Bought a 2 year off lease MB in October, very good experience, recently had a problem with the steering wheel, cosmetic, not mechanical, made an appointment to take a look. Excellent response, they looked at the problem and determined I needed a new steering wheel, the whole thing...very expensive repair but they made the decision and I couldn t think of more positive things to say about there response and attention to my vehicle.
