I had a recall item on my 2014 Mercedes ML350. The service department was very good at giving me a loner vehicle while mine was in the shop. I'm 71 years old been driving since I am 16, have bought many new vehicles over the years and have never been given a courtesy vehicle as nice as the 2020 Mercedes 300 that I had today. Great service, friendly people, fast and accurate response to the recall item. Thank you Mercedes
