I had a recall item on my 2014 Mercedes ML350. The service department was very good at giving me a loner vehicle while mine was in the shop. I'm 71 years old been driving since I am 16, have bought many new vehicles over the years and have never been given a courtesy vehicle as nice as the 2020 Mercedes 300 that I had today. I wanted to take the time to thank Sean Rozick and the rest of the staff of Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster PA for making my car buying experience a great one.
After searching all over the region for the right Certified Pre-Owned car, I found that this dealership had the most competitive prices within a 400 mile radius. I drove to PA all the way from Norfolk, Virginia and was not disappointed in any sense of the word. The prices were true to their word and the exact car that I saw on their website was on the lot for the exact advertised price.
Mr Rozick was a true professional and I felt that he really had my family's best interest at heart. Mr Rozick spent hours trying to get my family and I the best car that fit our budget. The negotiations over the price were straight forward and simple and we were able to find common ground very easily.
Mrs Tanya Adcock in the admin department worked hard to make the paperwork quick and painless and we were on our way with a beautiful new Certified Pre-Owned car with a smile and no headaches.
Even though I live 400 miles away, I will definitely be doing business with Sean Rozick and Mercedes Benz of Lancaster again for our next car purchase. I feel that it's worth the drive to Lancaster to do business with this dealership.

Bought a 2 year off lease MB in October, very good experience, recently had a problem with the steering wheel, cosmetic, not mechanical, made an appointment to take a look. Excellent response, they looked at the problem and determined I needed a new steering wheel, the whole thing...very expensive repair but they made the decision and I couldn t think of more positive things to say about there response and attention to my vehicle. Their prices are not reasonable. I bought a car. The leather seats were worn badly for the age and mileage of the car. I was told the seats could be fixed to like new condition in lieu of any discount. It took them 2 tries, they still could not do it right. I was told there were no major issues. First of all they forgot to admit that there was a tear behind the passenger seat. That is what a leather guy is supposed to fix. The center armrest could have certainly used a clean and recondition, something that they also didn't admit. The seat that they did repair the "paint" or whatever is starting to flake and crack within weeks. I am not a big guy by any means. I weigh about 150 lbs. I take excellent care of my cars. The seat belt holder does not retract properly. There was a running water sound from the dash. The a/c blower motor is bad. I know a used car isn't perfect. I let go of the scratch in the leather seat, door ding, curbed wheels, and scratch in the bumper. I expect when something should be fixed, it should be fixed, no exceptions. They care more about saving money than having a satisfied customer. They are not easy to get a hold of either. I feel like they want to do the least amount of work for the most amount of pay. I do not recommend that you buy a car from them. I am certainly not ever again.
Update: Jon helped me setup with an upholsterer in my area and he did allow me to have a rental while my car was repaired. It was a real hassle for me. I had to go back and forth a few times to get the color match and the perforation style. It was also a very long lead time. The OEM leather is no longer available, so I had to choose something close enough. The only way it would be better is if the entire interior was refinished. This is not a complaint against the upholsterer; I think he did the best job any one could do. Jon would not pay for any other repairs for any of the other preexisting conditions that were not disclosed at the time of sale. Jon said specifically that if the a/c blower motor was bad he would replace it. He did not. A job half job is a job not done at all. The bottom line for them is more important. For that I cannot change my rating. P.S. never buy a Merc out of warranty.
I had a great experience leasing my second GLC Mercedes from Lancaster PA. Andrew (Andy) Fox and Taylor assisted me with this very streamline process, from my first initial request for information which was handled by the very bubbly Taylor Smela. Taylor was responsive and delightful to work with. Andy had several people picking up cars on the day I went in and Taylor was able to onboard me and have everything set up and get us back on the road in a very timely manner. When leaving a campground in Gettysburg I discovered my RV would not shift out of first gear. I called John Stonemetz, service adviser. He told me to have the unit towed in and they would look at it the same afternoon. They did and found the speed sensors on both wheels had gone bad. They only had one is stock so they ordered the second one for overnight delivery. They gave me a loaner car and allowed me to stay in my RV overnight. The next day they repaired the unit and I was on the road home by mid afternoon. I highly recommend their service for anyone having an RV on a Sprinter vehicle. They have an outstanding service team!
We purchased a new GL550 at Mercedes of Lancaster last week and had to share our wonderful experience. From the initial conversation with Ryan in the internet department, to meeting our Salesman Shawn Baker and finishing the deal with Tanya, everything was perfection. This was the 3rd and final Mercedes dealership we went to and stood out by far from the others. This is our 3rd Mercedes and we had no idea that this dealership even existed...we live in Chester County and dealt with a more local dealership in the past. First of all, Lancaster crushed the other deals, second of all its not very far and the most beautiful ride ever... No crazy traffic like the mainline but most important, the customer service was amazing. I have to single out our salesman Shawn Baker... nothing was too much to ask of him. Visiting Lancaster from NJ with my family, and our Winnibago Sprinter unexpectedly started going into a DEF fault shutdown countdown mode. Scheduled an emergency appointment and the Lancaster Mercedes team did everything possible to accommodate my family. They didn't have a loaner vehicle on premises so the manager drove to another Mercedes dealership to pick-up one up for us to use during the repair. They saved our Lancaster vacation! My husband and I just leased a new 2015 ML350 from Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster and we couldn't be more thrilled with the help we received from Sean Rozick and our new car! After a very painful experience with a Volvo dealership in the area, waiting 8 months for a car that never did come after ordering it, we visited the MB dealership and were surprised to find that we could get exactly what I wanted and could take it off the lot the same day we decided to purchase. Sean went above and beyond what anyone would expect in the way of answering our questions and spending time with us, and then surprising me with my new car covered in silk and a big red bow (it was a very late birthday present!) on the delivery day. I recently purchased a classic '87 Mercedes Benz 560SL and reached out to Mercedes Benz of Lancaster with some questions. Not being a customer I wasn't sure what kind of reception I would receive. I was totally impressed since I hadn t purchase my car from them, he could have just dismissed me and moved on I was very impressed. I've had great experiences but they way these ppl have treated my brother when he has had to visit 3 times to fix a single warranty issue to be told again today to come back a month later. Totally unprofessional. You guys have got to get it together this is MERCADES not FORD. We expect nothing but the best and you all are extremely inconsistent. Get it together.

I would only give this Dealer a 1 star! If I could I'd give them 1/2 a star. Their parts department is horrible. Rude and they have the attitude this is not part of my job. Tom Masano in Reading treats me with great respect and courtesy. This Dealer just passed me along transferring me 3 times. Finally to a polite receptionist. She is the reason they would get half a star. This receptionist is the only one who did things correctly. If I would have called any dealer for torque specs their parts department would tell me what they are in a few minutes of being on hold. This dealer transferred me 3 times. Asked me to leave a voicemail. And hours later no one called me back. What a horrible service!!! My little sisters Hyundai dealer has better service!!! When I went there to pick up her car. Let alone other Mercedes dealers. I drive an E320, a CLS 63 plus my other non Mercedes brand cars and 2 trucks. I would never buy a car at Mercedes of Lancaster if this is how I am treated. Yes, I work on my cars sometimes. It is a very good feeling to do so. I love it. I should not be treated as second class citizen because I am doing something myself. Whoever the female in your parts dept is she needs to understand that is part of her job. And good customer service is going beyond your job. That's why I love Tom at Reading PA Tom Masano Mercedes.
The commercial vehicle sales manager Tim Swavely is also manager of Commercial Van Solutions and abuses his position to pressure the customer to buy from both of the companies so he gets his commission. He sold me an $86,000 freezer van that didn't freeze cold enough to haul ice cream like I told him I needed. After a year of trying to get them to figure out a solution they stuck me with it. I couldn't use it, and couldn't sell it to someone else with clear conscience, so I sold it back to them and they gave me $45,000 for it! After losing over $40,000 in less than a year and only put 20,000 miles on the van, I will never deal with these crooks again!
Excellent experience! The pre-owned car was immaculate. The pre-owned sales manager worked with us on price. They installed brand new tires of my choice, weather tech floor mats, a full tank of gas. We live 3 hours away and they delivered it to us at no extra charge. Plus filled it before rolling in the driveway. We would definitely do business there again. Thanks to Ryan, Janyce, John, and Rob!
I had been looking for an Audi Q5 for over a year. After several deals that fell through I came across one at this dealership. This was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Unfortunately the shipping company that I had selected basically gave me the run around. I was so devastated, I had finally found the perfect car and I had no clue how I was going to get it. The service department has been dependable and reliable for years already. Had some disputable issues with warranty service on my car, these guys worked with Mercedes of North America on my behalf to correct the problem, which was in the end covered by the warranty and free of charge for me. The loaner option has always been very helpful.
From the test drive and the ordering process with Rick to the "Mercedes 101" class with Micah (the most patient person I've ever met), this has been the best new car experience I've ever had! Absolutely LOVE my new GLE400 and all the folks who help put me into it! Thanks to you all!
We leased not ONE but TWO brand new Mercedes from Lorie at Mercedez-Benz of Lancaster within a two month span. My husband first found his pre-owned (400 some miles on it) C300 and worked with Lorie on a fantastic package. While he was picking up his car and doing the paperwork, Lorie took me out in the brand new 2020 GLE350. I currently had the GLE and was getting ready to turn it in but had no idea they had revamped the model. It was amazing! The interior is much bigger than the old model and the aesthetics of the console with the lighting, huge touchscreen, augmented nav and more had me sold, but we weren't ready to get a second car just yet. My business pays for my car so I had to wait to get everything approved. Fast forward a week or two and my husband's car had to go into the shop to get a minor ding out of it. Knowing I was in love with the new GLE, Lorie arranged for us to have that car as the loaner. We spent 3 days falling in love and ended up working with Lorie to find the perfect 2020 GLE350! She was thorough, experienced and fair in our negotiations - and we signed on the dotted line. We now joke about our dueling Mercedes - his and hers! :)

We negotiated a price for 2011 MB and Ryan C told us to come down and get the car. We drove an hour and a half from Norristown only to get the Bait and Switch. The car was no longer on the lot and all they had was a 2010 for the same price. We were truly disappointed with their lack of intergrity. In regards to Ryan, and Joe the Sales Manager, they have acted in a manner inconsistant with American Values. I will not be recommending your dealership to my friends, family. I charge you gentlemen with being morally corrupt.

My wife and I have been relying upon the expertise and professionalism of Chris Boland for almost 20 years when purchasing a vehicle. Approximately 2 years ago, my wife and I hit a bear on I-80. At that time, we were driving a C Class Mercedes that Chris had sold to us. There is absolutely no question in our minds that that car saved our lives. Even though the front of the car was completely devastated by the impact, the integrity of the passenger compartment remained, perfectly, intact. Within, literally, days, Chris had an identical Mercedes delivered right to our doorstep and that car, still drives like a dream. My wife and I will be forever grateful to Chris and Mercedes Benz of Lancaster.
It was the worst experience of my entire car buying experience. It is a long story but please take time to read it as it is word by word true and will save you from getting cheated and all the issues as they will sweet talk you by saying that how they are oldest mercedes dealership in PA and stuff, maybe among all the BS they will tell you, this is the only truth they would tell you. The were trying to sell me a car which had been into an accident without disclosing me about it. I am from KY and I was interested in buying a preowned Mercedes Benz CPO S550. I called and spoke with the salesman name Andy Fox, who pretended to be very nice. We negotiated a deal on the S550 diamond white VIN number WDDNG9EBXDA523886 and stock number MB6682B. It had a clean carfax and I specifically asked Andy Fox that if there was any physical damage to the car or had been that I need to know. I explained him that I am coming all the way from KY which is almost 500 miles away from you and I don't want any surprises. He assured me that it is a great car and I would be very happy to see the car. We also made me purchase the insurance on the car before even looking at the car, which was reluctant about but still did it as he was like "if you don't have insurance, don't even make a trip, as we will not release the car". So I did, even though my state farm agent told me that I don't need it, as they cover the new aquire up to 3 days but no issues I purchased it. I also hired someone to drive me there rented a car as I didn't wanted to put almost 1000 miles on my car. Andy Fox specifically told me to arrive by 12 noon and he will have the car ready. By chance we arrived early at 8:30AM. There dealership was closed so we drive around and luckily found the car standing out in the lot. The front chrome trim was falling off very obvious and the front bumper was completely misaligned, from one side all the way in and other side hanging out. I was really upset, as we just drove 8 hours. We waited and came back at 9am, when they opened. I saw Andy Fox and asked him to show us the car, he took us to the car and I showed him the damage and surprisingly he completely brushed me off and said I am mistaken and its not that and whenever I tried to talk to him, he kept running away pretending that he is super busy and run away, when we were the only one in the showroom as that early time. Then this guys has a nerve to take me to his manager Tony Seyfert and tell me to start signing the finance paperwork. That moment I completely lost it, I was like this car is damaged and you are not even listening to me and stuff. That moment Tony stepped and asked me to show him what I am talking about. I took him to see the car and he agreed about the damage and told me that the previous owner took off the bumper and got it repainted, so just by looking he knew about that car but never disclosed it to me. Then I took the car for the test drive and realize that the thing where the seat belt lock in for broken and was fixed with the transparent tape and the doors were shaking as if the car has been into a collision and have shaken the whole car up. It took 60 seconds to get the sunroof open and they said it has a slow Motor. Just for everyones knowledge this is there so called CPO, that goes through that 152 point inspection and stuff. This car was a junk. Then when I asked why there is nothing on Carfax, Tony tells me that Carfax is not 100% reliable and things can happen to the car which is not reported. So don't even trust there cars carfax as they will fix accidental cars and will mention it on there records and hide them for customers. I am glad I did not buy a 1 sided airplane ticket as I would have been completely screwed. Save yourself from getting cheated and don't trust these people and don't buy anything from them because they are bunch of scammers. It was along story but a true nightmare experience of mine, hopefully you will read this and find a different dealer to buy your mercedes or any car that they sells and save yourself from the horror.
They made no money during the covid-19, months guess they figure to charge up price to catch up from what they lost...they wanted to charge me $6500 for part and labor, and had it done for $1500 somewhere else....

Scheduled an appointment for a key to be programmed and nav to be updated if time permitted. Showed up 750am for an 8am appointment to see the advisor that was assigned to us. takes the keys and then tells us could be up to 2 hrs to update the nav... scratch the nav. We would like to just get our key programmed... however an Open campaign to fix another issue is all he wanted to talk about... 1 hour 15 minute ride to find out there is no key at the dealer and it is special order item. 7 days before the scheduled date nothing was ordered... per the receptionist they had parts and first appointment Monday morning we are at a loss and will leave with nothing being solved. Thanks for not helping us on my only day off. #MercedesofLancaster
We have had our Mercedes for a little over a year and so far our experience with MB of Lancaster has been great. Work is completed in a timely manner and the vehicle always looks great when we get it back. Would recommend them to family and friends for sure.
Just purchased another MB from MB of Lancaster and am as impressed with the dealership's integrity as I was when I purchased my first 240D in 1975 from them. Salesroom beautiful, service bays are spotless, the staff was courteous and helpful, the sales and service team honest, and management good to their word. Attributes that keep me coming back to this dealership.
This weekend I picked up my special edition Mille Miglia 417 SL. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Lancaster MB and from Andy Fox. Even though I have now moved away from Lancaster. Great customer service! wonderful sales and service people. We have never had a question or concern go more than a day without an answer, usually things get taken care immediately! Chad is who we use for service and he has always been a pleasure to deal with along with the receptionist who always greet you with a smile and never make you feel rushed or in a hurry no matter how early or late it is. I feel like for the price you pay for a Mercedes you not only get a wonderful car but great people as well. I did have this at 5 stars. We got my husband's GLS 450 here last year. We recently had to have them pick it up to fix the middle console that wasn't working suddenly (not heating/cooling drinks and not charging from one port). This is a 45 minute drive from our house. They didn't even fix anything but a recent recall of bolts and brought it back. So our vehicle was driven 1.5 hours for nothing, wasting our gas and mileage. They claimed they "read the report wrong" and we got absolutely no compensation and barely a genuine apology. The only thing offered to us was for them to pick it up again and "try again" to fix it. I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with this place. I'm so disgusted by the customer service I received, if you could've heard this conversation you'd understand. When you spend money on luxury cars, you expect luxury service, instead we received not even baseline service.
I visited several Mercedes dealerships in the past two months and have to admit the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by this group was outstanding. Please ask for Shawn b/c he will ensure that he works hard to get the right vehicle for you. The manager appeared genuinely kind which made the entire experience very pleasant. I would recommend to do more business with this dealership since it's outside of the Philadelphia area, you can take your time and have a more enjoyable experience.

Alexandria informed me that you came in on your day off to deliver the car to us - thank you! (Upon learning that, I felt terrible.) You may have heard the tire warning lights illuminated right before we reached the Bird-In-Hand Farmer's Market, so we turned around to have it looked at. Someone brought the car to the back immediately and took care of the issue. While it was an inconvenience, I appreciated the quick service and attention. Everything about the experience at Mercedes Benz of Lancaster was exceptional! Including the chocolate!! Thank you again. It was nice for my inexperienced daughter to have a pleasant car-buying experience. If we are in the market again for another vehicle, I would not hesitate to drive the ninety minutes to the dealership. I wish you the best!
Fabulous experience with everyone at this Mercedes Benz Of Lancaster dealership. No hassle sale and very friendly staff. I dealt with Lori Kleeman and Matt Duke and they made buying a new car a most pleasant experience. This is the first Mercedes I have purchased and I was very impressed with the whole process. I will not be going back to this dealership unless I absolutely have to. Every staff member I encountered was extremely cold, snooty, and overall unfriendly. The building itself is pretty, but you walk in and there is no one there to help you?? They are overpriced, even for Mercedes. They did get the work done in a relatively timely manner, so that's why they received two stars. Just don't waste your time or money and get your car work done elsewhere.
