After 12 years, BMW has lost me as a customer today. The lease return process was handled unprofessionally (from trying to set up a time to return the car to how they addressed my concerns). My experience with this process shows me that the company does not value customer service or loyalty. It s easy to be on your best behavior when you re selling the car to a buyer, but I believe true costumer service is from start to finish.
