I did have this at 5 stars. We got my husband's GLS 450 here last year. We recently had to have them pick it up to fix the middle console that wasn't working suddenly (not heating/cooling drinks and not charging from one port). This is a 45 minute drive from our house. They didn't even fix anything but a recent recall of bolts and brought it back. So our vehicle was driven 1.5 hours for nothing, wasting our gas and mileage. They claimed they "read the report wrong" and we got absolutely no compensation and barely a genuine apology. The only thing offered to us was for them to pick it up again and "try again" to fix it. I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with this place. I'm so disgusted by the customer service I received, if you could've heard this conversation you'd understand. When you spend money on luxury cars, you expect luxury service, instead we received not even baseline service.
