When leaving a campground in Gettysburg I discovered my RV would not shift out of first gear. I called John Stonemetz, service adviser. He told me to have the unit towed in and they would look at it the same afternoon. They did and found the speed sensors on both wheels had gone bad. They only had one is stock so they ordered the second one for overnight delivery. They gave me a loaner car and allowed me to stay in my RV overnight. The next day they repaired the unit and I was on the road home by mid afternoon. I highly recommend their service for anyone having an RV on a Sprinter vehicle. They have an outstanding service team!
