I will never forget my first experience at Sun Motor Cars and cant imagine going to any other dealer now. The staff was incredibility helpful and patient while I choose the perfect car and I felt at ease during the whole process. For those looking to get into a Mercedes-Benz, Sun Motor Cars is the absolute right choice. You are going to find a terrific selection of vehicles with entry price points that, when compared to other makes and models, are at the same or better price of other dealerships you may be considering ---which practically eliminates the decision difficulty process. Mercedes already comes with great resale value, something to consider when its time to trade in or sell, but for me its the service after the sale. The folks at Sun, I promise you, will take excellent care of you post sale. Follow ups, reminders, loaner cars in the same class car you drive (who does that?) and they even drive the loaner - to you - seriously, who does that? Its a terrific help to those who are so jam packed with busy schedules you can't take the time to drive to the dealership - so they simply come to you, they wash and clean out the car with every service visit no matter how minor of a job you had the car in for (inspection, new tires, standard oil changes) and they treat you right. This past winter a shovel flew off a truck on the highway and hit my car - I had my first experience with a collision department - and, once again - the degree of care and concern over my well being was equal to that of the car! Ive personally been thanked for my business on at least 3 visits and by the owner himself. This isn't a dealership where the sale is the most important thing - they truly want a long term relationship with you. I traded in my first car, a Honda Civic and drove out in a Mercedes and, over time, with kids and changes, I've always found them to be exactly the same as they were on day one - more concerned with putting my needs first. Service after the sale is key. Anyone can sell you a car, what means the most is how they take care of you after - from oil changes, to inspections, to mechanical repairs that come over time, they are consistent and ready to help. We were introduced to Andrew and Glenn for our Mercedes GLS 450 purchase and i must say, They were very welcoming, responsive and courteous. Both provided excellent customer experience throughout my entire visit so i can make educated decision with our purchase. This dealership is amazing! On Christmas Eve I was driving upstate New York when I must have ran over something cause my tire just popped and I was left on side of the highway with a flat. After getting the spare put on I realize two things 1. The tires on the Mercedes gle are enormous and 2 I would not be able to find this tire at any tire place on Christmas Eve. After calling the service center they manage to not only find me a tire but also squeezed me in to install the tire at a good price and put me on the road again to make it to my destination saving Christmas for my little one this year! Thank you so much! The facility was terrific and even had a small play room for my little one to entertain himself while we wait. We even had someone stay with us and make sure everything was 100% correct until we we all got in and on our way. Absolutely best service I experienced at a Mercedes dealership. Well deserved 5 star rating! Thank you again!!
I live in the Charlotte, NC area, about 500 miles from Sun Motors Mercedes, and I found the car I wanted at the right the price on their website. From the get-go, the service was excellent. This purchase was my 3rd E-class. I was promptly contacted by Adam in the internet sales department where we were able to swiftly make a deal over the phone and through email. Upon driving up to the dealership, I received superior service from both Adam, and then Tom, who was the sales representative that handled all of the remaining details of the transaction, and oriented me to my new vehicle. They are a great team and the service and environment made the 1000 mile round trip well worth my time and effort. I found the communication to be professional, no frills and very friendly. I've been in many Mercedes dealerships, and I have to say Sun has an impressive layout, as well as vast inventory and variety on their lot. I feel like the product and service that I received puts Sun Motors in my "circle of trust" for future purchases.

Jeremy worked out a fair deal for us on a CPO GLC 300. He wasn't just another car salesman which was refreshing. The car we bought was super clean and we are happy with it. We recently had it serviced there and that was a hassle free experience. Although we had to wait longer than expected for parts to arrive, they took care of us with a nice loaner. We had a small issue with the first loaner but they switched it out right away without any hassle. I would recommend anybody to this place. Ask for Jeremy.

Drove by to look at a car on the lot. Couldnt find it, but saleman Jeremy G happened to be walking by and offered to help us find it. He went in and found the keys and brought the car around front for us. After working numbers for us Jeremy made it hard for us to resist buying our GLS450. Fantastic for Sprinter service. You'll pay a bit more (though surprisingly not much more) than a run of the mill shop, but they know there stuff. Will be returning.
My truck was in the Collision center at Sun Motors, they were awesome as they always are. Everyone was very professional and friendly!! Their communication with the insurance company and myself was first class.
We bought a new S550 from Scot Jones in November. We also dealt with Chris Boyles and Andrew Wierzbicki who I believe are the new and used car managers. We had such a positive experience that we returned in February and purchased a new GL550 from the same team. We felt Chris gave us a great deal on both new cars and saved us thousands over what other dealerships offered. Andrew gave us a very fair value for our trade on his initial offer. Scot had an amazing amount of knowledge about all the models we looked at and was very patient with all our questions. We felt like they all treated us fairly and were honest and up front with us from the beginning. I usually hate buying a new car and especially playing the high pressure new car ping pong game with the salesman and his manager. There was none of this. I get there for my car service . the guy he was in the phone he didn't even ask me to have a seat i was standing in his office about 5 mins I complain about that and even manager wasn't here I will never come back to this place
These guys are the best and honest people i came in for differential seal and diff fluid service and tech came back and said it's not leaking seal is good i mean if this was any other place they would just replace and move on 5 star for the service and honesty.

Charged my boss for unnessary repairs , just terrible. They said DEF was put in the wrong location a second which was inaccurate, it happened once, they charged him $700 , they lied said it happened again , which it didn't they charged him $900. I do not recommend them at all.

Customer service is alive and well!! I just have to share my positive experience with Sun Motors Mercedes-Benz. When I learned that my car needed a major repair that didn't make sense to fix, I was forced into buying a new car before I was ready. I had never owned a Mercedes, but heard wonderful things from my friends who own them, so I went to Sun Motors Mercedes-Benz to look for a new car. For my needs, I required a car immediately, with specific, non-standard equipment--one which they didn't have in stock. I was impressed with how several of the sales and management team huddled together to figure out a way to solve my problem. They were able to let me borrow a car while they built the exact car I needed. They communicated with me (almost daily) on the status of the delivery of my new car. When the car arrived, Rowan did a fantastic job explaining all of the features of the car and conditions of the warranty. Sun Motors is a GIANT step above all the rest!
Sun motor Collision Center, Larry. We brought our Audi A3 in for front end damage repair and while dealing with Sun Motors we had some bumps in the road, but what stood out was how Larry dealt with the issues. My significant other gave them so difficult tasks to begin with and they did their very best and any concerns or problems we had he fixed personally. He went above and beyond to put us in a rental car until our car was finished due to the extended repair time. I am very pleased with how professional Larry is and his great customer service. I have recently had emission system problems with my Mercedes sprinter Winnebago View Motorhome. While I was traveling and developed these engine problems Brian has spoken with me on the phone and has emailed with me back and forth very promptly numerous times with excellent guidance and diagnostic advice. Brian is extremely competent and caring and prompt and I would recommend him highly!!!!

I drop off my car at the service department to get a check engine light diagnosed. The guy at the counter said it would be one hr labor to tell me exactly what's wrong so I said that's great! so I dropped it off. He called me the next day with the diagnosis and said the balance shaft was stripped which is a known problem for this M272 and m275 Engine. But I told the guy it was just replaced Last week so he had there technician check it again the next day. So the next day he called me back and said the chain maybe stretched. ( So basically I paid one hour diagnosis for a guessing game ) it takes less than an hour to check and see if the timing is off or not. I would recommend you TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Great experience!!! Worked out a very competitive deal on a CPO 2016 E350 through email and over the phone. Process was painless. Adam M. couldn't have been more responsive in the negotiating process (included immediate responses on my Sunday inquiries which I didn't expect). Made agreement over the phone which included filling out credit paperwork, and contingency of a final inspection upon pickup. Once I arrived, the dealership personnel was very professional and accommodating. Everything went quickly, and believe I was out the door with my new car within 40 min. Thanks to Jeremy for going over the car (a lot has changed since my 2008 MB E350). I should mention I live 2 hours away, but found that this dealership has very fair pricing. I certainly will look to them when purchasing such vehicles in the future!!!!
I had to bring my car here cos a battery that I bought a year ago just died on me. They first offered to replace the battery cos I have a 2yr warranty also offered to wash my car 45 mins later I check on how it s going and get told there is nothing wrong with the battery but my car is in line for a wash. I waited 1hr for a car wash and nothing was done to fix the problem I initially had. The service agent Barry said just come back if it happens again. Like if it s died on me again wait 1 hr for a tow truck and bring it back to Sun motors because we don t have jobs or lives!!! If u are looking for good service don t go here
Very late review but the service department was excellent, I blew a tire on Easter Sunday coming home on a road trip from Florida destination was home in buffalo, had my car towed to this dealer (closest one to me) spent the night and called them in morning to explain the bad predicament I was in, they were able to squeeze me in replaced my tire and had me on my way. A++ my service advisor has a great attitude and understood my situation.

Called and made an appointment for replacement rear brake pads. After the work was completed my bill was nearly $900. After asking why it was so high I was informed my rear rotors had been replaced also and when I asked why I was told because it was on the paperwork / work order to be done which I must have requested. Even though I explained I had not requested the rear rotors to be replaced as the set on the vehicle where fine they explained I had signed the work order where this was buried with other language that I never saw and was never explained to me. Also noticed that despite the work having been carried out in less than 1.5hours I was charged for 2.5 hours labour @ $135 per hour. When I asked why this was the case I was told that this job was always charged at 2.5 hours labor despite the fact it took less that 1.5 hours to complete. Called and spoke with the service manager and explained my frustration but was pretty much told it was what it was and they would offer me a minimal discount on my next service work. Needless to say I refused as I won't be setting foot inside Sun Motors again. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled. I will be going to Mecedes of Lancaster on the future.
I have no way to describe the customer service and satisfaction I got dealing with the best Salesman that I never met, Adam Mann. This was an online purchase, he kept his word all the way, stayed in touch with updates. Adam, you gave me such a great experience with online shopping and now I ll never get another Benz from Florida. Another +factor is the online car pictures are same way the car arrives. This place is simply the best! From start to finish they went above and beyond expectations. After being involved in a serious car accident and trying to find a new vehicle I ran into a lot of bad customer service and lack of motivation from a different Mercedes dealership. Then I found Sun Motors. Within 24 hours a deal was made and I began my 2 hour drive to see them. I was welcomed upon arrival with an entire staff that was smiling and friendly. I left feeling nice and warm inside which helped restore my feelings on the Mercedes brand. Great job team! I will be back again.

As long as DON YESACAVAGE, the SERVICE MANAGER works there, my car will never go there. I had a 1999 C230 Kompressor that both air bags deployed. DON didnt want to work on it because it was old. Had to get DAN, the owner to get things going. After installiation of ignition switch. DON let my car sit for almost 2 months before checking electrical system. Requested that about 5 month before hand. After finding out electrical system cost more than car is worth to fix, DON sat on claim form for several months before sending it in. Of course he sent the wrong paper work. Had to go thru General Manager who took care of situation and sent the right paper work within a matter of a few minutes. I had to go over Don's head to get things done so he retalliate against me. Is this the type of person you want to take care of your car??? He cant even take care of his own job. Gave him paperwork which he placed in the bottom right drawer. When i needed copys, he said he never had said paper work. Of course he was lieing. Caught him lieing a few times but never said anything about it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN AS LONG AS DON IS THE SERVICE MANAGER. I found out the hard way what hes all about.
