by his behavior.

I didn't stop though. I called their office again and spoke to another salesperson (Jessica Espinoza) and I explained to her my situation. She asked her Manager (Ruben Espinoza) just to make sure her answer was indeed correct... She said, "Adriana, if you are out of state we won't charge you any DMV fees because you don't live in California, we would only charge you for your car." I also asked her if she had third party fees, and she said no. I knew then Jagger definitely had lied to me! I really appreciated Jessica, and Ruben's sincerity with me!

I had mixed emotions about going to Nick Alexander BMW due to my bad experience with Jagger, but something told me to do it anyway because I was in love with this particular car.

I ended up asking for Jessica Espinoza as I went in. I told her I had spoken to her on the phone, and that I was not wanting to deal with Jagger at ALL! She was great from the get go! She was patient, nice, and very transparent/honest with me. I def. recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a car at Nick Alexander BMW. She made my experience better. Ruben was great too! She was also able to get me a better deal than Jagger so I thank Jessica and Ruben for that!

I still have not received my BMW since it's being auto transported but I can't wait to get it!

I want to thank the genius that helped us out too and the person who helped with our paperwork!

Word of advice to everyone before buying a car at a dealership though: PLEASE do you own research. I'm so thankful I did. I'm also thankful I ran into good people here at the end!

Advice if at all possible to Nick Alexander BMW with all do respect: please retrain Jagger Dior so another person won't experience what I had to go through in the beginning.

This would have been a five star review but...
I had such a good experience when i leased my car so I thought we give service a try. I tried to book a pick service but that was about a three week wait. So I scheduled to bring the car in with a loaner vehicle. The experience at drop off was great, smooth and quick. The service guy calls me the following day and said the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived, I was told it would be 10-15 minutes more and the car will be pulled up because they are washing the car. The 10-15 minutes turn into 1 hour. When they finally pulled the car up, it looked like it just went through a drive through car wash. How did that take an hour? What were they doing? Well that hour of waiting turned into a very long drive home because by the time I got out of there it was rush hour traffic. So I would suggest to make sure your car is ready for pickup before heading over.

The absolute best experience I've ever had purchasing a car! Because I was purchasing from out-of-state, it was a little bit more difficult. The Sales Manager, James Piper, kept in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. Since there was another interested buyer that wanted it in northern California, he expedited everything very quickly with the financing department and arranged for my purchase over the phone in order to seal the deal. He had to jump through quite a few hoops but mission accomplished! Once I arrived in California he rolled out the red carpet, swept me into financing to quickly sign everything, had the car detailed so that you would have thought it was brand new, and spent over an hour making sure I knew how to operate everything before driving back. James was very upfront and honest; I never once felt like he was a pushy car sales guy. He's outstanding and so is the company that he works for. On top of it all .... I got a fantastic deal! Because of all of this, I will be sending them more happy clients. Thank you Nick Alexander and James Piper for making me so happy with my new BMW 535i!

Beware Lease Return "Used Tire" Scam!

Ever worry what it's going to be like to return your car when the lease is up? Well, if you lease one from Nick Alexander BMW, you really should. Car dealers aren't known for ethics, but this one seems to have taken things to a new low.

After leasing a brand new 5 Series for 3 years, I arranged to bring it back to the dealer and followed all instructions. The car was in great shape, under its allotted mileage and returned 2 weeks early. I headed to the dealer and expected a quick drop off.

After all, BMW is all about luxury and customer experience, right?

When I arrived, I met the person in charge of inspections and she took a look at the car. After what I thought was a pleasant introduction, her tone turned serious and she started to tell me about how worn the tires are.
My response was essentially, "you mean the tires that you leased me for 3 years are worn about 3 years?"

Missing the point, she insisted that BMW would charge me $300/tire if I returned them in current condition. But wait! The inspector had a solution for the problem!

See where this is going? I should have.

The inspector explained that if I go to a specific "used tire dealer" (which, by the way, I can't believe is even a thing) I could replace the BMW tires with random shady tires and the inspector wouldn't charge me the fee. I reluctantly agreed and headed off as instructed.

When I met the owner of the tire shop, he already knew I had been sent by the inspector at Nick Alexander BMW. He quoted me $125/tire to put used tires on the car. When I asked if he could do better on price, he slipped and said "I have to give her 50%." Taken aback, I asked him to clarify. "Give who 50%?" He explained that he needs to kick back half of the cost of the used tires to someone at Nick Alexander BMW.

I was floored. I finally got it. Nick Alexander BMW says tires are bad. Dealer sends gullible customer to sketchy used tire shop. Used tire guy kicks half back to dealer. Gross!

I drove home in disbelief. After processing what I'd been subjected to, I tried to bring the situation back above board. I was disgusted and angry but ultimately I just wanted this off of my plate, so I contacted senior leadership at BMW. What followed was a series of denials and finger pointing but certainly no problem solving. I gave the car back as-is just to be done with it.

Today, I received a bill for $2,518.55 in the mail.

Not only did Nick Alexander BMW try to scam me into buying used tires for which they get a kickback, waste my time for almost an entire day, they then sent me an inconceivable bill that I'll now have to fight with some other branch of the bureaucracy.

Personally, I'm done with BMW forever. However, I'm writing this today in hope that I can spare others at least the pain of working with Nick Alexander BMW.

There are plenty of other dealers in Los Angeles. Avoid this one at all costs. Nick Alexander BMW may seem fine when you're leasing a new car but beware what they'll put you through at the end.

I too my car for oil change service last week at 8 am I request transportation, by two o clock I call more than4 times and nobody answered the phone I left 3 messages and they never call back by 4 o clock I took uber, when I get there they just give me the keys and and I found my car at the other end of the lot when I get inside I could not muve my car, the parking brake was all the way up it was not possible to unlock it, I have to call some body to ask for help. First I set up an appointment over the phone with one of the sellers, when I got there the seller wasn't there so someone else helped me out, we did the deal and when I was signing the paperwork I noticed that the interest was higher than what we had agreed so I told them and I had to come back next day to fix it, then they lost my Driver License after 2 days they found it and they sent it back to me by mail, to finish this the car I bough didn't come with floor mats, how is possible that a Certified Pre-owned car that cost more than $40k doesn't come with floor mats!! finally they gave me a set of floor mats. So well I think 3 stars is more than generous.
